Thank you, Remie in service for getting the right people to help me out. I know that you got put in the situation that was unfair to you and I m a little appalled by that, because you were not the original problem, you were my solution. It s unfortunate that people don t see the whole picture.I m very disappointed in Eder for passing the buck. I m appalled at the technician for causing damage to my lugs in the first place. I spent hours yesterday waiting for a tow. Plus $150.00 I should not have paid had there been no damage to my car. I paid another shop closer to me over $70.00 to get my spare put on because of the damage caused by south point dodge.I called the service managers assist yesterday to make arrangements with Eder or service to get my tire in and repaired. Originally asking for someone to replace my damaged lugs but decided not to worry about them because I already had the car at another shop and spent so much money. However when I arrived today I found Seven people in the service drive and you were the only one to greet me. again I can t thank you enough for making me feel like a valued customer while everyone could care less.Should you ever find yourself in need of exceptional customer service you know where I work and trust that you would never be put in a situation like I was and not treated the way I was.Customer service should always be number one. That is something this facility is greatly lacking in.

I was in the market for a new truck due to a total loss of my previous truck. Every dealership I visited tried to trick me into leaving money down, buying a vehicle I didn t want, and even went so far as to talk down to me as if they knew what I wanted better than I did.Meeting Ezekiel at South Point was a breath of fresh air. He listened to me and made it a point to only show me what I was looking for. He has a very customer-centric approach and a fun personality. I was treated very well and the process was quick and easy.I didn t feel pressured or like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I left with a glorious truck that checks all the boxes. I am very happy with the service at South Point Dodge and my new truck.

Dropped our Jeep Wrangler off to fix the rattle/shake that the new models are notorious for. Vehicle was serviced promptly but we were out of town for the holiday so the vehicle stayed with the dealership for 4 days. When we picked it up we noticed a nail in the tire and chip in the rim paint (We noted 9 additional miles on the odometer for road testing). Our service rep looped in the Manager who quickly denied any wrong doing and labeled our concerns as accusations. He just wanted to get us off the lot as quickly as possible so he said we d be hearing from the director who would determine the final mediation (if any).7 days later and we haven t heard from anyone. Haven t even gotten the email I requested with basic details and reporting.I have called and left voicemails twice, and texted the number that was previously working perfectly. All to no avail.Hate to resort to leaving a bad review but they have done us extremely dirty and we have no other option.

Amazing quick and easy experience with Darnell Nunez. He was great, honest and responsive to any question I had. He even delivered the car himself to me on a Saturday so I could continue to host my guest I had in town! 100% will contact south point for any car or truck needs!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I had such a poor experience dealing with the Used Car department here yesterday that I feel compelled to share. I first called South Point Hyundai (down the road) a day before my visit and spoke with Phillip about scheduling a test drive for a 2021 Shelby GT500 that was recently acquired by the dealer. I mentioned that I'd like to come in the next day at 6pm. He told me that he would check with someone in the Used Car department if the car was available and that he would call me back. "Expect a call back in 5 minutes or less.", he said. I gave him my best call back number and we got off the phone. I never got a call back, and the dealership didn't pick up the phone when I first called in.I called in again and spoke with someone else in the Used Car department who mentioned Phillip and him had spoken about my coming in for a test drive at 6pm the following day. I didn't get the guy's name, but he told me that I was "all set".I eventually received a text from Phillip the same day saying that the car is available.Next day rolls around, and I get a text from Phillip asking for my first and last name to "lock in that appointment". I provide my information, and about half an hour before I show up I receive another text from him, telling me to meet him at South Point Dodge since the car is there.I show up 5 minutes before 6, and Phillip is there to greet me. He tells me that his friend/colleague Andre will need to assist with the test drive since he works directly with South Point Dodge rather than South Point Hyundai.I get introduced to Andre, and he and Phillip ask me to sit down in Andre' s office. Andre and him leave for a few minutes and Andre then comes back and asks me if Phillip told me about the "test drive situation". I'm a bit confused, but I say that I was told I could test drive the vehicle at 6pm.Andre then tells me I can't "just test drive" the vehicle, but that we'd need to crunch some numbers first. I'm apprehensive at this point, but I agree reluctantly to do this. They then proceed to ask me questions about my desired monthly payment and ask for the VIN on my current vehicle that I plan to trade in (a 2017 Roush Mustang). He asks me what dollar amount I expect to get with the trade in, etc. All the while, Phillip is sitting there making friendly conversation with me. Andre then takes this information to his manager and says he will be back. Phillip leaves the room as well; Phillip returns a few minutes later and says "let's go take a look at it" with a smile on his face.We walk outside and the car is there. I walk around it and the department manager Niko comes to greet me. He doesn't smile at all, and tells me the car won't be available in a few weeks when I say I want to make a purchase then (I'm going on a business trip the next day). He asks me if I want to take a look inside. I say yes, and sit in the driver seat. I ask to test drive the car, and he says "not for something like this, you can only test drive the vehicle if the vehicle is under contract".I say I'm not interested in purchasing a vehicle I can't test drive, and he says "I understand". Long story short, I wasted an hour coming here, was told multiple times that I was set for my test drive appointment, gave out my personal information, and STILL did not get to drive the vehicle. These guys 100 percent match up with the stereotype that used car salesmen have...Take your money elsewhere.

Matthew was fantastic. My other truck was totaled when someone hit me. He showed me this big boy and I instantly fell in love. He showed me all the cool new gadgets this one came equipped with and got the winch installed before I left. He was very attentive and patient as I dealt with insurance and gap. Need a new vehicle? Definitely hit him up, he's great.

Recently had a computer recall and state inspection completed. Was in and out in about an hour. Unfortunately I just noticed yesterday that a computer harness and a light were hanging down from under my steering wheel which I did not see at the dealership. I was able to snap in the computer link back in place but another harness I just forced back up into the foot area. As for the light I have no idea where it was mounted. I'm giving four stars for time and convenience just wish who ever did the computer recall took more care in placing everything back in place.

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT OR CROOKS!!Took my jeep in to get serviced, they said my transmission was busted, I needed a whole new one. HUGE price tag. Being under 70,000 miles I took it to another jeep dealer in SA, to get a second opinion. They told me it was all faulty parts and I didn't have to pay a dime to get my vehicle fixed. Went from a $12,000 to $0.Honestly the people from South Point Dodge should be lined up against a wall.... and we'll you know...Avoid this business. UNTRUSTWORTHY

Jose Gutierrez Jr. is the gentlemen with both prompt action and exceptional customer service. Your entire Service Department could take class from this gentlemen. The Customer may not always be right, however the Customer should always be treated exceptionally well and this is what Jose Guiterrez Jr did for me.I had a horrid Experience with Bill and Ivan. a Customer Should never be mocked, and an Employee should never be berated upfront of a customer. It's a sad day when the Advisor has more class and respect for his coworkers than his employers do for their employees.I would love nothing more than to keep blasting how horrid that experience was, but I cannot negate how Jose turn it around. Jose is someone to invest in Walker! I hope you keep him on board. I did ask for your return call on this matter, was told you were not available to handle this complaint.

Went in a met with Levi looking for a truck for my husband. He was great to answer my questions in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Informative as well as low key.... I will go back in the near future......

Much better Service at other Jeep dealerships. I took my Jeep in to get service for a Fuel Filler Housing on a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. After 7 business days, I called the dealership and the part has stilled not arrived after I was originally told the part would arrive in 4-5 business days. They acted like they were doing me a favor as the Service Advisor was very arrogant. After cancelling the service, I received the part on my own within 48 hours. The service at this dealership is subpar. The service advisor even had me bring the vehicle in first to perform a diagnostic prior to ordering the part which told me all I needed to know(the part was obviously broken). Think for yourself and take your vehicle elsewhere!!!!! I rarely leave negative reviews. But, the arrogance of the advisor and multiple missteps prompted me to do so.

Getting our Jeep serviced here for the third time in the last 6 months for the same electrical issues. At this point, it feels like the technicians don t really know how to fix this issue. They provide some temporary solution, but the electrical system keeps failing. The vehicle is being fixed for free (warranty since we purchased it from the official Jeep dealership), but we ve incurred hundreds of $$ expenses: towing, Uber/lyft rides while it was being fixed - weeks at a time. When we asked for a loaner car, their service provider Chris M. didn t take a second to think to let us know there are 16 people ahead of us trying to get a loaner. So, pretty much forget about it. It felt like it was the answer the service managers give to everyone who try to make their life easier while their vehicle is being fixed. Explaining the situation: the only vehicle in the household, work and family obligations that require driving, etc. do not work here. Chris wasn t helpful at all. Getting a rental and having the dealership reimburse for it was also not an option. He promised to prioritize the fixing and get the diagnostics for the next day, but that was a lie. When we reached him over the phone the next day, he said it would only be done following Monday earliest. Even though we tried to point out the fact that it was the third time the Jeep was brought to this place to be fixed for the same reason that they apparently hadn t been able to fix properly, and it would only be fair to prioritize the fixing.Overall, we are being left with the feeling that some people here over promise and not skilled enough to fix the vehicles which brands they represent. We decided that if the same electrical problem occurs again we will be retuning our Grand Cherokee to the dealership as it is not to safe to drive when the engine dies in the middle of driving and the service that we ve received so far is very poor.

I was all set to purchase(financing locked) a Grand Cherokee L from a dealership near DFW. I stopped here on a whim and talked to Ezekiel and he was able to find a model a trim up and work with his manager to get me a good price and offer on my trade in. All in all 2.5 hours and I was out with a new car and saved me a day or traveling. Definitely recommend the dealership and Ezekiel. So ask for him by name!

The service department is not focused on being helpful. I was trying to have them do a simple repair and they wanted my car for up to 10 days just to look at it to then order the part and then schedule the repair. This, while it literally sits on their lot waiting, and I am without transportation. Needless to say I went somewhere else that was friendly and diagnosed the issue ordered the part and scheduled it around my schedule and wasn t without a vehicle for 20 + days. I have never been refused service and had a team be as unwilling to help as South Point Dodge.

1. They could not explain clearly why the lifters in my Ram 1500 stopped working at 30k miles.2. I had free oil changes with them through my warranty but they had expired shortly (roughly 2.5 weeks) before the repair but they still charged me over $125 for an oil change which was needed from the repairs3. While my truck was at South Point Dodge my truck was broken into and rummaged through4. It was a long repair and they did not offer me a vehicle while the truck was being repaired for over a week5. Buying process was incredibly unprofessional. From the finance agent eating Fast Food and slurping on his large soda while discussing the terms to their pushy sales tactics, it was very unenjoyableAgain, my truck was broken into while they were fixing it and all they could do was apologize and move on. Not to mention the fact that my oil change warranty had just expired and they still charged me after having such a major repair on 2 year old vehicle. They truly suck at what they do. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Just an inefficient process. The group was pushy to use financing through them that was 50 basis points higher than the outside financing I had coming in. (The same exact lender but worse terms for me). Also, they waited about 2 weeks to send payment to the lender (they processed my lease buyout). So I've paid the dealer, but I have to make sure this mistake doesn't ding my credit because it is still processing. I initiated this lease buy out before my lease ended and completed everything before the lease ended, but the dealer didn't pay the lender on time.EDIT: They didn't send the full payment to the lender so I've had to continue to ask them to do their jobs. They were paid early Jan. They didn't pay the lender on the lease in full until the beginning of Feb and only after I continued to check in and remind them.

This place deserves zero stars. I left my truck to be worked on at South Point Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service in Austin Tx. When it was ready for pick up my entire inside of my truck was wet. It smelled like wet carpet and mold. There was moisture in my are rest, glove compartment, underneath the front and back seats. They claimed they had know idea it was wet. But instantly it was obvious when I got into my truck with the smell. So I went straight to the General Manager and showed him. He also agreed with the water damage.South Point Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service in Austin Tx tried to pretend they had nothing to do with the water damage in my truck. They kept my truck for one more to day try and dry and take care of the smell. When it was time to pick my truck up and they said they did what they could. So now I m stuck with my seats and floor smelling like wet dog. They did nothing to make it better. It was obvious . Zero stars

I rarely write reviews, but my ordeal with South Point Dodge compels me to warn others. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by appalling customer service and gross negligence. The Prolonged Wait: My Jeep, a vehicle I depend on daily, was left languishing for an agonizing nine months under the guise of "service". The duration alone was unacceptable, but the lack of communication during this period was even more frustrating. I was left in the dark, with no updates or timelines provided, making it impossible to plan around the absence of my vehicle.Security Breach: To add insult to injury, my Jeep was broken into while parked on their premises. This incident not only speaks volumes about their lack of security measures but also their disregard for customer property. No effort was made by the dealership to rectify or even acknowledge this situation adequately.Customer Service Disaster: The cornerstone of my grievance lies with the service manager Bill Schied. I have never encountered such a blatant display of poor customer service. The manager's indifference to my concerns and their inability to provide basic customer care was astonishing. It was as if my distress and inconvenience were of no consequence to them. The Final Straw: Fed up with the lack of progress and professionalism, I was compelled to tow my car to an independent mechanic. Miraculously, what South Point Dodge couldn't achieve in nine months, the independent mechanic resolved in just two days. This stark contrast not only highlights the incompetence at South Point Dodge but also underscores the efficiency and customer-centric approach of the independent mechanic. My Honest Advice: Avoid South Point Dodge. Their service is a disservice, their communication is non-existent, and their customer care is the worst I've ever experienced. Your vehicle, time, and peace of mind are far too valuable to be entrusted to such an establishment.

If you are thinking about buy a second had vehicle from south point, I would think twice or spend extra money getting a third party inspection. This deal hires 2 faced serpents that will say yes, yes, yes, and then will change the terms of the deal after you have given them a deposit. I bought a car here, my roof leaks to the point I feel rain on my head, my brakes squeal, rub and stick and I was told they where new ( calipers and rotors). The car was 110% good to go. I called back the dealership the day after buy the car and was told you sign as is, so eat it. I wish you could purchase a second hand car with confidence but unfortunately new and used cars from this dealership would be that last place on earth I would want to spend my money. So if you want lemons go to the grocery store, not South Point Dodge. (Also a student)

3 rd trip in on my charger that has 10,000 miles on it and three months for a broken door handle, cannot even get the service writer or service manager to call me back while the car is in there, I ve left seven messages, no one will call me back while my car is still in there, worst service I ve ever experienced, I will never buy another car from them.Ok 20 minutes later I have to say. A manager called and it does seem he actually wasn t aware of all of these issues and seems to really be trying to right this. For for now 3 stars. If they really get this right I ll change it, but since he s trying I ll up it from one to three for now.

Horrible experience with service!! Avoid this dealer at all cost! Way better operated CDJR dealers in ATX! They sent my SRT back unfinished and it was covered under warranty!! Do Not Trust this dealer with your SRT and Hellcat powered vehicles. Horrible communication they fired the service advisor and all during the time they had my vehicle and they completely abandoned my car and the customer service was the worst I ve ever experienced in 10 years of getting my vehicle serviced CDJR

My recent experience with South point dealership was aaalright . I was in the market for truck l found what l like end up buying from there, I got a truck used and I think a package of oil change should of been added or a warranty of some kind. It s business it s going above and beyond for your clients to ensure they come back!

Warning! Scammers! And unprofessional workers here. Bought a 4Runner from them used for 35k and Derek promised he d give me car mat (which never happened). I can t say enough bad things about this place. The managers are very unprofessional besides Chris. He s the only helpful one that I have met. Derek is very unprofessional and unhelpful. He only messaged me back when I got his boss involved. Who is only on his side about everything that had happened. Maybe because his family owns the place, I don t know. I digress. The larger boy who sits in the front huffed when the secretary offered to have him hem put my plates on and then he wasn t able to do it. Chris is the only polite person there that I met who was actually willing to help. Derek and the younger guy in sales only bamboosled me out of help and 10k. They make this warranty on everything so Good. But if you even get a chip or scratch they won t fix it. Also you won t get any help for any warranty things. You must call a third party. And the sales guy I think who s name is Brandon made it sound like they d help. I also said it had a scratch and they didn t even have paint to fix it. They said I d have to go to Toyota which I ll be doing from nPoint is they are rude and scammers. Once they get your money good luck. Also don t reply or speak to me if you are a manager. Several of you have called/ contacted me.Warning to anyone who buys from them to read the fine print. They are smooth talkers and they will try to get you before you do!!! I learned my lesson and will never shop here again.

Made an appointment after reading reviews about how fast they service their vehicles here, only to find out it is not true.I had a service appointment for today (a Friday) and was told that they would not be able to look at it until Wednesday.I have been a Jeep owner for years and have made appointments with other Jeep dealers. Their schedules and calendars have all meant what they said. If I needed an appointment, I would set the appointment and it would get my car looked at on the day of my appointment. The way this dealer has their system set up is that your appointment is, as they said, just a check-in. It makes them less credible in moving this way with their customers. If you can t get the vehicle looked at until next Wednesday, then only allow me to make that appointment for next Wednesday.I feel it s a way to lure people in the door to get their business and it s not honest. I would rather know I have to wait longer and be prepared for that, than to be misled. As a full-time traveler with a schedule and timeline, I don t have the ability to just drop off my car and come back. I don t live here full-time and that makes it very important that the dealership is honest about their availability to service my vehicle. I am now being forced to look elsewhere for service outside of Austin because I leave here on Wednesday. After explaining this to the service writer all he had to say was, well everyone else is backed up around here too, so. All while shrugging his shoulders with a smug face. Not one sense of understanding or empathy for what I was going through, just defensiveness and righteousness. An apology for the misrepresentation of how they operate would have been courteous and was well deserved. If you re okay with the wait time and check-in situation, then just also take into consideration the way they handled my situation before bringing in your vehicle. The last dealership that serviced my vehicle was drastically different. They were quick, incredibly kind and understanding, and went above and beyond to service me as a first time customer. Just know, there are dealerships with service centers that will treat you like family that they actually like, love, and respect. If that s what you re looking for I d say look elsewhere, because you re unfortunately not going to get that here.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service. We dropped our vehicle off on 11/29 they advised us they would have our vehicle to us at the latest Saturday. We had to call them Friday they said they would start working on it Friday and it would be ready Saturday. Saturday we drove down there only to find out they haven't even started. We called again this morning 12/4 only to find out thr tech is out today and it won't be ready till Thursday. I My husband went down there again to see if we could get a loaner as we only have one vehicle and they said they would have someone complete the repair today still no call or update. Very disappointing we will never buy or bring our vehicle for service here ever again.
