The same day our Nissan Rogue had broken down on my husband's way to work, he was able to get a ride to the dealership after his shift and speak with Christine who spent all afternoon helping him find the right vehicle and making sure the numbers were good. We are extremely happy with our Ford Bronco and so pleased to get back on the road again. Wouldn't have been possible without her knowledge and guidance through the entire process. She was amazing!

The service guy was rude. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered. While standing there waiting to be advised of what the problem was with my vehicle, he was on a personal call discussion the details of an outside job he would soon start.I took my car there because it appeared to have been having some issues with the battery. When I picked it up, it barely had a charge and when asked about it he said "we can't charge your battery now because the machines aren't working", and there was evidence that the technician who serviced my car did not use the floor cover, because there was wet grass on the driver's side front and rear and when I showed it to him he said "I can't vacuum your car because the car wash is broke".I found that strange because the night before the charger was working because they had to charge the car for the tech to drive it over 100 miles to attempt to diagnose the problem.On top of all that, he had the nerve to suggest that I should have asked more questions about my vehicle choice before purchasing it.His job it to aid in servicing the car, not critique a customer's choice.

WARNING: SCAM ALERT!!! We got our car serviced here last week and paid $1000 for a new fuel pump. A few days later the car suddenly shut off while we were driving down a busy street, almost causing a wreck. When we looked under the hood, we saw that the battery had not been screwed back in, there were loose nuts and bolts laying on top of it, and a large loose metal part had been thrown on top and was melted into the battery. Now the car will not turn on, totally dead. Nissan has refused to offer us any amount of refund on the faulty work that was done. We had taken a video under the hood of the car right before we dropped it off at Nissan - it is clear that the damage was done by their team. While they did offer to tow the car back to Nissan, they will not refund us and have now asked us to pay an additional $300 to fix the issue they caused. Definitely seems like a scheme to collect more money from us. Hopefully this review helps to warn others. Please pay for the damages to our car and refund us for the labor which damaged our car, put us on the side of the road, left us with no transportation to work, and almost caused a wreck. If Nissan continues to refuse to make this right I will be handling this through the Better Business Bureau, as I have already spoken with them and determined we have plenty of evidence of Nissan's negligence. I ask a manager to contact me so we can settle this without a BBB dispute.

Great service here. The entire building has been remodeled and is very nice. Come check out the place it s very comfortable and relaxing. While getting your car serviced they have a progress screen to inform you how long your wait is. Or you can see the progress being made of the meter. I highly recommend this dealership to all Nissan car owners and to all locals who don t have Nissans. This place is where you want to take your car!

I had 8 a.m. appointment to get my wheels balanced. The service advisor did set the expectation that it would possibly be 2 hour wait. I thought this was a case of under promise over deliver. I was wrong. I actually witnessed the tech taking my car back at 9:35. I then witnessed him going out for a road test and coming back. Only to see 2 technicians taking my car out for a second road test. When I asked the service manager why they took 2 road test he said he would prefer they did it that way. I told him the problem I had as a customer was no one communicated any of this to me. I had to speak with the service manager and the general manager of the dealership to find out anything. My car was finally done at 10:43. I will not take my 370z back to Town North Nissan for service ever again!!

Changed my TPS sensors since all were bad when I bought my vehicle there. Light is on again within a week of leaving there. They aren t responding to me and don t want to take responsibility.

Saul Vela was extremely helpful with explaining the inspection results (they provided a video of a technician going through that process). He was also honest with me about how time-sensitive each issue really was.A downside is how expensive everything is, but that's to be expected with this being a dealership.

BE AWARE, they are a SCAMMER. I heard so much about how car dealers nowadays make money from their service department. I couldn t believe it until they did it to me. My car was there for two days. They overcharged me. I ended up paying $2000. They overcharged for diagnostics, and they forced me to buy parts, unnecessary parts. They told me that because they opened it from the box, that s mine, so I have to purchase it. Any place you go, there is a diagnostic fee, but here, I paid the diagnostic fee, and later, I got a text message they told me for further diagnostic, I had to pay $309.40+ the $165first diagnostic fee plus a shop fee too. They forced me to buy a mass airflow sensor; even though mine was good, they told me it is part of the process, and they have to change it. Anyway, I didn t have a choice. I was in a bad situation. I didn t know what I should do. I accepted it, but that wasn t right. it was interesting how easily they are offering credit card option. I m doing this review not because I m mad; I m just doing this review; hopefully, I can help someone else. I wish zero stars were one of the options.Good luck.

I have had many issues with this dealership since I purchased a vehicle. Communication is not their best attribute. However, Tyler was a great service advisor. I thought I had purchased a service plan with my truck, when actually it was just an extended warranty. He gave me a discount on my oil change. Suggested some other services as well, but I turned them down and will perform them elsewhere for a better price. Overall, the visit was OK. I wouldn't necessarily suggest doing anything at this dealership, including purchasing a vehicle. If you do get service, be sure to ask for Tyler.

WHAT WONDERFUL AMAZING PEOPLE! Took my car to another place to get an oil change just cause I have been busy so I took it out of convenience and they SPILLED OIL ALL OVER MY ENGINE! They didn't even clean it up! Nissan took my car, they did an oil change for me and cleaned up the mess another shop did AS WELL AS WASH MY CAR!!! WHAT WONDERFUL SERVICE! THE PEOPLE AT NISSAN SERVICE ARE SO AMAZING! Learned my lesson. Thank you sooo much for all y'all do!

Took my vehicle in because of a software issue and they were able to get it fixed right away. Saul provided the best customer service with his prompt communication throughout the entire process. The Nissan Service has always been great. They're good at communicating and getting things done efficiently. I had to come back for a system error on their end but they were quick to get me back in and my car but ready promptly before I needed.

Tyler was really professional and outstanding service advisor I get cars are material they will have problems but my car getting diagnosed on same day basis was pretty awesome I called around other places telling me itd take weeks for a tech to get to it like aint nobody got time for that

Awful customer service. I needed new key and remote for my Versa. The salesman told me over the phone that the key wouldn t need to be programmed. I bought the key and remote. Went to the store to pick it up and then tried to use the key on my car after purchasing but it wouldn t turn the car on. The salesman then told me that it would need to be programmed, that I would need to make an appointment to do so, and that it would cost upwards of $150 an hour to do, and that they probably wouldn t get to it until the next day. I talked to the people in the service department at the store about the situation and they were cynical and dismissive. One of the servicemen sarcastically asked Do you have any more questions? after I tried to explain my frustration. Then I tried to return the key because my old one still turned the engine, but they refused to return it because it had already been cut. Do not take your Nissan here unless you absolutely need to.

Held onto my fianc� s car for two weeks and asked us to let them fix it when we asked for it back so we said sure. However, when we got his car back they absolutely drained his fuel tank, we turned it in with a 3/4 tank. This is the third time they ve done this to us and yes it doesn t reflect their work but however it s really annoying.Service: Transmission

We brought our car in under warranty with 10,000 miles after a CVT malfunction light came on. This is a known problem with Nissan Rouges.There is an active lawsuit over this problem. So red flags went up when the service tech Saul acted like they had never heard of it. Saul instead sent us pictures of the car that was admittedly not clean and accused my wife of spilling something that broke the transmission shifter. We have three kids but at no time remember anything spilling that would break the transmission. Saul talked over us on the phone. Was not interested in helping or helping us answer questions about how the warranty process worked. Saul decided no and that was that. After talking to his boss Joel it was clear this was the shop culture. I sat and listened to him cut off and talk over my wife while she tried to figure out the warranty process. Upon calling Nissan there is no evidence that a claim was ever submitted by South Austin Nissan on our behalf even after they said Nissan denied our claims. We paid for the repair. We buried my wife s father the same day, we didn t need the stress and needed the car. The day after we buried her father she picked up the car with personal documents from a bag in the glove box on her seat and four tires low on air. She had a blowout on I35 and the lugnut key just so happened to be missing. My wife is too upset to even mess with the car now. I will go to discount to deal with the tires even though we have road hazard through Nissan. STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience at a service center ever.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Bought a $34,000 car on a Saturday just to find out it had a flat by the time I got home (1 mile away). Had to wait till Monday to discuss the flat since they're closed Sunday, just to be told they would replace it for $450. Had a great experience here 10yrs ago but I guess things have changed. This is not what I would expect. Shady business. Buyer beware!

I bought a car from them a few months ago and traded in my old car. THEY NEVER DID THE PAYOFF ON MY OLD CAR!!!! They told me they sent out the check for the payoff but NEVER DID!! So my credit dropped 100 points and they are doing NOTHING about it!! What a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you get a car from these guys, their customer service is the worse. I have had to call about 10 times to try to talk to somebody about my car warranty. They keep sending me to voicemails, its very frustrating. In top of that, I went to the store they made me wait one hour when no one else was in the store waiting to be served. They only care about you when you are trying to buy or lease a car otherwise their service is the worse. Incredibly disappointed.
