We have been to here for couple of times so far to test drive and pickup our truck! Friendly and super helpful staff. Love their customer service willingness to be patient and explain things to new EV and Truck owners like ourself. Thanks to everyone for making our purchase effortless.

I've been here several times: for test drive, delivery, repair of minor cosmetic imperfections from the factory, and repair of some rodent-caused damage. It's clear that these guys are proud to work for Rivian. Always friendly service and the personal attention is refreshing. The warehouse area is pristine like a showroom.I've had to wait in the lobby a bit, but it's comfortable and clean, with toys for kids, books, and coffee. It's getting busier than a year ago, so my fear is that they may lose the ability to maintain this experience. But so far, the best vehicle service experience of any brand.For comparison, our Tesla experience was terrible. And need I even mention the traditional dealership experience?

Great experience picking up my R1S here. I was a little early, but they were prepared for me. Friendly crew who know they get to provide joy to folks, and take that privilege seriously. Stoked to have my vehicle, and happy that they are so close by in case I need them in the future.

The customer service representative Rivian has been very unhelpful. I asked him to have a supervisor call us and of course nobody is following up. When we asked them if they proactively check for maintenance items that are going to come out of warranty he let me know that they do not do that. When talking with him about specific concerns, he was almost mocking us expecting that we should no answers to things that, I imagine, Rivian specialist and mechanics may know, but the individual user may not necessarily have knowledge of. Really the service side of Rivian has been kind of a joke in contrast to all other cars we have owned.

I believe the people working at the service center are doing the best they can. With that said, it is my opinion Rivian as a corporation is failing the consumer and it's employees.My encourgement for Rivian Staff; share the hurdles you have with your leaders and management. Solve problems, find the path to product improvement and customer satisfaction. Share those thoughts.Rivian as an EV contender has its place near or at the top; only if the service problem is solved. John took us out for a test drive. We were already all in on the Rivian but he made us appreciate and want the RS1 even more. You could tell he really loved the car and did an excellent job showing all the options and features. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I look forward to getting my Rivian and working with this service center. If you are wanting to know everything about the Rivian and want your rep to go above and beyond make sure to request John.

Called Rivian roadside assistance at 1:27pm Friday September 22 for assistance opening charging port. I missed a call from 800 number Saturday at 1:30 pm they had questions...I called back Sunday Morning at 9:30am and was assured I would get a call and they would be out Monday Sept 25.Nothing.I took the day off work and called Monday morning at 10am and was told I would get a call back.At 5pm Monday I was told they would try to fit me in but they had been overwhelmed with hail damage calls. HAIL STORM HAPPENED 58 HOURS AFTER MY SERVICE REQUEST!Don't believe for a second they will be here "first thing Tuesday morning"

Great team at the service center. Communication can be spotty on service or underestimated. Rivian still has some growing pains to fix in delivery and service. Delivery was sort of "here is your truck, oops we didn't notice these issues. Take it and it'll be fixed later" which was sort of a disappointing experience. Our R1T was delivered with a dent in door and messed up lower panel. Mobile service fixed panel couple weeks ago but dent is being fixed, 2 months later. It's taking weeks to fix a tiny dent from delivery and another electronics issue. Kinda ridiculous if compare with a large OEM for similar. That and 3rd party shops and contractors are used that unfortunately have to drive your truck across Austin at times, sits outdoors in lots, etc. Look forward to it back this time and hope for no more service needs here.

Showed up the morning after the fastener recall (before heading out of state) and the very kind Rivian squad proactively had a lane setup ready to inspect/adjust the necessary part. Very organized process, fantastic staff and was back on the road within 15 minutes. Thank you to everyone at Rivian for the AWESOME truck and EXCELLENT service to go along with it. A++

My first experience with rivian service was great. I needed my windshield replaced (rock on the highway) and they were on time, and the work was done perfectly. I dealt with Max and he was very helpful.

Had a great experience with a visit here. Tyler was the service rep for me and they took care of a recall and other items without any fuss. Went over and beyond. Just did our First Drive with John, and had an incredible experience. My wife and I drove up from San Antonio and were met by John with a huge smile and obvious love for what he does. He took us all around the R1T and then hit the road. Not having seen or experienced an R1T beforehand was making this huge purchase a little nerve wracking, but John answered all of our questions with a great attitude and no sign of being annoyed. All in all, the R1T + John helped me feel better about this upcoming big buy. We can't wait!

customer service reception excellent, but technicians really suck. Took my truck for repair, Every time I preheat smells like burnt plastic inside. The back tunnel cover when you close it it pops really loud. drove 3 1/2 hours from Oklahoma to Dallas spend the night in Dallas, and the truck is the same, they didn t fix anything. They just charge my truck 50%. That s all they did to it what a waste of time and money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had the honor of being the first customer to take delivery at this service center, but judging by the team's preparedness, I could have been customer #10,000. Friendly knowledgeable staff, including the poor guy who took me out for a test drive while I whipped through Austin without engaging the blinker.

Wonderful people who go out of their way to take care of you. They gave me the best service experience I've ever received. The center itself is beautifully designed and has a really nice waiting area. Kind, patient, and eager to help - the people make it the complete package. We love our Launch Green R1S, which we picked up at the newly opened Austin Service Center back on 17SEP2022! We had an excellent experience and the kids loved playing with the toys in the waiting area. :)
