Jeff & his guys are so awesome! I ordered new leather seats from them. Connie helped pick out colors that look fantastic. Highly recommend them!!

Their customer service is great and the staff is friendly, but I would not recommend them to put a spray on bed liner on your new truck. I brought my brand new truck for a bed liner and afterwards there was bed liner over spray all over my new truck. I called them and they offered to remove the over spray but who knows if they would make my new truck finish worse or remove the ceramic coating that I had professionally applied. These are one of those instances where it should have been done right the first time.

Bought the 2.5 lift kit for my Nissan Xterra along with the installation. Rick and his team were extremely accommodating in getting all my needs met and performed the installation in a timely fashion. I couldn t be happier with the end result!

This truck custom shop is the best. Needed tint, bed liner, bed cover and hitch work on our truck and star custom is a one stop shop with competitive pricing and an exhaustive list of suitable options to choose from. Rick is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us though the options best suited for our needs and was considerate of both price and timing. Very happy with the service from Rick at Star Customs!! After my truck purchase I needed window tints, spray in liner and a hard folding bed cover. Rick organized collection of the truck from the dealership and the installation was completed quickly and within my budget. He communicated promptly when it was finished, everything looks and works great! Highly recommended!

Star Customs is top notch. I have worked with Rick and Jeff and they are both extremely professional and accommodating. My experience has always been better than expected. They keep great records, have consistently answered novice level questions, and stood by their work when one of my shocks blew after 4 years. That was a year beyond my warranty and when they delivered my truck to the dealer the driver had left a $5 bill for the toll road! Now that is service I can honestly recommend to anyone.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! (Not Joking). They installed leather & heated/cooled seats into my Jeep Wrangler & it looks sooooo good! But beyond that (and more important to me) the customer service was bar none. I have never been so impressed with a company & their staff. Their customer service is exceptional. They go above & beyond in all ways. Making sure their customers are happy & leave with a top notch product. If you are even thinking about having a company work on your vehicle, this is your place!! No comparison out there. So many thank you's to Rick & Conni & the installation crew. I'm super impressed by ya'll!!

Rick has been great to work with in getting my truck looking the way I want it. They have all the best accessories to upgrade your truck. They specialize in the dealership market and customizing the trucks for them to sell. Definitely recommend them to make your truck stand out.

I ve been dealing with these guys for 20+ years and yet have they ever failed me. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. Just leaving STAR Custom Truck and had a below moderate to bad experience. Upon arriving not much of a welcome by either employees working the front desk. Knowledgeable but not personable. Good selection of products but very over priced compared to other companies in the Austin area. Definitely shop around for your tire and wheels as you will save money. As far as work on lifts I cannot comment as I have not had any work done by them, could be very good in that aspect but I cannot comment as I am taking my business elsewhere for my lift.

I can't say enough about Rick and Star Customs! I have had several jobs done by those guys and haven't had any trouble at all. 100% Satisfied customer here. Rick even followed up with me a couple of days after I picked my truck up to make sure everything was right.

I had my F150 Limited lifted before I bought it and for the 2nd time I'm having to put it back in the shop because of a clunking noise when I turn to the right. It's frustrating but the lift looks good, their very professional and really work hard at trying to fix the problem. Star customs did the lift in two of my previous F250's and it was great. I know they will make it right.

Accessorizing your RIG? won't find a better place than Star Customs.....Leather, RIMS, Tires, Wheels, Tint & Stereo system.......... didnt spend a whole lot but my truck is worth "A Million" (at least how I feel).Great Team, Rick & Connie made me feel like family.........Perfect Business...... awesome parts, GREAT People & more than FAIR Pricing.Thank you....... They are always very courteous. Rick always works with us to find the accessories we are wanting even when we don't have a clear idea exactly what we are looking for. The product they sell is high quality and they stand behind their work.

Fast and Courteous Service, Leveling Kit and Spray Bed Liner Installed. Dropped off truck at 9am and received a call at 2pm stating the truck was ready for pick up in an hour. Highly recommend their services.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They also lift some of the trucks at the local dealerships so I consider them more reputable. Pricing is average compared to the competition. Fabtech is their preferred brand for lift kits.

We were referred here from Covert Ford when we purshcased our new F150. The guys were very helpful figuring out what we needed and answered all our questions about bedcovers (there were many!). Couldn t be happier with the outcome. We will be back next time we get a new truck. Thanks guys!

I spoke with somebody about installing my ReadyLift kit that I had just ordered. On ReadyLift's website they say that Star Customs is a distributor. Turns out they will only install what they sell. Limiting themselves if you ask me.

Amazing customer service. The leather I had installed came out better than the factory and i got to customize it myself!!!!
