Yo so if you need top dollar rims and or tires, alignments, rotating your wheels and fixin flats without the hassle, come to RnR their team is top notch they'll have you in and out in no time, and i get a sense of them actually caring for their customers I will recommend them 100�s over, Hey Tire Express you have a customer for life

Nick and Chris, of RNR Wheels helped me with a project I was planning by giving me an old wheel. I asked if they needed me to pay for it and they declined. They were gracious and kind about. Though I was not shopping for their merchandise, they treated me well. That spoke a lot to me about their services. RNR would be where I would go if I needed wheels!

Recently visited this place and recieved what I thought was great service. the technician didn't put my aftermarket wheel lock back where he found it. after arguing and refusing to bring it to me, I vowed to pick it from a specific spot the rep told me he'd put it. I drove 1hr back there before I took off on my 14hr trip back home to find out the next day, they weren't going to reimburse nor could the find my 1 that they clearly misplaced! Shame on you guys for poor service and charging me for tps diagnostics with no results

BUYER BEWARE! Do not sign up for any financing options with this company. They will deceive you. Everyone is under trained and very unprofessional. I will never do business with RnR again. A bunch of hidden fees which they decided to show me till end of installation ?! Wow. Paid off the amount asap not good business . No wonder no one was here . Also don t get me started with the wait time. Was there from 1 all the way to 4Pm?! Insane for a change of tires and alignment ! NOT COOL.

If I could give this company as a whole 0 Stars I would, I wouldn't trust none of these crooks.A little over a year ago I paid 2200 cash for some tires and rims that I never received! They tried to sell me some used ones at first and I confronted them,I was told they were going to order a new set that I could ride on the used ones until they arrive and would call when they do. Some weeks went by no word, I call and get an excuse. I said ok,I 'll be patient.I get a flat on my rear tire in South Austin and go to the South location to get it fixed,they didn't have the slim tire I had and was told the rim was no good! They didn't have no other rims that we wanted so we were stuck with some rims we didn't want, reminding we still waiting on new set of rims from North store.Few months pass no word, I have another flat and I go to the North Lamar store ,and I tell them about what happened,I never received my rims they can't find me in the system! Was told it was so long ago that its nothing they could do...I spent almost 300 for two new tires that I thought was new anyway till I recognized my car war shaking bad the tires had chunks missing out of them .Went back the next day and while in there waiting for new tires to get out on right...I see the rims that the South Location told me that they were dented and no good. I go look at them to look for a mark where I marked them and I be dang it was them!! I still don't have the new rims we originally purchased or was waiting on or thr ones that were told they were no good and they told me that I can't get my new rims,money,or rims that I was told they were no good! I wouldn't deal with them at all!! Its not over tho!!!

Went in because I needed you tires. My husband was out of town so I had to be the one to do this. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I will recommend RNR for tires and great service. Thanks!!

Allen was above and beyond helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in and it was such a relief - gave me immediate trust in the team here and they did a great, speedy job fixing my tire when. I m sure a lot of places would have told me it was too close to closing time. Thanks brotha

My boyfriend and I came in to look at some of rim options and we appreciate the great customer service we got from this store unlike the previous one we stopped at before. They were very helpful and we found a few that we were interested in, we will definitely be coming back here!!

Customer service was good, very respectful. Unfortunately, calling to make appointment wasn't noted, I was told that the size I requested for tire and wheels was in stock, but wasn't, my alignment is exactly the same as I brought it in which is messed up and my truck sat there for longer than 2 hours. And I'll have to drive back and leave my truck again to have these issues fixed.

The guys and gals there totally hit it out of the ballpark. I just got new rims on 07/07 and I went in today and saw some rims that were way better and they said they would be more than glad to swap them out. These guys and gals know how to treat a customer. I highly recommend going here for all your tire needs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I go in for a front end alignment and come out with a car that won t start. First the tell me it will take 40 mins I was there for almost 2 hours. Then they charge me before telling me my car won t start. My car was fine all the way till they put their damn hands on it. Nick was very rude the entire time blowing me off instead of trying to figure out what happen. My car is sitting at a mechanic shop seeing what they did wrong it to. DON T EVER GO HERE!!

Been dealing with these people since I've moved to TX. My first experience was great and now my second time around is even better. Maria, Chris and Nate have gone way beyond customer service. It's always my go to place for Rims and Tires. Trust me if your on a budget but want to look like your rich this is the place
