AMAZING. This place has the best customer service in town. Some thieves tried to steal my KIA, and all the dealerships in town were backed up for months. ProTech found all the parts and fixed my car in 3 weeks. It looks amazing. They are honest, they care, and they do great work. Ask for Nor, she s the best!

Took my car in 10 months ago. Now I came back since protech did a fantastic job on the work and also matching up the paint. This time I came for a front bumper replacement using an after market bumper. Protech did their hardest to make the after market bumper fit and wow the aftermath is amazing! I am very please and satisfied with their work and not only the work is awesome the color match paint is amazing! I wouldn t recommend other shop than Protech! Definitely coming back for more work in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ProTech to the rescue once again! I have always owned high end cars and have always trusted the pros at ProTech body shop. They are amazing, I took my brand new c8 to them and they installed the aero kit (front lip, side skirts, diffuser,and wing) and the paragon exhaust.The level of craftsmanship is insane, Marwan and his team took my bumper out in mere minutes with expertise that I have not witnessed before and installed the wing and also the exhaust, he also put on the ACS side skirts and lip flawlessly. On top of that the price was just perfect after being quoted multiple thousand dollars from other places. I only trust Marwan and ProTech with my cars as they have worked previously on my c7 corvette, infinity, Camaro and Chevy trucks and never disappointed me. They are awesome and are literally the best in Austin.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience when I took my 1960 Austin-Healey Sprite to Protech Body Shop to repair a small dent I got in a parking lot. It s not easy to find a shop that will work on classic cars these days, and they were helpful and knowledgeable even though most of their work is modern cars & exotics.The work they did was excellent - the car looks like nothing ever happened. They were extremely picky about the color match, redoing some work when it didn't meet their standards. They cleaned up some bad electrical connections when reinstalling the taillight, that had nothing to do with the dent, they just felt it was important. I also appreciated that they sent me photos regularly as the work went on.I felt all the folks at Protech, and especially Nour and Marwan, were friendly and dedicated to making the job right. Even when we found that after the work was all done that my battery was dead (it was really old), they were gracious and helpful as I had to go get a new one and install it before I could pick up the car.I felt their prices were fair, and after all the twists and turns (I know it took a lot longer than they expected), they honored their estimate.Highly recommended!

I never rarely do reviews.But the pro tech team deserves it they did such a beautiful job on my car!The wait time was way better than I was assuming, great customer service/experience.As well as we all know both of these services together in one place are hard to find.I would highly recommend coming here to get any damage plus more done with your vehicle.#supportlocalbusinessesAnd again I appreciate you guys, the work and services yall do

My beautiful 350z was in perfect condition when I first moved to Austin. Since moving here, my car has been hit 4 separate times while parked in various places. Grr! The hood was also scraped by roof shingles flying out the back of a work truck. Also lots of rock chips on the front end. Needless to say, there was a lot of work needed get my baby looking like her perfect self again!I took my Z to ProTech Body Shop and they did an absolutely outstanding job!!! My car is red and it is difficult to color match, especially on an older vehicle (mine is 2006). This is an important detail because if new paint color isn't matched properly, the car will look silly and the color differences stick out like a sore thumb in certain lighting conditions. Not a problem with ProTech - after some back and forth working together on what needed to be done, they were able to paint and blend the colors so that it looks amazing and seamless. The wow factor was real! It's not easy to blend as well as they did.During the process there were some areas that needed some extra attention, and they made sure to fix every detail that I pointed out to them until I was happy with the outcome. I mean I was extremely impressed with the final product. Beyond impressed.Not only did they do an immaculate job, but they were all very pleasant to work with as well. It is a family business and it was nice to see them all working together, joking around, being a family while getting their work done at the same time!The prices here are very reasonable as well. Work was done in a timely manner. They have a relationship with Enterprise rental car company so it was simple coordinating that too. They handled the insurance matters with ease. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this business.Bottom line is this - you won't find a better body shop. So go ahead and bring your car here feeling confident that they will do a great job and make you happy.I will be updating this review with better pictures of the car once I have time to clean it up, wax it, etc.Thank you so much ProTech!!!Service: Painting

I took my Toyota Tacoma truck here after the September 2023 hail storm. My truck had significant damage and I was worried about how everything would be put back together (the truck was only a year old). If you are considering ProTech, don't think twice. Work with Nora to get the job done. Nora was extremely kind, professional, and communicated throughout the process. She made sure everything was in top-shape and that I was satisfied with their work. I have not met someone more kind and professional in the auto body repair business. I hope ProTech is compensating her well; she deserves it!

Came in to get part of my under panel fixed that had gotten mangled by some rocks I drove over. Super reasonable price, called me back something like an hour after I dropped it off to pick it up, and even texted me photos to make sure I was happy with the work they did before coming back to get it. Couldn t be happier with my experience and their price. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, only bringing my car here for future work.

Looking to ProTech on Warranty work. They replaced my rear bumper through GEICO insurance 5 years back. Process was smooth. However, now the paint is peeling like flake. I called GEICO from the warranty card and they supported me and have asked me to contact ProTech. I hope ProTech will stand by and get it fixed.

Took my truck to get fixed last year after a tree fell on it during the snow storm. Roof had to be replaced, a couple of dents fixed, and needed to be repainted in spots. Unfortunately, I had to keep taking it back because they broke the rear window while replacing the roof then it kept leaking when it rained. I also discovered a coat hook was broken, probably while replacing the roof. they also messed up the fabric around the edge where the roof was replaced. Every time I had to take it back for the leak, I found another issue. Worst part is that the roof isn t completely fixed because they did not properly place some of the plastic piece that runs across the roof. I m extremely upset that I trusted them to fix my truck and it was returned with so many issues.

Took my Golf R here for body work and was very satisfied with the level of service received and quality of work performed. Nour stood out as an exemplary employee in managing communication with my insurance and keeping me updated on the repair process while understanding the level of attention to detail I was looking for.I'd like to highlight that ProTech did an exceptional job restoring every damaged aspect of my car to a perfect, OEM state including paint matching a relatively difficult color (VW Lapiz Blue). This shop is great and would recommend it to anyone, before I even dropped off my car they assured me that everything will be fine and they will take care of it. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was absolutely perfect before they returned it to me. Nour was amazing to work with, she was informative, comunicative, proffesional and kind. I hope I dont have to ever have to deal with someone hitting my car again but if i need to ill be bringing it here. Could not be happier!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They were super friendly and did an amazing job with my car! More than what we initially agreed on. I hit a deer and the right side of the signal light and fender were damaged. Without insurance cover, I can only afford fixing parts of my car. Besides fixing what we agreed on, they also painted and cleaned my car inside out. They were excellent! Highly recommended. (As you can see the huge differences on the right and left side of my car)

Brought my BMW here. I had a good experience with everyone at this car repair shop! Nour , Marwan and the owner all made sure I was taken care of. Someone in a truck rear-ended my bumper and trunk. I'm picky with repairs and was recommended this place by a friend. They got it in the shop within a week and turnout time was pretty good. Would recommend them!

Absolutely terrible experience all around.2017 Porsche Macan GTS rear ended, needed new rear bumper, tailgate repaired and repainted.Before agreeing to have my car worked at Protech I asked if they would be willing to work with my insurance company, Geico. I was assured that they always come to an agreement, and it would be seamless. This turned out to be a major headache and required countless conversations. Ultimately, I wanted my car towed to a different shop, and they agreed to work on it at the proposed rate. Protech attempted to charge rates double what the going rates are for the region. My insurance company and the other driver s insurance company independently came to the same conclusion Protech charges double the regional rates.Timeline was a major issue. I was told the car would be in and out in two weeks. More than a month later the car was still not completed.Countless lies and attempts at misdirection by the staff (Nayeli) to explain the situation. The most egregious of which, when I came to pick up the car, I was told that they will forgive me a several thousand-dollar balance because of the inconvenience to me and the poor job on my car.The repair itself: Color matching was surprisingly well done. Tailgate started rattling and stopped working one week after Protech worked on it. A different shop discovered fasteners that have come loose, and an incomplete repair. Cosmetically, the emblem was glued on off-center, incorrect in word orders, different spacing between letters. It looked atrocious. During the walk around, Nayeli decided to have the emblem removed because it looked so bad.Areas where the car was marked with a yellow marker for prior signs of damage were covered up with a wax, this distorted the ceramic coating something I had to have professionally removed later.My experience was all around horrible. Hope yours is better.

ProTech was recommended highly on the local BMW Facebook group. After a small fender and bumper hit and run I went to them. They took care of my new bmw and were very professional. After another incident with damage from improper ppf install they again took care of me quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Protech has taken care of several of mine and my family s cars on over the years. It s never a good scenario when you have to call a body shop but Protech really takes care of their customer from start to finish.I ve taken my cars to Protech for anything from custom work to simple fixes all the way to bullet hole removals!! Pricing is fair and the work is the best around. The nice ladies at the front, call and give insightful updates and realistic timelines. Every time my car comes back to me looking flawless, well maintained, clean, and the owner himself always comes out to ensure I am a happy customer.There are many body shops in Austin but Protech is definitely where you should put your car and money. Peace of mind is priceless.

Every little detail was shared with me even when it came down to the parts that they ordered for my vehicle! If you are in need of urgent body work, I highly recommend Protech! Recently, my Honda Odyssey was t-boned by an inattentive driver. You can see the result in the 'before' photo. The driver, running a stop sign, pretty much ripped through the driver's side doors, bent the door column, damaged body panels and gouged the wheel rims. With the current supply chain issues worldwide, I was concerned about how long the repairs might take. But in only four weeks, Protech Body Shop had my Odyssey restored. When I first saw the restoration, I didn't even recognize my van at first. It was as though some wizard had waved his magic wand! And my van operates perfectly now. I hope you won t need their services, but if your car gets wrecked or even scratched, run, don t walk, to ProTech Body Shop in north Austin. While calmly sitting at a light a few months ago, the truck in front of me backed up smashing the front of my little blue Honda civic. My son-in-law, who knows a lot more about cars than I do recommended ProTech. The services I got, from the first call to the moment I drove away in an almost new looking car, were top rate. You can talk to a human being and not only that a knowledgeable and friendly person. The work on my car was done on time as promised and at a good price. Nour Alameddine and her family run a great small business!

I reached out to Protech for a custom job on my BMW 4 series. I wanted to install a body kit and a few other aesthetic parts. Marwan assured me he can do it and was genuinely interested in working on the car. Not many bodyshops in Austin are skilled to takeover the custom jobs as Protech. They even helped to get the parts from my home and deliver it to the shop. Marwan and his team were very prompt in giving me feedback and updates on the installation of parts. He himself gave utmost care to my car and he is very proficient with working on BMWs. Protech did a great a job in paint matching the bodykit to my car and could not be happier how my car turned out to be. I will always go here for my future car needs. I highly recommend Protech body shop if you need any repairs or custom job in Austin area. Great service and great people!

Ahhh what can I say about ProTech Body Shop? They seriously provide the best honest service any body shop can offer you. Marwan and his family are a complete pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable in all aspects of mechanical engineering and bodywork. Let me tell you, this owner Marwan saved my baby. I had a somewhat minor accident with my 11 Benz C300 sport where my insurance company absolutely refused to repair it. Dealing with my insurance company took 45 days to get the car back in my possession as a total loss when in fact it was not a total loss at all. I ended up settling the claim as a total loss just to get my call back. A nightmare of an experience working with my insurance company to get my car back in my possession. Once I got it back, everything started flowing smoothly. I am super grateful to have found ProTech Body Shop and Marwan in particular. He saved my car. I had my car towed to his body shop and got it back within 2 weeks. He replaced my damaged front suspension, did all the work he needed to do to fix the frame of my car, fixed my front bumper back to new condition, fixed my rear bumper by taking all the scratches out. fixed all the little dents I had on there for years, performed alignment and balancing and took initiative to clean the interior carpets. Brought my car back to looking and driving like the first day I purchased it nearly 10 years ago. I could not be more thankful and grateful right now. I love this car and I can t believe my insurance company was trying soooo hard to get me to give it up. My thank you go out to you and your family Marwan. I would never take my car to any other body shop.� I ll see you soon for some upgrades I have in mind. :)

After being rear-ended by an uninsured, drunk driver last month, ProTech was suggested to me by insurance company and I am extremely happy I went with them. Marwan, the owner, and everyone there took excellent care of me and my car. They even went above and beyond expectations by offering to touch up some spots that were unrelated to the accident for free. After getting the keys back, I can honestly report the car looks better than it did before the accident. I will definitely be taking it back to them if anything else ever happens to it again.

Admittedly I was skeptical of the 5 star reviews. I was referred here by Geico. C'mon, it's a body shop, this must be a scam, or Geico must have some deal and have rigged the system. So I did my research and shopped around. I checked out some big players like Continental, Maund, etc and some smaller shops too. Since the insurance claim was with Geico and my initial experience at Protech was so good, I figured I'd give them a try. Seriously, the experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Not to mention that the Geico adjuster, Mr C. Wong, was there on site too. It made things very pleasant. I'd just bought my car 2 weeks prior to the incident and really wanted the car in "as-new" condition. The folks there were polite, kind and I'd definitely go back. My father ran a body shop so I know a few things. I'm also a car guy, so there was some great banter on vehicles, but honestly, I'd refer them to folks who have little knowledge in the car space. Great job and thanks for taking care of my '16 Golf R bumper. I don't have pics of the finished job, but looks good as new
