QualTech Automotive is the BEST auto repair shop that I have ever been to. If you have the chance to work with Chris Cross, you will be one lucky person. Chris was the most helpful service advisor that I have ever spoken to. As a 24-year-old girl, auto repair shops always try to get me to purchase way more than I actually need at the time. Chris did everything in his power to help me with issues, and come to a financially-sound conclusion. I got my rear brakes/drums serviced, and I will be recommending QualTech on 620 to everyone that I know! Thank you, Chris and Arthur Gibson (the technician)!

I can t recommend this shop enough! Todd Davis has given me nothing but the best when it comes to quality of work, transparency, reasonable pricing, and overall professionalism. I came to this shop after having an absolute nightmare experience with the Midas on Lake Creek Parkway (STAY AWAY!), and now more than ever I appreciate the value of a trustworthy and reliable shop and mechanic in particular. I will be going here for all future vehicle maintenance/repairs and I implore anyone reading to do the same!

Fantastic experience. Even though I got my car in a little late in the day they got to it and called me to let me know the issue. Gave me a quote and told me Thursday but actually got it done cheaper Wednesday morning. Just incredible.

QualTech was referred to us by my brother in law, George P. I'm so thankful & grateful to Robert G. for his immediate concern and care about what needed to be repaired on our vehicle. These guys are really amazing!!! Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop - ever! I brought in my plug-in hybrid because the check engine light came on. When I picked up the car, they said that they probably fixed the problem (the engine light no longer on), but could not be 100% sure that the fix would be permanent. The amazing part is that they didn't charge me anything because of this. I marked my calendar on the day three months from the day I picked it up. If the light is still on, I will go back and pay them for their time. When was the last time you experienced such honesty and customer service! By the way, it's been one week and the light is still off.

Honest. We have been taking cars here for many years. Firestone was going to charge me $2700 and Qualtech did the same work for $1700. Brandon has been very helpful.

We moved from Seattle a few years ago and have been using Qualtech for our cars. Qualtech is SPECTACULAR! Quality service .. fair pricing and excellent communication. Special thanks to Chris. He s the best !

I came in with a completely broken transmission, very stressed and worried about the cost of fixing it. Robert worked with the warranty company I had a warranty through and fought for a new transmission when they wanted to replace it with a used one. And he got it! I am highly impressed and the car is driving great thus far. I appreciate him advocating for what s best for my car and for me! If needed, I will take my service to QualTech again.

Unscrupulous individuals. I brought my own oil and filter for an oil change and had been charged $10 for this service for several years. They informed me that they no longer accept customer-provided oil and filter. Since I was unaware of this policy change, they agreed to perform the service for one last time, which seemed fair.However, upon completion, they demanded $40 instead of the usual $10. This constitutes highly unethical business behavior. As a result, they have lost my future patronage.

I'm so glad I found the team at QualTech. We've had several repeating issues with my son's car and I decided I needed to find a mechanic shop I can trust. Everyone is do nice! They got to the bottom of the issues, were honest about costs, and explained everything to me in a way that made sense.Going above and beyond - My AMEX wouldn't work and so I paid on another card while on hold with Amex. Amex asked me to re-run the charge. I sheepishly asked the team at QualTech and they did it without blinking an eye, despite it being a huge administrative burden. Now that's going above and beyond!I'll be a customer for life!

My Kia had and oil leak that I was concerned about. The crew at QualTech on 620 listened to my concerns, diagnosed my issues, kept me informed, processed my warranty paperwork on my behalf and had my repairs completed and returned to me within 4 days! Considering the amount of repairs needed, this was a fast turn around and I have never had a smoother experience. As long as I am in their service area, I will not go anywhere else!

I normally don t write reviews but this is important. My windshield washer was inop and I took it to a local shop. They said the supply line was broken internally and it was going to cost $500 to do the job. I then took it to Qualtech and they said it was a broken fitting and they fixed it for $87.50. Yes, sadly there are still auto repair shops trying to scam us, but Qualtech is not one of them. Thanks guys.

I went to Qualtech Automotive for an engine light issue and an oil change. Todd explained that I should wait to see if the light comes on again after he cleared it. First time a mechanic tried to save me money!! The service was impeccable and a great guy named Adam gave me a ride to and from work to boot ! I am a client for life and will refer them to all my family and friends

I went in to QualTech because I noticed performance issues with my jeep, thinking I needed a tune-up. I dropped it off September 21st and found put it was more than a tune-up problem.Chris, one of the guys that helped me explained the issue and had to leave it waiting for parts from south Austin I was told....I asked him to show me what was being done and he explained it would take a day or two.It took about two weeks before repairs were completed and part of the wait was some miscommunication in where the part I was waiting for was in transport.After repairs were completed my jeep is running so much better!! Kudos to the guys and the shop for doing they're best in getting the job done.I realize in these unprecedented times labor and parts are part of the new way businesses have to deal with difficult issues like these and coming from a medical background I was understanding and patient.QualTech automotive is quality workmanship and honesty driven service.Thanks QualTech

The team at QualTech is superb. I have used them for over 10 years. Their communication is excellent. Their work product has been excellent and their pricing is always fair and competitive. It s rare to trust mechanics, but I do trust the team on 620. Just bought my daughter a car and they fixed the brakes on it and checked it from top to bottom to make sure everything was good because they knew it was for my daughter. Service: Brakes

I looked online for a place to take my son s truck. He thought his brakes were messed up, but it turned out to be much more. The service rep, Chris kept me informed of what was wrong and what he recommended I do. Chris was up front and told me what had to be fixed to get it running and what could cause future problems. No hard sell, no trying to get me to fix things that didn t need to be fixed. They got my issue diagnosed and fixed and out the door very quickly. I m not a car person, so they could have taken me to the cleaners, but Chris did everything he could to save me money. I really appreciate that and highly recommend using this place.

Been coming here for years and they ve always been friendly, reliable, and straight forward. Even for little issues; they take me seriously, thoroughly check out my concerns, and let me know what the next steps are. They are very busy right now, yet still managed to check out my engine light and give me some quick options, in a friendly and efficient manner.

My truck has a lot of history with this place because of one accident, long story short, I ve had my power steering pump replaced 4 times, I ve replaced my serpentine belt, my rack and pinion system, needless to say I ve had a lot of work, every incident since the first they ve given me at a discount or no cost, today I noticed my shifter knob was off and my tires needed to be balanced and aligned and they covered it all under no cost. Honestly I d highly recommend checking them out, a lot of mechanics are shifty with prices but they show you the products before you buy and they break down all the costs.TL;DR: Extremely polite, extremely helpful and friendly, 36 Month/36,000 mile nationwide warranty. Great service, highly would recommend

My battery, purchased at Qualtech, died but it was still under warranty. I got a jump start, drove straight to Qualtech and they had the battery replaced in no time at all. I was back on the road fast.

I ve taken my car to QualTech at least twice now. The first time was a big job and during the process they were very communicative & helpful. When i picked it up the car worked perfectly!!!The 2nd time (about 3 years later) was at a very bad time! It too was a fairly big job. I was very worried about having my car for a specific trip to celebrate my friend s birthday that following weekend. When I dropped my car you couldn t even find a parking space (the quality of their work is no secret!). I didn't know how they d get it done but THEY DID!! So special shout out to Chris for being kind & caring on top of knowledgeable!!! I know he went above & beyond to get it to me. I left straight from the garage on my trip and the car could not have run better!!!!

QualTech Auto is the most professional auto shop I have used providing high quality work they stand behind with a 36 month warranty. Three years ago they replaced a serpentine belt on my son's car. He just went in for a oil change and during the visit the mechanic observed excess wear on the belt. They scheduled him in the following week replacing the belt for free.Service: Engine repair
