Consistently quality work and excellent service. They explain, in detail, the issue and options and let you decide how you want to proceed without pressuring you. They call all possible resources to get you the best price on high quality parts. I came here for a 2nd opinion when the dealership negligently misdiagnosed the issue. Now, Pampered Auto Care is the only provider I trust with my vehicle.

I ve been servicing my BMW X6 at Pampered Auto Care for some time now and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Amazing facility, super knowledgeable mechanics, great pricing, warm and welcoming management/ownership that will treat you like a family are foundation for ultimate satisfaction. Most importantly piece of mind for job done right is end goal and there is no one I trust more when it comes to it. I HIGHLY suggest and recommend this place.

The best place to have you vehicle pampered. If you need some repairs on you BMW or Mercedes. This is the place to go, without a doubt. Very honest and friendly staff that will explain your opinions to you. Would highly recommend.

Pampered Auto has been servicing my E350 Mercedes for over 5 years and I know I am always in good hands. I can always get an appt quickly and the turn around time for service is super quick. I never feel like they are up selling me or doing unnecessary work.Great people running a great biz!!!

I take my Lincoln Town Car taxi to Pampered Automotive because they understand my business needs. Every day I am off the road, I lose $300-$400. Whenever I leave my taxi at Pampered, we agree upon the scope of work which can be done by the close of business, and they always come through. This is why I continue to come back to Pampered for medium to complex repair and maintenance.

I have a 2015 BMW 528i and have only ever had it serviced by BMW of Austin. A couple of months ago, my AC stopped working and BMW s earliest appointment was in 3 weeks. I decided to give Pampered a shot and wasn t disappointed. Amela and her team got me right in and fixed up in no time at a very reasonable cost. Fast forward couple of months later, and I was getting an oil and valve cover gasket leak. The dealership said it would cost almost $8k to fix it, said my car was basically totaled, and offered me $4,000 for a trade-in. Amela not only did a more comprehensive fix replacing the housing and gaskets, but found and fixed an issue with the timing chain and replaced my front brakes all for a couple thousand less than the dealership wanted for just the gasket work. They stand by their work and are very communicative. They sent me pictures of the problems they discovered and worked around my schedule. Do not take your car here!!!I took my car here in April because my AC was not working and they were the closest auto shop to my apartment so it was convenient. They first inspected it and recommended I replace a valve because there was a bit of liquid around it and that could be where the leak is coming from. I paid $400 for them to inspect the AC and replace this valve. Took my car home and a few days later the AC was not working again. I called back and they didn t seem surprised that it had stopped working. They told me they had put a fluorescent dye in when they recharged my AC so that it would be easier to spot the leak when I brought it back. I now know this is common practice and was necessary to identify the AC issues, but I dont know anything about cars and was annoyed they hadn t communicated this.They replaced the valve again and within days my ac stopped working. They quoted me to replace my entire ac system. At this point I got a second opinion and found out the problem was with my condenser and it was an easy fix. I called pampered auto care back bc I was hoping they d offer me some kind of refund for wasting my time. Instead she kept insisting that the other place must ve missed something and fixed it wrong, she told me she would be surprised if my ac lasted through the summer and would give me a refund if it did, but said she s never been wrong before My ac works perfectly. I called again now that it s the end of summer without much expectation. She insisted I bring the car by so they could inspect it and make sure I didn t end up getting my compressor replaced too. I don t want these people to ever touch my car again bc it s clear they have no clue what they re doing, and she just kept trying to argue with me on the phone about how I waited till October to call when the end of summer is in September.Didnt fix my car, terrible customer service, wasted $400Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I love this shop. If you have a diesel this is your shop. I live in kyle and will tow my car north just for this shop if I need it. Never had a problem, always fast reliable work! Super professional team. They won t do any work without confirming with you and they do it really quick. Very respectful of the customer.

Absolutely the BEST mechanic I've been to in the North Austin area. If you want cheap, quick and ok service don't go here. They're high quality, thorough, fair knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Everyone I've interacted with knows their stuff. From the receptionist to the owner and mechanics on staff. Lifetime costumer here. We were recommended this ship by a friend after out two family vehicles were damaged at a different shop.

Highly recommend this place! Front desk is very friendly and is able to talk you through the issues with your car. I think the diagnosis was very honest and thorough. Cost was not outrageous like another shop I visited. Turnaround was relatively fast compared to other shops I visited.Will be coming here from now on if I need a mechanic.

Came in for a simple inspection and headlight replacement. They are competitively priced, friendly, and didn t make any false promises before checking out my car. They even found a secondary problem that only experienced mechanics might be able to notice. Definitely has a family owned feel and I will be back since they are right around the corner from me.
