Sold my car to this location. All staff I encountered were all professional and friendly. Especially Michelle & David, who helped me with my title paperwork. Made the process smooth and pleasant. Great Experience!

Definitely never coming back at all, spend hours to take off a fender frm a car cause cars where too close and i needed de door open for that, and also getting the fender liner too (not even in really good conditions ) and a cup holder and they charge me 160 dollars the included the guarantee for that!! I didn t ask for it, and they charge me for (core) (environmental fee) too

I recently went to LGK austin and compared to where I used to live in Maryland, the experience was like I was in auto parts store. Fron the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, the customer service was excellent. Rob at the customer counter provide me with all the information I needed to provide me with the part I needed that I couldn't pull myself. All I can say is that LGK austin! Hats off to you and your staff. I will definitely be back and continue to give my reviews...and hope they continue to be good one's!

As someone who has never been to a junkyard in their life, this was a really great experience! Everyone I came across there was very kind and explained how things worked. If you are totally clueless like me, here s some info: before you even get there make sure you have all the tools you might need to get your part and bring them with you! Also, you are not allowed to bring in the broken part to compare (which is a bummer but I get it). When you first pull into the parking lot, the majority of the customer lot will be to the right. There s a large run-down looking building to the left aaaaand that s not where to go (the security guard explaining that to me was seriously so nice, thank you!)Anyway, you ll want to go towards the black gate to the right of the little food/refreshment truck and there you can pay the $3 to get the wrist band. It s either cash or card to pay this fee. They ll ask what you re looking for and print out a little piece of paper telling you where to find some options that might work, and hand you a map of the place. Super straightforward.Thankfully all I needed was a sun visor and I watched a YouTube video on how to replace it before I got there. I personally got the warranty and I m glad I did because the first visor I picked didn t work, so I was able to exchange it with a different one I found right away.I liked the whole experience but I can imagine it s much less fun in the dead of summer. I would definitely come back with if I needed any more parts. Thank you!

I bought a truck bed for my truck and also needed the part to be picked and they did a very good job. Rob and his crew where awesome. They even helped me put it on my truck. They called me like he promised when it was ready for pick up. Thank you Rob and everybody else who was there

They could not tell if they had the part, but the truck was about 100ft away. I asked if I could just walk over and set eyes on them. They said only if I pay an entry fee. Asking $149 for parts and brand new was $167. These guys live to rip people off asking high prices for very used parts. Don't care to ever go back.

What a joke. $50 for each taillight when in ebay you can get them for $30 NEW. Guy was looking at my parts and just saying random prices. Guy at the counter is rude and arrogant. 2 hour trip for nothing, but not like they care about customer service anyway. Cars are mostly stripped of parts, don t waste your time here, seriously, you have better luck at Wrench-A-Part.

Never again. I have purchased parts here for years,, before the name change as well. I was charged $260 for four items. A throttle body, a spare tire carrier, a battery, and a steering sensor. After I braved the sun to find parts, worked to pull these parts off, and paid to enter the grounds... are you kidding me! I was blown away as I needed these things immediately and had no choice but to pay (especially after I did the work of removing the items, not your employees. On top of that I literally stood in line and watched a worker pass water to everyone in line except me,, twice. I also noticed this place has stooped so low as to have bins full of things that were left inside of vehicles for sale.. prices are outrageous. No ethics here. And who why would I pay $20 to rent a wheel barrel... that's like paying Walmart to use a shopping cart... no thanks. Plus, I did not ask to pay your automatic warranty fees either. The staff knowing the yard is not a plus, they should, they work there. The staff being courteous is not a plus, they should do that any way. I have spent over $5000 in the past year on automotive parts... I priced the same items at other yards and could have saved $100... I will never, ever go back to this place. Here's a thought, how about pricing things reasonably instead of nickel and diming for every little thing. These places pay very little for these cars if they do at all then charge like the parts are brand new... The consumer is doing you a favor driving from all over to shop here, not the other way around. Just because people have money doesn't mean they want to be taken advantage of either... Never again !

The pricing of this place in insane. You can buy brand new parts for less than they are selling old beat up ones for. Your wasting $3 by paying to go through that gate.

Great experience, affordable, friendly staff. Rob went above and beyond to be sure my questions were answered and I had all the parts I needed. My husband thanks you as well, he sent me to pick up what he needed and without Rob s help I would have missed a couple of things we needed. Our go to place from now on! Bye bye auto zone.

Hi if you're looking to get a good value on parts DON'T visit LKQ. The prices under used parts is way too high.

I had ran something over on I-35 lastnight , not knowing or seeing what it was. It damaged my driver front chrome rim. Retail price for this rim is 319$ brand new for one! LKQ had exactly everything i was looking for. I got a PAIR of both rim and tires for a good price and in great condition! All i need to do is wash, rinse and polish the chrome. Just about the same condition as my other 3 on the vehicle. Easy to locate, just need your tools and some work to take the parts you need. Was there for about an hour tops and was my first experience with any junk yard ever. I strongly recommend them.

By far, the worst scrap yard I have ever been to. The employees are rude and incompetent, the selection of cars are completely stripped of any valuable parts and are just taking up space, the prices are way to high, and overall this place is a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

Use to like this place but part prices have seem to more than double plus even price of warranty. I think I'd come out ahead ordering online or if I'm going to get dirty out in the heat I might as well go to Wrench-A-Part and save a few bucks. LkQ "PLEASE LOWER PRICES A LITTLE TO MAKE IT WORTH IT"

This place used to be good but dont even bother now. Total rip off. they tried to over charge me $50 at the window over what their own prices say they should be when I could get these parts off ebay for cheaper than their advertised prices. They just play games now.

Used to come here for parts from San Antonio. Service was decent and prices were decent. Recently have tried to buy parts at 2 different times and their prices have extremely increased it seems like. I don't know about other parts but the parts I recently went in there for, they were pricing me $10 less than a brand new part. Don't even waste your time. Just order new. The money you save for used isnt there anymore.

Worst junkyard in the area:Prices are extremely high, close or equal to new parts. They charge a core fee for almost every little part possible. There s also a high warranty fee that is NOT optional.Vehicles are scattered all over the place, they just place the vehicles wherever they have a free space. No wheelbarrows available.Employees are rude an unwilling to help with questions.I m surprised that place still on business.

I wanted to sell them my car. The people on the phone were friendly. I got scheduled for Saturday morning. I was told someone would call me 1 hour before the driver was heading over. I never got a call. I called around 11:30 am and they said the driver was running behind. I called again at 4 pm and they said they might have overbooked and the driver would not be coming out. I rescheduled for the next day. I waited until 2:30 pm and finally gave up. I'm going with another company and hope it doesn't waste my time like this one did.

We went to find parts for my 2004 Chevy Venture and were not disappointed. They had all the parts we needed and even thought the prices have gone way up, it still was a good deal. What we did not appreciate was how they added on the cost of a 90 warranty without asking if we wanted it. We didn't notice until we got home and then it was too late. When we went back 2 days later it was to late to be refunded and we were told that is their policy now. Granted, there was a big sign stating the new policy...I guess we were to tired to notice but when I asked about it the young man behind the counter got attitude. The supervisor was quite nice though and diffused the situation.

This place is a joke do not work here. They do not care about employees and lie just to get you in the yard. Do not give this company your business. They are overpriced and don't care also there vehicle selection is subpar at best. No organization either.

The cashier was friendly but that's the only good thing I can say about this place. No carts were available but I found them scattered all around the yard with no one using them. Online it says the price for airbags is $95 however they do not sell airbags nor do they have a sign saying that so after a 3-hour drive and spending time removing them from a vehicle I was only told no at the front. The guy says they don't have a license to sell airbags and if that's the case fine but they should not have a price online for them.

They always have what I need for my car . But this place is a self service place u have to take your own tools and take the parts you need your self off the vehicles.

Prices are up 400-800% since the pandemic. Sales are all canceled. I am no longer going to be a patron. There are other yards in town. To be clear this is an issue with the C suite people trying to pull max profits out of the yard. Charging core on plastic parts, no more used washer fluid, packing more cars on the yard. Used to be a great yard with great prices and 2 40% off sales a year that were also great. I always felt like I got a good deal at check out. This last visit I had it all itemized at checkout and could only laugh and leave. That was the last hour of mine I will invest in this yard. They wanted over retail for a set of springs. ($25+/ea) A year and a half ago I picked a pair of springs up for $8.

It was my first time coming in today and was not aware that I would need to bring my own tools to take the parts needed off of a car, but the kind gentlemen working at the front were able to go & take the tire I needed off for me! I was very grateful for their wonderful customer service! Now I know for next time that I need to bring my own tools, thank you guys for the help

they charge more for used, broken parts than you can buy the part new for. very much a waste of time and money. all the wheel barrows and Dollies are broken. shop at wrench a part for 1/4 the price, nicer people at wrench a part, more parts.

Prices have been increased overwhelming high. I use to go here all the time because of its location and friendly staff. But I will start going back to wrench a part. The price they wanted for used lamps are more then New ones on Ebay. Wrench a part is a third the price still.

Some parts are worth buying, others not so much. I hate that it's a hilly yard. The cars I'm interested in are always on the hill. It's a pita when it's muddy. I come from Dallas and its usually worth the trouble for me. Watch out for the warranty they include in price, tell them you don't want it. Unless you need it of course. Standard warranty is good for 30 days.
