The staff was incredibly helpful, the part was exactly what was described, and they had already pulled the part and had it waiting for me in the time it took to drive there. I will buy my parts there from now on, they have a huge selection.

I had searched everywhere for a part I needed for my F350 diesel. Upon contacting Special, Saul answered the phone and was phenomenal! His knowledge of inventory and customer service is top-notch! He went above and beyond what I would consider to be "normal" for other salvage yards. At one point he even provided a cell phone number I could use to send pictures of the part I needed. He stated he'd been there for 15+ years, and it shows. He even had some suggestions on how to restore my truck to its original state, as it had been slightly modified. I highly recommend Special for all your truck part needs and if you're lucky enough to work with Saul, you'll be better off for that! Thank you to Special and Saul for your help!!

I was amazed and mesmerized at Special Truck and Auto Salvage , I have never seen Such a clean and organize Parts yard in my life . At the front counter Rick was very attentive and helpful , Along with Part pullers Like Brian , They made this a nice and smooth transaction . The staff and location is Miles Above the Rest you guys have acquired a new customer for life.Thank you Special Truck and Auto Salvage .

Saul and the team at Special were very helpful and got me all the parts I needed and quick. A part puller tech took me into the yard so I could verify the parts were the right ones, then had them pulled for me in about 20-30 minutes. All in good condition and ready to install. I will definitely go back for any other needs. Thanks again!

Ricardo was absolutely amazing! I called prior to driving to the location and he was extremely helpful in letting me know if they had the parts. He truly went out of his way to help us out and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place of buisness their prices are very reasonable.

I would like to give a big thank you to Manny and his Special team.! I've purchased 2 transmissions here now, one for my wife's car and my personal pickup! Both experiences were very professional, friendly and convenient! If I ever need any parts or know of friends who need parts I always send them this way!!

Be sure to have them Physically check for your part before you go. Drove 45 minutes to get there and after they asked me what part I needed, waited another hour, then they told me they didn't have it. I did call before I went there and asked if they can verify before I drive 45 minutes. Shame

I should up after hours and surprisingly these guys helped me out with the issue I was having with my car. Very nice and respectful guys .. 2 thumbs up for me. Y all go by and check em out.

couldn t find my alternator no where in san antonio tx made the trip down to special truck and salvage and rick was able to help me out get back on the road with a new one.

I called and was able to get two rims for my van that I wrecked last night. I spoke with Juan and he was totally awesome, efficient and gave me a good deal! I highly appreciate how courteous and reliable he was. Some places say they have the part and when you get there, it's no longer available. Not Specials!

These guys are great, friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. They helped me find exactly what I needed, pulled the parts for me (quickly) and their prices were more than fair. Couldn t be happier, and that s not the norm around Austin anymore.

I purchased an Engine and the installation here and after a few days the engine went bad. I had to get another replacement And waited close to three weeks for a new engine to come in. After the new engine was installed I ve been having nothing but issues with constant oil leaks. Still till this day my truck is still leaking oil. I ve taken the truck four times for the same issue and it seems like they can t get it right. Definitely will not recommend this place to anybody unless you want an inexperienced mechanic working on your vehicle.

So I needed to find a master switch for my 2008 Nissan Altima. I was a little nervous because of the luck I was having just to find the part. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Also they had the part I needed!!! Also they even pull the part for you!!! Over all I had a great experience. If you want great customer service and don t want to pay a arm and a leg for parts I highly recommend this place. Ask for Sal he is the one who helped me out. Very happy customer

Well the unexpected happened, my daughter's 4Runner was broken into and we needed a new window. Great life lesson for a teenager.The gentleman working at the yard were fantastic and gave us great service. This salvage yard is family owned and operated. I love the special attention I get from family operated businesses. They will have our business for the next life lesson.Thank you gentleman!

I was looking online for a spare tire for my New to me Ford F 150. What caught my attention was that this particular salvage yard is family owned and operated. I love the special attention I get from family operated businesses. And they stood true to that expectation.So I gave them a call yesterday and Sal helped me over the phone with all the answers I needed. It was definitely worth a drive down from Cedar Park. Cruz helped me find the tire I needed and all the guys went the extra mile.I will be spreading the word about what a great experience I had with all of them. Thank you so much guys.

Juan and Sal were awesome. I called and had them check spindles for a 2009 to 2013 f150 and they had them pulled and ready to go when I drove the 45 minutes from Leander. The prices are fair and the team at Special made me feel just that- Special. Highly recommend!

I m having a very an awesome experience with swapping the engine in my truck with Special Truck, I ve been asking tons of questions an they have all been answered with no attitude or problem. An I can t tell you how great that is in this process. Juan is the person I ve been dealing with an he s more than happy to answer any questions I have. So thank you Juan for all that you are doing to get me my truck ASAP. I will be doing more an more business with this shop in the future.

They told me they have the part and made me drive 45 minutes to get to the place. I told them I will be there shortly, And they tell me they are closing in a few minutes. They refuse to pull the part terrible service.

Service was great they went above and beyond to fix my 1987 Ford bronco, everyone there works hard to get the job done and get it done right. I recommend when you call to ask for Saul he took amazing care of us and kept me informed on everything that was being done to the car. Hugo the mechanic was awesome he loved working and the bronco and the quality of work that was put into it was amazing! Long story short if you need something done with your car don t hesitate to call these guys

Horrible service. I called first to make sure they had the item they confirmed they did so I drove 40 minutes just for them to give me a part from the wrong kind of car. They are rude to black people. Act like they dont even want to help you!

Never one to post reviews but they deserve one! I had a broken down VW Tiguan that had no use couldn t get it registered and I kept running into problems with it. They were the ones who took it off my hands for a Very good price too! Very thankful. & the tow truck guy was very helpful and so nice!!!! Make everything not stressful.
