I had a fantastic experience with Radiator & A/C-Austin. Not only do they offer radiators and AC condensers at competitive prices, but they also go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Their willingness to provide fair deals and assistance really stood out to me. If you re looking for quality products and great customer care, Radiator & A/C-Austin is the place to go. We have been working with 1800 for years! Hard to find customer service like this anymore. Both with customers and business supplying. They make ordering simple. Even if there is a problem they are quick and more than willing to help in anyway they can to make it right. They have a loyal customer with J Reyes Auto! Thanks again guys. Very friendly receptionist, knowledgeable, and quick service. I would say this tho always call ahead to make sure they stock what you looking for and if not to get it ordered.

If your looking to be truly taken care of this is the place. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. These guys will go out of their way to assist. The service and employees are second to none. Try them for yourself.

I just bought my radiator today so I cannot speak to the quality other than the visual inspection and packaging. But what I was most impressed with was the service. Their pricing was competitive for my Infiniti and they had it delivered to my doorstep within a couple of hours of calling (Less than 3 hours). I didn't have to pick it up, they delivered at no charge. The guy on the phone was great, the delivery driver was great, they were all around easy to deal with. The delivery driver even brought me a little candy bag. :)Assuming the radiator holds up and doesn't have any issues, I would highly recommend these guys.

Gomez and I just got off the phone.He took gr8 care of my needs for a radiator even after my call dropped he called back and I will have my radiator tomorrow.Thanks for the update to my 1972 C 3500.Keeping it cool is the business they are in.
