My wife's car was run into along the rear door and fender. Just got the car back from Roadrunner 9 days ago and it looks great - just like new. The price matched the insurance quote and was lower than Grady's original estimate. I've used Roadrunner twice previously and the work has held up fine with no problems, including the repainting of the rear bumper on my Mustang done 18 years ago. I would use them again and have no complaints.

Had such a terrible experience here, it was almost comical. Brought my car in after a fender bender for some cosmetic repairs. Despite charging me to fix dents in the fender, they painted right over them. When I brought it in a second time for them to fix that, they forgot about it for almost a week until I called to check in, so I had to rent a car for an extra 3 days. Even then, they didn't reinstall the emblems that they removed to paint. Paint quality is terrible, not to mention the orange peel. The replacement bumper they installed has a large dent in it, which they also painted right over and cannot be fixed. To top it all off, the panels don't even line up - the bumper they installed literally isn't even mounted properly. Grady assured me that they would make it right but has not returned my calls, and every time I've dropped by to speak with him in person, the office has been closed in the middle of the day. I didn't expect a top tier job, but this was embarassingly bad. I'm taking my car to a different shop so that they can fix Roadrunner's mistakes.

Over the last 10 yrs I have needed to use Roadrunner Body and paint. Each time they did a quality job even when dealing with the frustrating supply chain problems in 22. Grady is easy to wrk with and the work is done at reasonable price. Good folks.

Fender-bender . Roadrunner paint and body shop . I didn't want a full fix with my old car, but it needed some attention to get the passenger door opening again. Grady had me back on the road with just a little elbow grease and 15 minutes. Thanks!!

Roadrunner did awesome on repairing my car after a little fender bender that involved a scraped and dented bumper that had also moved a little out of place. The estimate was spot on, Grady was professional and flexible, and they got the work done in just a few days. I would absolutely recommend them and would return should the need arise. We took our vehicle in for paint touch-ups after being backed into. My husband first took the car in for an estimate. He said the estimate took approx. 10 mins. and was a very thorough and reasonable estimate. We took our car back to have the work done, and the the estimated length of repair and dollar estimate was spot on. Thepaint job looks awesome. I had a small but deep dent from what I believe was metal shrapnel. The damage went through the paint and the metal was even exposed.Grady fixed this a few months ago and it still looks brand new. Fair prices and he even gave me a ride to and from his shop.

They re both good as new now. I also would like to mention how great the customer service and support was throughout the entirety of our process. They definitely provide that friendly/family like atmosphere that you would like to have with your automobile specialist/mechanic. 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend!

I went into Roadrunner a few months ago looking to get some body kit pieces I had painted to match my car. I met with Grady, and he was willing to drop the total cost of the paint job I needed which was great. It took about a week and a half for the parts to be painted and they looked really good, I was impressed.I inspected the painted parts in more detail once I got home to find out that there were a few clear coat runs on my spoiler wing that still needed to be sanded and buffed out. Unfortunately, this is where the problem started happening, and it was not Grady's fault, in fact, I really did not contact Grady about this issue and instead was talking with the individual who worked on my pieces that got painted. That individual had told me they can make the clear coat correction that week, but this was not the case.The person who had worked on my pieces was apparently not showing up for work anymore after I brought the spoiler wing back to be corrected. I would show up randomly for the next 3 weeks to always see my piece still in the same spot in the shop where I left it to be worked on.Eventually, I was able to meet with a new hire to help with the sanding and buffing for my spoiler wing I had left in there to be corrected. They did me a solid and I no longer had to wait.If it was not for this one issue I had, this would have been a 5-star review. However, I will still use this business if I ever need any other car parts painted.Service: Painting

Three factors I want to summarize up front that guarantee I'll be returning to Grady and his team at Roadrunner for any future work: fair price, top quality work, and reliable turn around time. They gave me a great deal on a paint restoration for my severely sun damaged truck. Heck after hearing how much work went into it, I probably got too good of a deal. I was floored when I came to pick it up and saw just how beautiful a job they'd done. Most impressive of all, Grady told me it'd be done in 3-4 days, and by golly I got that call in 4 days saying she was ready for pickup. They gave me so many compliments on that truck (even after I paid so you know they meant it)! I just felt appreciated as a customer, and they took great care of me. Huge thanks to Grady and the Roadrunner team! I couldn't recommend them more highly.Service: Painting

Grady and his team are one of those mechanics that is hard to find--reliable, honest, and fair pricing. Highly recommend him. Went in dreading to have to order several brand new parts for an old car, walked out with my existing parts in working, and good-looking order. He had me in and out on the same day, "after hours", and literally 1/5 of the price Honda wanted to charge to simply diagnose the issue with 48 hours turnaround time before they would likely charge hundreds of dollars more. Second time coming here, second time just as good as the first.

Grady, the owner, when I first called him up my car had been sitting over at the Subaru shop for 2 weeks ...and they did not even get to it the repairs. The car had rear body damage and he took me in right away.He's going to buff out even some of the scratches for no cost and he and his staff were able to give me a rideRoadrunner is A++++. We took our Pathfinder to Grady to replace a hood and fix a problem with the battery connectors. He provided an estimate quickly and then when the bill came there were no surprises. The work was done well and we were very satisfied. My car brushed up against the hose connector at a gas pump. After I got three estimates from three different shops to remove what I perceived to be a minor dent and scratch (through the paint) from my front fender--ranging from $900 to $2,000--I was referred to Roadrunner by my Nissan dealer. Grady did the estimate, which came in at a great price below my insurance deductible! Then he was able to knock another $50 or so from that when he innovatively thought about taping around the headlight versus removing it for painting! A great example of thinking about the customer.It all took only three days, which was the same amount of time as the other shops, and he was conveniently open on Veterans Day--while other body shops are typically closed on holidays.When complete, it looked good as new, with no visible evidence of either the dent or the deep scratch! He even threw in a bottle of touch-up paint, for a chipped spot by the tire, for no additional cost.To sum it up, Roadrunner has the three things most businesses can only achieve two of: the best price, fast service and great quality. Excellent customer service. Grady (owner) gave me a free estimate, which was the best around. He got our van in-and-out in a day-and-a-half, which was half a day faster than the other quotes. Roadrunner did a fantastic job. Looks good as new (literally)! Very happy!!!

Did a great job repairing damage body work and repainting on my 2015 Chevy 2500HD. My truck now looks like new on the exterior... now to get my driver's leather seat repaired that I've damaged while wearing a hunting knife along with rough wear and tear. I'll bring it in later for the leather work.

One of those rare, quality businesses tucked away in a nondescript strip mall in Manchaca, Tx. An honest, reliable and friendly full service facility. I have used this business on two separate occasions for repair of my 2000 GMC Jimmy. The first service was replacement of a leaky radiator and this current time repair and replacement of all four brake units and repair of driver side door hinges. The service was top-notch and reasonably priced. I was completely satisfied with the professional and courteous service which has not always been the case at other garages , and have recommended this business to my friends and neighbors.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have nothing but great things to say about Roadrunner Body & Paint. I had a minor accident in my car and some bodywork was required. I took my car to Roadrunner and received nothing less than top of the line service. They quoted me an extremely fair price, handled the insurance company and made my car look good as new!!! I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Since I m relatively new to Austin I was grateful to hear about Road Runner Body and Paint through friends. For me that has always been the best way to learn about established businesses offering excellent service. I simply could not be happier with the prompt and friendly service and especially the perfection of the work.As a retired widow on a fixed income I greatly value the more than fair pricing, respectful staff and, again, the perfection of the work on my car.
