Absolutely amazing service, super patient! waited an extra 2 hours so that I could pick my truck up same day due to work. amazing comunication and just a wonderful person and business. I will definitely becoming back if needed (hopefully not) and referring any and all of my friends and family!!

David was really responsive and attentive. I got my clutch and flywheel replaced for my bmw (you know how expensive those get) He gave me a good quote and was instantly ready to start working on it. I had trouble with other shops getting a schedule but Reliable were ready to get started on it. He diagnosed the issue with the car and told me with parts I need to get and all got done with it in about a week. I really recommend him he s the best Transmission spot in Austin.Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

David is an absolute clown. No idea how to be professional. Attempts to scam customers. Refuses to explain his findings to customers and makes drawn out figurative fallacies to intimidate. Take your potatoes elsewhere David. DO NOT GO HERE

I do not recommend it, if you do not want to waste time and money, do not even think about going to this workshop, David appears to be a serious and kind person, but he is not, he repaired the transmission of my truck, he never gave me a receipt or guarantee saying that His printer broke, I was waiting for him to send it to my email, after 6 months the transmission broke and I was left in the middle of the highway. When I went to him to find out why according to the warranty it was for one year, he told me a lot of nonsense that not even a child would believe, that to check the transmission I needed 5 hours and each hour cost $150, come on! and based on what I found, I would know if the warranty covered or I would have to pay for the repair again. Given that, I preferred to go home feeling cheated. I am not a fan of arguments and I leave it to divine justice.

Prior to going to have my car checked for transmission issues, I had mix feelings reading the reviews. The price seems very reasonable and I m glad I did went! They did a great job on my van and I highly recommend their service!

It s a great little mom & pops shop, it s my first time stopping by because my office is right around the corner. David was great he went through and told me what I needed and gave me the exact time when it would be done. The work was excellent & I haven t had a problem since. Aamco transmission quoted me $450 for a transmission service. Reliable did the same service for Half that. Excellent service. I'm coming here for ALL of my vehicle repairs from now on...

I recommend not using this company. Had them rebuild a common transmission and it didn t even last 3k miles.Any positive reviews for transmission work from this business have to be fabricated.Very poorly run operation from front to back.Service: Transmission

Very bad customer service. I called multiple times did not pick up. They texted me back giving foolish statements. I wanted to know if they had a specific type of transmission that I was looking for and the person in-charge said they just to talk to them it will cost me 125$ per hour. Wasted my time and gave me false hope definitely would not recommend unless you want to waste your timeService: Transmission
