This is by far THE BEST MECHANIC SHOP IN AUSTIN!! They are reliable, honest, fast, get the job done and never try to upset you. They give you an accurate quote at the beginning and keep you updated throughout the process. I brought several of my cars (Buick, Tahoe, Grand Marquis) to this shop with different issues and never had a problem. Their pricing is fair so that normal people can afford it.

They completed the exhaust work in 1 day with great customer service and a fair price. The state inspector is knowledgeable and offered great advise in regards to the inspection that we have coming up.

This place is absolute trash and they leave your car in worse shape than they found it (after making you spend $200 with them). Don't bring your car here unless you want them to ruin it and be saddled with a $500 bill somewhere else to fix their mistakes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I called in to see if they could replace break lines and asked for a quote. It seemed like they were not excited to do this type of work and the guy told me to look up a price and hung up, probably just a place for oil changes and inspections.

I took my truck in on Friday December 23, 2016 to have a catalytic converter welded onto my driver side, upon driving 600 miles the truck began to give me problems, while out of town I took the truck to another muffler shop and they removed the catalytic converter, only to find out that the part that I had provided to Rivera Welding was not the part that I gave to the welder. The part numbers did not match, I did return to the shop with my receipts and serial numbers of the part that I had taken to the shop, They did not match. I did contract the police department and they did refer me to file a complaint. When I went to the shop they denied everything; even though we had the part number that should've been on the truck. It was $226.00 that I paid.

Great people they were able to help me and my brother out in a moments notice. I literally drove in told them what I needed and was in the bay to get my muffler done in less then 5 mins

Not very happy at ALL with how they left the inside of my car,(my boyfriend)just had cleaned my carpet&seats and all the above my head so very upset.i know for a fact you MUST NOT LEAVE no important papers laying around or they will go through it....Im so very upset because i hate that you can't trust them,i left my car with them a few day's...So plz Beware!!!!!
