I originally went here just wanting a quote, and Eddie screwed my bumper back in as a temporary (and free) fix until I could afford to come back. My bumper ended up getting ripped off again so I knew I could count on Qualitek to help.After ensuring that they will try to find the best prices for replacement parts, they finished my front bumper repair in $400 less than what they had originally quoted me. They also popped out a dent on the side and detailed my car completely free of charge. Nicest guys ever and will return your car to you in better shape than you imagine!

Your vehicle will be in the best care here. I got rear ended, which led me having to replace my bumper as well as my impact bar inside my bumper. The repair was estimated around $2,000, however the insurance s estimate was much lower. Even though the insurance was only willing to pay for after market parts, these guys were able to buy me a brand new bumper and looks absolutely flawless. I don t hope to return, but I do know I can rely on this body shop at all times.

Fast and friendly to get an estimate. They were quick to telling me what to expect and it seems they beat the heck out of these chain shops around town on turn around. You know it's a good sign when another auto body even goes the extra mile to recommend a competitor. 5 stars.

I have used qualitek multiple times over the years due to the phenomenal driving of my better half . Of course it was never her fault, but none the less, we are no stranger to needing a little body work to my wife s car every now and then.They have consistently provided top notch service with great work and communication. Most of all, I have come to know this auto shop as one I can trust.

Was rear ended and had to get my entire hatchback replaced, not only did they do an exemplary job but they also color matched my midnight green perfectly. Nathan was very communicative the entire time they had the car , but also went above and beyond by detailing the car and cleaning my headlights. Of course no one's ideal stop is getting work done on your car in regards to an accident, but these guys really made this process as easy and painless as possible. I had gotten 3 separate quotes from shops all nearby and not only did Qualitek offer me the best pricing, ( AMM collision quoted me nearly double) but they completed the work in just a few days. Extremely happy and definitely will recommend to my friends.

This shop has taken care of three of my cars over many years. (I'm not the best driver, okay.) They are professional, honest, and do great work. Eddie is awesome. He's always been patient with my questions and friendly in every single interaction over the years, even when I know they are slammed with work. Nathan is also friendly and helpful. Had to have my front bumper repaired after an accident and I was so impressed with this place!! I picked up my car yesterday and it looked brand new-pretty sure they detailed my car before I picked it up because it was so nice and clean both inside and out. The office staff was also super nice and answered all my questions. If I ever need to have major repairs on my car I will definitely come back here.

Nathan was genuinely amazing! He was fair, friendly, and even fought the insurance company for me to make sure I didn t get screwed. Genuinely the best auto body shop I ve ever been too. Will definitely be bringing my cars back here. Nathan deserves a raise.

This place is great and everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful! I was in a bind and this team really helped me out! I hit a truck tire and damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle - they were able to see me the same day to repair everything at a very responsible price. Exceptional workmanship and a great price! These guys are great! I have a Tesla that needed some paint work for the front bumper, and WOW it looks perfect! Nathan was excellent with communication from the very beginning and with updating me with progress. My expectations were exceeded and I am very pleased! I brought my Volkswagen Tiguan to Javier and I cannot say enough of the quality of work that his shop does. He truly cares about each and every person that brings their vehicle in there and he never cuts corners on his work. Your car will come out running better than when you bought it. Summary: Friendly but still dishonestPros: Easy to talk toCons: They charged me 1850$ to do a muffler repair that (according to their mechanic) has a 50-50 chance of burning a hole in my bumper. They waited till AFTER I paid to tell me that part, of course.The verbal agreement I had with them was that they would later charge me less money to get my muffler fully replaced, but they reneged on that part later on.Edit: Sheesh, the guy who posted immediately after me must really love this place. He made his first Yelp review in 5 years just to give them 5 stars, and then copied said review to make his first ever google review!

I was very impressed by the work and service from Qualitek Auto Body!The wheel well on my Subaru BRZ was damaged in a parking lot. But they fixed it as good as new and did an incredible job mixing the paint. I can t find any marks or evidence of the accident even when looking for the damage on my own car.The shop manager, Eddie Cruz, was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and handled all of the interactions with the insurance company.I ll be recommending Qualitek to friends and family and returning if I ever need any more auto body work on my car!

It's been about 5 days since I picked my car up from being repaired. I had to drop a comment because I just cannot say enough with merely . Between getting an estimate, assuring they can get the part(s) without a long waiting period, then squeezing me in between other jobs this has been the BEST experience with auto repairs.Unfortunately, the worst drivers tend to flock to our city I can say that since this fact affecting me time and time again. This is the 4th time I was slammed into IN AUSTIN yet thankfully for once didn't result in a totaled vehicle. However; the mere fact that it happened once again made the aftermath of dealing with the damage extremely frustrating.The guys at Qualitek turned this whole situation around and now I have a reliable Auto Shop to turn to (or steer other people in need towards)-AND mostly that I can trust.Thanks again guys I appreciate y'all so much!

I had a fantastic experience at Qualitek Auto Body. I was involved in an accident, and I needed some body work done. Eddie took great care of my car. He worked with my insurance, and the crew did a great job repairing my vehicle. The work was done quickly, and my car looked brand new. They even detailed my car and washed it as well. Like most people, I don't need a body shop very often. When I did, I thought the big fancy chain (Caliber) would be the place to go. Wrong! I stood in their lobby for 10 minutes being ignored by the receptionist, so I left and visited 4 other shops. The other Big Name, Service King, has still not even provided a quote a week later. Eddie at Qualitek is personable, professional, and treated me as a valued customer. His staff did an exceptional job on my car, going above and beyond on some finish items. Pricing was fair, service was excellent, and the car was ready when promised, so I feel llike I got a great deal. They've won my business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car for repairs after a small accident. The Qualitek staff was honest and knowledgeable. Eddie and Javier provided top notch customer service. To top it off, my car looks amazing. Excellent work on replacing all the damaged parts and blending the paint to match. Highly recommend using Qualitek!

Best body shop in Austin, hands down! Eddie, Javier, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make my experience easy and low stress. I got quotes from a couple other auto body places in town, Qualitek was the best. They are honest, trustworthy, and straightforward about what they can deliver and for how much $, they take their time and do amazing work. They fixed my 2014 Lexus IS 250 after I rear ended someone and it looks perfect now. And they were even able to save me some money on a few things! Go see Eddie and the gang, they'll take care of you.

My RAV4 was involved in an accident and the back of the car was severely damaged, including the bumper, rear gate and part of the frame. I dropped it off with Eddie and was able to pick up the car 3 weeks later as promised (took longer because there were a lot to repair). The repair was nicely done and the car now looks brand new. They even cleaned the car inside and out including the wheel rims etc. Greatly appreciate all of the effort Eddie and his team has done to fix my car and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a repair job.

Incredible service and body work! I recently took my Nissan Altima in for repairs after another driver backed into my rear door while parked. The at-fault driver's insurance company originally estimated the cost of repairs and time to do the work very low, but Eddie took all the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company to get the additional money and time to make sure the repairs were done right and even extend the rental until my car was completely finished. The crew at Qualitek did an amazing job with the door and even touched up a few minor scratches and dings at no extra cost to me. My car came back looking better than it had in years. I'll definitely be back, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for first-class body work and customer service.

I had no idea where to take my car for body work.I picked Qualitek Auto Body - turns out it was just up the street from my home. When I picked up my little car yesterday - it looked brand new!!! I had a good feeling leaving my car in Eddie s hand but when I reviewed the paperwork - I saw the work was done right down to the last detail. 5 star service from beginning to end. Thank u Eddie!!!
