I ve been going here for 12 years which is longer than the ppl who own it now have been there so atleast twice a yr I bring my car here and this last time I thought my insurance was in my apple wallet and to my surprise it was just my triple A roadside card so I apologized multiple times while trying to find my insurance then when I came back a few hrs later a piece of paper was taped to the door informing the dumb public to have their insurance ready before walking in due to the 3 mins I wasted of their time. Now if your like me a long time customer you know there s one spot you don t park in and it s the spot by the door with all the bird poop under the tree by the door well guess where my car was cover in bird poop. Guess what I was told when I thought if I bring it up politely by saying pls don t park my car there cause now there bird poop all over it. I was told well just remind me next time, as if ppl who work here don t know birds poop all over that spot. Never again will I come here. Sad to my brother once worked here. I miss the old management. They would have atleast gave me wipes and water to clean it up. Sorry to of wasted your 3 mins looking for insurance.

Brought my car here because it needed an engine. They put the engine in I have a burning oil smell but considering they forgot to put a bunch of bolts back in the vehicle before they finished it and returned it to me. I don't want to take my car back over there and get charged again for repairs that they didn't do a very good job on the I shouldn't have oil leaks on a brand new engine Especially since they charge me ten to twelve thousand dollars for it

I drive an old truck so I ve dealt with my fair share of mechanics. Definitely the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful staff I have encountered. Everything has been great, from putting a new engine in to simple state inspections over the years. Highly recommend. And their front of house main man, Steve, is beyond helpful!

Great service! I m glad I chose to come here to have my breaks changed. I considered going next door to Austin Automotive Specialists but after I talked to Jason from Precision, I felt most comfortable choosing them for the job. They had the job done fast and although the price was a little higher than I expected, they did a great job.

Great customer service from start to finish. Being new to Austin I was not sure where to go. I m glad I visited Precision Auto Care. The guys had great communication along with being friendly, they got me in and out much quicker than I anticipated . I will definitely be going back for all my maintenance needs. Quite impressed. I am heading on a road trip from Austin Texas to Florida. I needed them to check all fluids, oil change, check brakes and tires, anything that needs checking for safty.They took about only about 30 minutes. These guys could tell I know very little about cars so they could have easily told me so much stuff could be wrong with it , I have no clue.Thanks for Your Honesty and Care!Ladies especially, this is the place to go.I felt very comforted when they had to do very little to my car to make me feel safer on the road.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, which can be a common problem for females at auto care businesses. I get a fair price, work is done quickly, and I can almost always just drive in and get my car seen the same day. Great guys! I've been bringing my car here for several years, and I always have good service.Just want to say that 2 years after writing this review, I still love this place! Charles is so nice, and I always feel comfortable bringing my car here. I even just got a coupon in the mail for a free oil change, no strings attached! They can be busy at times, but it's so worth it.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, GOOD LABOR! PROFESSIONALISM! Went to Other Mechanic Stores it was too expensive, other places didn't had what this Store has! Great Mechanic, Amazing Costumer service, good pricing and Very organized Place. I would highly recommend this Place to get Mechanic work or change of Oil anything that has to do with Cars! Champ service! When I first came in with anxious and doing State inspection. Told them to check the brake for free that they offer and they literally found out and said it had to be replace and from that time to my shift work start within 4 hours. They stick with their words and get it done in time before I gone to work and they ensure to satisfy me beyond than 100%! And gave me reasonable prices and very flexiable. Great workers very open communicate and show me what they did to my car. Beyond 100% satisfy! Strong recommended to get your car check and fix here!

Went in for a headlight refresh and decided to get a shredded belt changed. Guys were honest and thorough prices were fair. I didn't feel like they were talking down to me. They explained a couple of maintenance issues I needed and weren't pushy about it. When I am ready to have that work done I will take my car back to them. It is hard to find a shop you feel like you can trust luckily I just did.

I've been taking my Honda Insight here for 4 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them, and furthermore, I trust them 100%! Charles is totally awesome, friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to give optimal service. They always take GREAT care of my car, and because I have a "handicap" with my ankle, they deliver my car to me when it is done. (I live close to to them, so they do this for me.) They are AWESOME there! My recommendation is that you give them an honest try. I know that there was an issue/discrepancy with groupon coupons that left a lot of people with a sour taste, but was not their fault. Call them! Ask when is a good time to bring your vehicle in or if you can drop it off. I always drop my car off. It is ridiculous to think (especially on a weekend) that you can bring your car in for service and never wait...especially when they are GOOD at what they do!

Had my oil changed here and it was the cheapest/fastest place I've ever had. We just moved here from WV and it's nice to find a local shop that doesn't take advantage of you. I was out in less than 45 minutes! They are great. Currently sending a car over for them to fix now!

Brought my car in around noon without making an appointment or calling ahead. Needed a few simple things: oil change, inspection, and had maintenance and tire pressure lights on. They got me in and out quickly and were very upfront in explaining what my car needed. Failed inspection for tires, and when I brought it back a couple hours later with new ones, they rechecked my car immediately even though they were clearly busy.

I needed some help with removing a rounded oil drain bolt on my motorcycle and Colby was super helpful and got the job done in less than 2 minutes. He saved me the hassle of going to my bike mechanic nearly an hour away and didn't even charge me until I demanded to pay. While they don't deal with motorcycles, I am planning to take my car to them for all my repair needs. Definitely recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am impressed with the professionalism, honesty, communication and knowledge that they espress everytime I take my vehicle to this shop. This is the first and last time I go to this place. My usual mechanic is in north Austin, but since I moved down south, I thought I would give this place a try.I needed two new axles for my front two wheels. The price for the axles themselves were normally priced, BUT they charged me for 3 HOURS of labor. I did some research, talked to several mechanics, and the they all told me it would take only an 1.5-2 hours, tops, to install two axles.So, essentially, this place charged me 100-150 dollars more than necessary. I questioned them about this, and they said it took 3 hours to fix (1.5 hours for each axle), which is ridiculous. Then they backtracked and said, "well, even if it didn't take 3 hours to fix, we had to put that in our system." Um, okay.Stay away from this place or check it out if you want to be ripped off.

My place ever to go for my car needs. The employees are caring and honest and always try to squeeze you in for service. They don't just put what they feel is best in your car and make u pay it. They first tell you ur best option and 2nd option and let u choice. And of course I pick the best. Very nice workers. I'm moving to another city but will still drive there for my car needs. That's how much I love that place. The prices are awesome.

Great customer service and strait to the point. In and out. If they have a recommendation for you car, they will let you know but not highly pressured to do so. Reason why I keep coming back.

You know you re rolling the dice when the price of an oil change isn t even posted. $70 for a standard oil change? WOW, hope it was precise for that much. There are many more affordable and reliable options nearby. 3 stars for completing the task and being close to my house...I guess?**Did find a coupon on the website THE NEXT DAY for a $30 oil change. A day late and $40 short. *Shrug*

If I were you I'd stay very far away from this place.I feel like all the 5 star posts are fake. Posted by the owner and their friends. I came to these guys because they were close to my house and it was the worst experience of my life. I was recommended by a friend because of Charles William's but it appears he is no longer working here.Took my Toyota Yaris here to replace my radiator which had 6 holes in it. I was quoted 600 to get it done. I accepted and they started the job. Then They told me it was because of the cooling fan breaking apart and so they had to replace the fan mount as well. That shot it up to 920. I told them that was way too much and I'd like to take my car somewhere else.To get my car back I was charged 300 for the labor of taking my radiator and the fan out. When I took the car to galaxy automotive they told me all that was taken out was the cooling fan and the radiator was still not taken out. Called them to tell them I was charged for a job that was not done.The manager Raven said they took the broken radiator out, then put it back in as a "courtesy"? She was also extremely rude. Well I was charged again by galaxy to do the job precision charged me for. If I could give negative 5 stars I totally would.They practically stole money from me and I am going to take them to small claims court for this. If the Area Representative, Danny or Senior VP, John could please help me with this ridiculous situation, I'd really not like to take precision auto tune to court.

I've been using the services at this location for 8-9 years. Never had an issue. In fact, I have found Charles(manager) and the entire team to have honest, fair, and Excellent Service. One of the best Car experiences ever!

Steve and Colby and the whole group at Precision Tune are down to earth and really know what they are doing. I have been having car trouble for about the past year and they are welcoming and try to give the best deal that they can while fixing your car. I am lucky that they have been there for me through this ordeal.

I went here for the State inspection. The mechanic was informative, taking time to show me what additional needed to be taken care of without a hard sell. They have lots of great coupons on their website to save you money.I didn't get additional services here but would consider it after i get time to do additional research.

So I was told they could fix my drivers window which had come off track and they would take a couple hours. I called at 5:45pm and they said they got the wrong part and it would be the next day. So 500$ later and 24 hours they claim the window is fixed. The window still doesn t roll all the way down and now the door gets stuck open. And it knocks when it opens. This is the perfect place to be ripped off.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and was quoted a wait time of over an hour but needed it so figured might as well. They had it done in 15 minutes. Quick, friendly and professional.
