I ve always gotten my RDX serviced here. And will continue too as I ve always had an amazing experience. Recently had some service done and Jorge was the best. Super great communicator. Genuine and loved that he elaborated the minor issues they suggested to have taken care of. Thanks Jorge and Sterling!

They offer great customer service in the service department here. Alex, Lizette, and everyone who works there are really friendly and care about you as a customer. They fixed the AC and breaks on my Acura TL and were very helpful answering all of questions I had about the repairs. Definitely bring your Acura here!

We broke down 5 hours from home and these people did everything in their power to help us, from checking the car to getting us to the correct dealership to get it fixed. 100000% would recommend. So polite and professional. Even the shuttle driver was a total gentleman and kind. These people deserve a raise.

If, as a car owner, you've never been 'pampered', treated as a true and functional, borderline contributing human being, Sterling Acura is what you need in your life. Professional, honest, straightforward sales staff. Very knowledgeable management team. And a real true human being @ the top. Very difficult to duplicate this type of encounter/experience!!

I had a lovely experience at Sterling Acura. I was helped by Sean and he helped me through the entire process. They help me to find a very good used car. But the amenities were the best.I don't know any other dealer in town that offers amenities this good. Definitely shop there.

Was in and out for a normal service in 35 mins. With a wash and vacuum. This is the first dealership that actually keeps their appointment! Love the service department here.

It was a two and a half hour job that was to one hour job. I went to replace the fuel pump due to recall. I got there early ad it still took too long.

They have great facilities eg: car wash, airport shuttle, great coffee and cookies and lounge. All the staffs there are great too.
