This was hands down the best experience I have had at a tire shop. I needed a tire fixed since it kept deflating. I stopped in and Alex, the manager, was so friendly and said they will take a look while I waited in their seating area. He quickly came back in and showed me a photo of the screw that was in my tire. Kendrick patched it up and they did at no charge. Plus, I was trying to get a lemonade out if their vending machine, and Alex offered to cover the beverage. How awesome and kind is that.If you need new tires, wheels or tire repair, they are it! Will be back very soon for RAW to fix my tire pressure sensors. They quoted me a price that was much less than a previous shop quoted. Thanks again for making it such a great and quick experience!

Great place to shop for tires and rims the staff there were very helpful answered all my questions and made my truck look beautiful. I read everyone there a five star and would recommend to anyone thank you guys.

I just went to the RentAWheels at 6524 S Congress Avenue today. I went in there because I had a slow leak on one of my rear tires. Alex and his team inspected my tire, found the culprit (a rogue screw), and were able to seal up my tire through the entire puncture to keep it on the road, which is great since all four of my tires still have a healthy amount of tread life on them. This is an excellent shop. I definitely recommend their work.

I Greatly appreciate Ryan helping me set up my account while understanding my school/work payroll situations and finding a good fitting/ looking rim & bundle for my project lancer's . The manger Alex since getting my bundle has taken care of me and shown great patience & respect for his customers. will always recommend R.a.w on Congress as a go to stop for anyone looking for an affordable choice on upgrading or switching rims or tires

Thanks for the help again guys This is my go to shop for all my wheel and tire needs. Having low profile tires on my aftermarket wheels can be tricky, because I can t just take them to any tire shop. These guys however know what they are doing and can take care of the stretch no problem at all. They ve helped me with new tires, tire rotations, and even patchwork. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with custom wheel setups!

This place is awesome! They helped in a time of need, I had a damaged rim and they were able to get me a new tire and rim for a great deal!! Alex was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back when I need new tires!

Wanted to share my experience here! Amazing! Alex was amazing! We definitely didn t know what we were searching for and he helped us with options, was very patient, and kind. He even followed up with us constantly to check up on us and see what we have decided. Even after made paperwork go smooth and explained in detail everything. definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering either tires or wheels! Work with him! Great location, clean, and 10/10 customer service. I loved the turn out & thanks again to Alex for making this possible.

Thanks to my boy Alex here real helpful and very patient help me get the right tires At a Great deal the team and staff at RAW Wheels where very nice and helpful. thanks to you Alex I was able to drive out there not warring if my tire was gonna blow out . The worst experience EVER he kept talking over me not giving me a chance to explain what s going on let him know I had 2 flat tires in the front mind you I m a good customer make my payments on time only owe them 87 bucks and he was so rude to me ask me to drive the car to him like there s not 2 FLAT TIRES will never come to this location ever again he was not helpful at all nor did he care to help HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER this is our only car I paid all that money to be treated like that was experience ever I went to the Lamar location and they were such a great help

I came back from being a previous customer and they made sure we got what we wanted and gave us the best options they could give us. Great environment with great employees who made my experience yet once again a wonderful experience making sure I was taken care before we left the store and if there was something not done to my satisfaction they made sure to take of us at our convenience. Overall the best place to get your custom wheels and tires. I would highly suggest this place over any other place that I have ever in counted. Just awesome all around. Thanks guys once again for standing by your logo.

Shout out to Alex and his team for amazing customer service. I was in need of tires for my Jeep and he ordered them and they arrived the next day. Price was very reasonable and Alex and his staff are very professional. Thank you for my new tires...I definitely feel much safer behind the wheel.

Showed up hoping to have quick and easy service for one tire. Took 3 hours because he questioned the fact that they were overtorqued and wanted to check all 4 corners when all I needed them was to slap a new tire on the rim I messed up. Now I m with a lost key. I was returned with two different keys about two weeks later. Bad and horrible workers. Called and was hung up on when I needed special help and suggestions. Never dealing business here.

Alex is the best! RAW Wheels & Tires is the best! I had a flat tire and needed help to get to an appointment on Saturday. Alex and his shop really came through for me and I appreciate their commitment to quality customer service above and beyond! They have the best collection of Rims for you in the shop as well, whatever you are looking for. They have it! Highly recommend this place if you are in Austin!

While everyone else was CLOSED on Memorial Day Ryan at RAW tire & wheels offered me PROMPT service & got me back on the road super quick. Why choose a Geo when you could drive a Rolls? Don t shortchange yourself visit the pros!
