I wish there was a higher score I could give Quality Auto Body South .Our experience with the company was excellent. Understandably being a 11 year old car they had to wait on receiving some parts, however, they kept us inform of the progress on our vehicle with timely updates.The workmanship done on our vehicle was over and above all expectations. When we picked up our car is was beautiful. It actually looked better than it did when we purchased it used off the car lot.The crew was always so polite and informative. We will be recommending to our friends and family.Thank you for a job well done.

Highly impressed Had some difficulty with the insurance company coming to terms on pricing, but Chris took the job anyway despite perhaps having lost money in the exchange and the end quality looks amazing. Before and after photos are attached!Thank you, Chris and apologies for the experience.

I cannot praise this auto body shop enough!From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel confident in choosing their services. The attention to detail in repairing my vehicle was truly remarkable; it looks as good as new! The team communicated effectively throughout the process, keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. Not only did they deliver on time, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

My experience at this car body business was excellent. The personnel at Body & Trim delivered first-rate assistance. My car's welding was properly done, and the painting was perfect. The car body repair was expertly done, and the round-the-clock towing service was a big comfort. I heartily urge everyone looking for trustworthy and Best.

I used Quality Auto Body South to do the repair work on my Lexus. The finished body work exceeded my expectations. They matched the paint perfectly and the finish work was flawless. These guys couldn't care less about their customers. They never called to update me about anything. I was even told by one of their managers that it would be better if I called the claims adjuster to find out what was going on with the approval of the estimate, because I would be about to get more done. Way to pass the buck guys. Even when my vehicle was ready, after 4 and a half weeks in the shop, I had to call them to find out it was ready. The lady who answers the phone gives off a definite "I hate my job, please don't annoy me with your calls" vibe. She allegedly called me the morning I called to find out it was ready. I had no missed calls and no voicemail messages. I guess my phone magically wasn't accepting calls or voicemails that particular morning from that particular number. The repair quality looks good, but they somehow couldn't get approval for OEM parts from my insurance provider, except for a couple of light bulbs. Hopefully my vehicle warranty isn't affected by this. All of this to say, there are plenty of body shops in Austin and these guys don't deserve business if they can't do the bare minimum.

My car was stolen on 10/8, found on 10/10. Had it towed to Quality Auto Body to be repaired. I appreciate clear communication of Buster and Chris when showed up in person and phone calls. Picked it up today and it is impeccable!

Quality Auto body South....it tells you what they are in the name!! QUALITY!! they gave me top notch quality, I did my research before getting work done, however quality Auto body South, was the best selection, and I am 10/10 happy, I definitely recommend them!!!!

went to get my car serviced/estimated and they ended up sending their estimate to my insurance and they went ahead and totaled out my vehicle only for them to order parts when they didn t get the approval. Held my car hostage for over two weeks because they weren t releasing until they got a refund from the parts they ordered . Overall, they wanted money for the storage of my vehicle. This place is completely about money so do be aware.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 15 yr old Toyota FJ Cruiser s hood had seen better days. Clear coat was gone, very faded, scratches and chips down to metal. These artists prepped it, matched the paint and blended it to factory shape. Great experience, super happy with the paint job and would highly recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I took my 2008 Toyota Highlander in after catching my front fender and bumper on a concrete pillar in a parking garage. Chris and his team were so helpful with filing the claim, answering my questions, and working with the insurance company when the original estimate was too low. I picked up my Highlander today perfect repair AND washed and detailed. I appreciate their integrity, customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

I stopped here to get quotes for my insurance on scratches. I was told they start estimates at 9a - I got there ~830 before work - and then told me my insurance is "out of network" and I need them to give me a quote to provide Quality... Seems backwards? Insurance agent told me that's not how it goes, Quality what's going on? I wanted to give you my business.

I highly recommend this shop. My car was was damaged and due to unseen circumstances I had to pay out of pocket. Most shops wouldn't even return my call or couldn't give an estimate for several weeks out. Chris at the South location gave me an immediate estimate and even worked we me on timeline & cost. I'd bent the frame and wasn't very optimistic. They not only got it done in a few days, but it looked better then new! They did an amazing job!
