To say that Michael & his entire team are AMAZING is a massive understatement.I drive my Prius all over the country & when I take it in for a service I always like to know exactly what s being done to my car ( I care a lot about my Prius, I know that sounds rather strange).During my last 3 or 4 visit, I ve never seen Michael quiet, he s always dealing with so much and running all over the place BUT he never fails to stop by and to reassure his customer/ updating them on their car. His ability to handle so many tasks and yet provide the BEST service to the customers are simply one of a kind.It s a no-brainer to say this and the genius is in the name, but their knowledge of the Prius is incredible, they know exactly what s wrong with the car and when one can expect a problem based on car condition, their diagnosis process is amazing to watch. There s is no faffing around trying to find out what the issue is, because they know what the issue is and they get to the core of fixing the problem.Whether is in middle of the summer heat or freezing weather, Michael and his team are literally killing it with the best service.Thank you for a great service, I shall return for as long as I keep my Prius.

I had an unexpected car repair pop up with my Prius, and the dealership wanted almost as much $$ as the car was worth.Luckily, Prius World was there to do a wonderful job at a fraction of the cost! Michael was friendly, patient, and helped develop a to-do list of recommended maintenance items that the car needs.These guys work on these cars all day, every day, and they have a sophisticated, expert understanding of the many idiosyncracies of the Prius.My car is back to being smooth, quiet, and reliable, and I am over the moon happy with my Prius World experience.My only regret was that I didn't bring my vehicle to them sooner!Thanks again!

So my engine was shaking and stopped running. I had my vehicle towed here after talking with Michael. I returned in the morning and Michael meet with me outside. Within 10min he already knew and found the problem. Fixed it with ease. Very knowledgeable with these cars. Then he blessed me by not charging me anything. Which I am very thankful for being a single father. So with all this I will be bringing my car here for any service needs. Thank you again!!!

2023-Nov Prius World will defy expectations of a tiny used car lot.It s sorta like Discount Tire Company in that Prius World has taken the slimy out of the chore of buying a used car, at least if you are buying a used Prius since that s pretty much all they sell.They know how to fix them up and maintain them, and they seem to genuinely care that they are selling people good quality reliable vehicles.All at the best prices I can find in the greater Austin metro area.I should know, as a two time buyer. A woman ran a red light to total my second Prius, so I bought its replacement from Prius world. Then the most recent hail storm took out the front and rear glass and dented every body panel, so i made my second Prius World purchase (of my fourth Prius.)Both Prius World cars have been sold as is but the management has bent over backwards to take care of issues that one can only discover once one has been driving more than a test drive. They had ZERO legal obligation to do so, and I didn t really ask. I was scheduling the service because I wanted to get things taken care of at a reasonable price.And since I live far enough away that I wait while the work is being done, I ve overheard other customers getting similar excellent treatment.Don t let the appearances fool you .the overhead is low. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to moms shopping alone or even teenagers looking for a first car. And I have. Two of my friends have purchased here.You ll get a good car that s easy on the gas at a great price. No slime job.Yeah. A LOT like Discount Tire Company except Prius-es instead of tires.

Michael and his team provided exceptional service and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive again after extensive water damage while I was abroad. They even ran the ozone for me, so I didn t have to drive home in a toxic environment. Also, they are the best deal in town. I grew up in Austin and find it to be one of the most expensive places to get automobile repairs compared to any other city. And this place still has fair prices and they don t take advantage of you. They even cleaned my hybrid battery and didn t charge me for a new one. You can trust these guys. So grateful to have found a new local mechanic:) Thank you!

This granny was pleasantly surprised that there still is a kind, caring and reliable car care service available. Michael was more than just professional but also listened and was kind to address my needs to repair my 2008 Prius. Greatly appreciated the attention to details and will now only be going to Prius world of Austin for all my car car needs. Thanks to one and all who took such good care of my old "gal".(car)

Legitimately the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. I knew right away, when the manager walked up to help, that this was the right place. Not the usual sleazy car salesmen that one would expect. My kind of people. Just good, honest, hard working folks. Well worth the drive from Georgetown. If you need a solid, good working vehicle, check these guys out first.

So I bought a Prius from Michael last December when buying a used car was more expensive than it should have been. Not only did he give me a great deal on the car but offered great service. He made the process very quick and easy. He sent photos of the car before I came and made sure the car was nice and clean for me. A year later I crashed the Prius and contacted Michael to see if he could help me get it back on the road. He had the entire front of the car fixed in less than a week and did it at an incredibly reasonable price based on other quotes I got. He was great with communicating with me during the time he had the car for repairs and I m very happy with the work he did. I hope I never buy another Prius again because they re Lowkey ugly but it has definitely been a reliable and fuel efficient car. And if I did have to buy another Prius I d definitely check prius world first!

I checked out Prius World online first. Their website is very helpful. All cars are listed with info, so I already had a good idea what to expect. I read the online reviews before going to see the cars. The reviews were great, so I was optimistic. The place is easy to miss when you are driving. It's kind of in the boonies, and there are no big signs, but it was easy to get there. I only wish they were open longer on Saturday because I had to borrow my husband's car to go to the dealership by myself on a week day. Michael was professional, honest, straight-forward and competent. He didn't jerk me around. I bought a car on the spot for a fair price. After the deal was done I asked him if he would deliver the car to me in Manor. He told me he would check out the car and service it first, a free service I was not expecting, and he also had it delivered as promised, even in the pouring rain. As I write this, I have not yet driven the car, except for my short test drive, but I feel pretty confident that it is in fine working order. I trust that Michael will take care of it if I do experience any problems. I am very very happy with the service I received. Michael and his team went above and beyond. I didn't have to haggle, talk him into anything, or pay for them servicing the car or delivering it to me. I highly recommend Prius World of Austin. We are a two Prius family now. If I ever want to service or sell one of our Priui, I will talk to Michael first.

What an amazing experience I had with Prius World. Michael, the owner is a man of his word and is very knowledgeable about anything car related. If you're in the market looking for a Prius or any other good reliable car I would highly recommend this dealership. Prius world is the best dealership in the world. Go check them out!

I love Prius World! great genuine service and expertise working with a variety of prius models. Always give good deals and fix what you came in for, rather than tacking on unexpected fees or unnecessary repairs. There are other mechanics closer to me in downtown Austin but it is always worth the drive to bring my prius to Mike and his team, thank you guys!

I d been trained (like most people) to think all car dealers are crooks. This guy is a total exception to the rule. I had a problem with my Prius a couple months after buying it, and he fixed it in under 5 minutes and as if I d just driven it off the lot. Made my day.What really impressed me is that he is as hard working and honest as the best of small business owners I ve ever met (and I m one, myself).I will definitely be going to him for any future maintenance my car needs, because I m positive he ll do a better job at a fair price.Humble, hard working, smart, excellent car guy. You should know first that I am not a car guy. So it can be intimidating to get help with the endless list of things that I don't know.Thankfully, Stephen and his team have helped me select and purchase my first and second Prius. Even before the final purchase, he made sure to address my concerns with great care. Whenever a problem pops up, he takes the time to answer my questions and talk me through my options.So not being a car guy, I feel supported and secure knowing I have someone to help with my car needs, even after driving off the lot.Thanks yall.Nick

i purchased my prius from prius world of austin a year ago now and have been very, very satisfied with my purchase. my experience purchasing the car was easy and painless. michael is transparent, honest and down to earth. i came unprepared to properly make my purchase and he was nice enough to lend me one his cars to go to my bank to gather what i needed to make my purchase. i've since had zero issues with my car save for one part that needed to be replaced which they repaired for me at a very reasonable price. every time i've needed help with a minor part needing to be replaced such as my windshield wiper motor, headlight, etc. michael has been extremely helpful, polite and generous with me and i have a sincerely reassuring confidence of knowing i can always take my car to a team of kind and knowledgeable people. if you're checking this place out to purchase a prius of your own i'd highly recommend it!

Purchased my Prius here a few months ago, have had to bring it back in for service once or twice and both times have had zero issues! Best, most consistent repair experiences I ve ever had with a vehicle, could not recommend working with Prius world enough!

Excellent service, they are experts in Prius, they fixed my vehicle very quickly, they had told me it was a battery module and they with total honesty and professionals told me that the problem was another and they fixed it immediately. I recommend them, good attention, honesty and quality in their service.

Mike is the most honest guy I've met in the industry and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get a Prius. In fact I've now purchased two cars from him that have been incredible deals, run beautifully, and were exactly what I wanted. He stands behind every sale and has been incredibly helpful anytime I've had questions or needed help. I'm so glad I found him early on so I didn't waste time or money elsewhere!

Should have wrote this sooner but I'd give 10 stars if I could. Michael and Ismael are as straight as they come when it comes to auto dealers. Had a few issues with initial purchase, they answered right away and helped me instantly. No questions, just wanted to resolve the issues. Ended up going with a different model but ended up with the perfect car. Have had it for months now, no issues great mileage and I love it. Can't recommend them enough, honest auto dealers are hard to come by.

I feel fortunate to have found this place. Michael is an amazingly honest and helpful person. I went to get a 2008 gen2 Prius from him, he could have just sold it to me as is like most people do but instead he asked me to come back after a couple of days so he could go over the car and fix any issues before I drive away with it. The price was also reasonable, he took care of all the paperwork, I got the title and registration in the mail a few days later. Took it to him to fix a minor issue after 4-5 months and he took care of it. If you are looking for a reliable car and an honest person to deal with, I highly recommend this place!

What a hidden gem. After a serious car crash our family wanted to replaced our destroyed Prius, as it was our perfect car. Living in the Midwest a problem with long lived vehicles can be salt damage, so I decided to look online in a city that I had family in and stumbled on this dealership. I am so grateful I did. Michael is an upstanding honest guy who just wants to do right by his customers. No haggling, no hidden fees, just a great car for a fair price. He even made sure to service it before I took it off the lot so I would be safe driving across the country solo. Unfortunately the vehicle I purchase from him was 11 years old, so months later had a serious unpredictable mechanical problem that would have cost me 7k to fix and I was devastated. I reached out to Michael, who was well within his rights to remind me it was an "as-is" sale. Instead, he called me immediately, talked through options, arranged shipping of the vehicle (which was 1200 miles away), and fixed it in such a manner that I know it will last me another 200,000 miles (with the proper maintenance of course!) Don't let the lack of a fancy showroom throw you- the he has invested where it counts-in his mechanics and making sure their knowledge is up to task. I cannot recommend his dealership enough and when I'm in the market for another used Prius, I'll be knocking on his door-no matter where I live in the country!

This place is great! I have actually bought two cars from this dealer. The first one was totaled in an accident. It never had any issues at all. I went back to replace that one and they were super helpful. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The prices are very reasonable. They have even helped me out with some minor things on my current Prius like changing bulbs and what not. If you are in the market to buy a used Prius, I highly recommend visiting this business.

They were amazing, I will recommend them to anyone. I bought a 07 last month from them and at first it drove great, but after about 2 weeks it was messing up (not sure what it was but all the dash lights were on and it was not driving like it should ve been). I called Michael who was so nice and understanding he said to just bring it in and they d take care of it with no cost! Mind you, they only give you a 7-day warranty so, of course I was beyond surprised they were willing to help me, especially considering how screwed up these dealerships are now a days. But nope, not them! They were beyond understanding! It took them a few days to fix it and Ismael (the mechanic) was amazing too. He reassured me when I came to pick it up, said if I have any other problems to bring it back! Same with Michael, both were unbelievably nice and compassionate. Most likely will be buying all my prius from this place! 10/10 recommend.

I bought a car from Michael at the beginning of the year and it was a smooth process.I was a little overwhelmed with the whole thing but the team at Prius World of Austin made it easy. Would recommend!Looking forward to when y'all start selling the newer models. We may need an upgrade down the line ;)

i have a 2013 prius that had the hybrid inverter go out...was gona take it to the auction and find another one...michael at prius world said i can fix your prius...i was told it was gona cost around 4 grand to fix it....michael at prius world did it for a fraction of that...im soooo glad i found these folks...if you need a prius or one repaired...this should be your go to!!!...so glad to have my gocart back!!!!....THANK YOU!!!!....prius world!!
