These guys and gals are top notch. John Perez was the easiest manager I have ever dealt with. He jumped on my truck right at the time he told me to be here and got me in and out in less than the expected hour he had told me. I would highly recommend due to the punctuality and service. Big thanks to John Perez for taking care of business and doing exactly what he says he will do.

RAW Wheels & Tires will have your ride set to your personal satisfaction. They truly make sure to please their customers! Once you walk in you will be walking out with a smile. I was very pleased with their services on my vehicle. Especially since they were the only shop willing to work on it. I won t go to any other wheel/tire shop again!

Had an absolutely great experience. The employees will get you in and out quick and they ll make sure you re leaving with you ll love. The manager Jon knows his stuff and will get you something that looks absolutely amazing on your ride. I d def give them a try. The tire tech is quick and careful as well. I m definitely gonna purchase from them again!

It s very unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review for this location. I have been a loyal customer at RAW for years. I have purchased and paid off a set of tires and rims and paid them all off and came back in for a second set of tires. This place has gone to dooky since they changed management and employees. The only person that I recognize that still there is the Hispanic guy who put my tires on. I respect that dude because he s been there since I became a customer of RAW. I called to have my payment moved to four days past due date and was told I d have to pay $50 and then the balance due in four days, ok coo np Called back only be told I was quoted wrong it would be $80 and my full balance will be due in four days. I can see if I was delinquent or just a piss poor customer that s never on time with payments. I pay off this set of tires, I will never ever do business with RAW again.

I dont know if the person that talked to me about the price was the manager but he was literally mad rude just because i asked for prices since i had a budget. One of the girls really helped out the other girl i started talking to her she answered one of my questions then ignored me for a phone call she had with a "co-worker". Very Rude.

I want start by saying it's easy to do wrong, but doing right is hard.. It's a life lesson and it brings me to what I would like to say. Most reviews tell you when a company does well & not so well. Seb & the team he's partnered with over there at Store 67 on North Lamar cares about you & your vehicle looking good. They take the time to walk you through what will work for you & what won't. If you don't have a vision they will help paint one. There's no surprises in price. I personally have had a trouble in paradise moment & they were there for me & I'm willing to bet my beautiful rims they will be there for you as well. Thank you guys for an amazing experience Rent A Tire!!!Tim

This is my second time the first time about tires and rims 2700 I enjoy the customer service at so friendly and it's a family company now I'm back again by me some balls because the tires last three years I got good quality tires so now I'm back again I'm getting nice that they sell bows so I want to say they got to be good for me to come back so in the bowles coached 2402 but I just want to thank them cuz they is so good to me gave me a nice look good and bad I appreciate them and thank them for appreciating me and I give him 10 Stars

Has great customer service only been with them for about two weeks. Had a quick blow out and they was very helpful to fix. I wasn t even in there long I was even able to get the tire fixed on lunch break and out of there before lunch break was over great management, great front desk and great tire tech awesome team.

The experience I had at the store was great! The staff is nice and was very helpful when I asked so many questions. The assistant manager, Brian, was amazing! He made the process a breeze and I was there for not too long. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I bought a set of $2000.00 wheels for my brand new truck. The district manager Jarrett or Jared sold me them. Well come to find out after leaking air out of all tires that these wheels were welded numerous times. All 4! More cracks have appeared since...its only been 3 months and I'm a light driver. I went back in, but not looking for my money back, but for him to take these unsafe wheels back and swap me out a new set of equal value. District manager tells me oh when I sold these to you, you knew that they had been fixxed. Ummm....I did? I would never buy unsafe wheels for my truck that my children under 5 ride in daily. It is against buisness statues of a wheel and tire buisness to sell and install unsafe wheels onto a vehicle. It's sad that the district manager knows this and doesnt care as long as he brings in those sales right? I am going to reach out to corporate first as my attorney is telling me before we make legal action. Jared or Jarrett the district manager here is a very bad person who doesnt care that he is putting the lives of myself and children in danger. The fact that he knew these were all welded and still sold them to me is just disgusting and robbery as far as I'm concerned. They also installed my tire sensors into all the wrong tires and lost all of my valve caps during the install. I am not a happy customer and they need to make this right. Please dont shop here if you care about your life. 2000 dollars got me a bunch of welded metal and a bunch lies. What yall think? Good deal?

I came in as an early bird and left a few hours later only because Seb was determined to get my wheels and tires on the same day. He called around to get what I needed and I can't thank him enough for his genuine hospitality... Thanks to RAW and Seb I got a fresh set and I'm as happy as I can be. I highly recommend!!

My boy Marcelino helped me out throughout the whole process and was extremely patient with the paperwork and picking out the tires and rims that fit most best for my car. Aside from being able to have a financing option, the customer service was espectacular. I definitely do NOT mind coming back to pick out some new tires and rims for another car I have waiting to install. Best place I could of went to pick out my rims and tires. 10/10 would recommend to come back again. Keep doing your thing, that s what brings people in. Thanks !!!!!

Raw tires and wheels are awesome. As I said in my yelp review they are a godsend for me. Very professional, fast, and easy to do business with probably one of the easiest company's I've dealt with in a long time. Pleasure do business with RAW, if I ever have to get tires again that store location will be the one I'm taking my business to in Austin, TX. Thank you again RAW.

I regret buying anything from these people. They have poor book keeping. Every since I got these tires its been one thing after another, its difficult to pay for your tires. DONT LEAVE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL ARBITRARILY TAKE MONEY YOU DONT OWE..

Had a small screw in my tire. These guys pulled it out free of charge and had me on my way in 15 mins! Impeccable service and attitude. Highly recommend!

Guys were very awesome and very amazing and they help me with my flat and no time at all. Would highly recommend to anyone else who might need help with their tires because these are very very nice people working here and I can't thank them enough because they basically saved my holiday on Christmas.
