Legitimately worth all 5 stars.All the staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond in their quality of care for your vehicle.I took my car here to get some bodywork done and all the staff- Misty, Gerry, and Matt have been so incredibly supportive and helpful in answering questions regarding my car.When I got my car back it honestly looked like a brand new car and had never been as clean and polished since I purchased it used from a dealer

Gerry and his team took the best care of us as they could. There was a lot of the insurers and I felt like we had to manage the job along at times, but pacific did everything they were expected to. Only thing I would improve is communication on timing as significant things happen to the work to be completed. Would definitely recommend.

These people know and understand how far honesty goes. Not only will they be completely trustworthy, but Misty is a wizard at navigating insurances and she will have your back every step of the way. I'm in North Austin and I will never go anywhere else. One million percent recommended.

We had our Model 3 in multiple shops due to the hailstorm of Sept 2023.Pacific Custom Paint & Body really took the time/effort to not only work with our insurance through the whole ordeal, they cared about our understanding and their workmanship.Stay warm & keep showing everyone how great y all are.

I can t thank this crew enough for their great service and quality work on my vehicle. I ve taken my vehicle in twice this past year and they go above and beyond to keep me updated on repairs, coordinated my rental, fought a good fight with the insurance company and ensure quality parts were received and installed. Upon picking up my vehicle they have it professionally detailed and complete a thorough walkthrough and answer all the questions. I ll never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Took my car in for touch up paint and a decal kit. OEM vendor didn t send all the decals. They made the rest of the decals and it came out great. Quick and reasonable price too.

I refuse to use anyone else. The work is high quality and the people are incredible. Good people and great prices. I have a 2021 bmw and the always do an excellent job with my repairs. Like new. I always leave there feeling like I was treated fairly.. Sometimes even feel like I was under charged. Jerry is awesome, the team is great.. as A customer that is very frugal. I would highly recommend them to do any body work anyone has..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When my car needed some minor body work, I deliberately took my car to multiple shops to get estimates and check them out. Pacific was by far the best experience. They were very helpful and clear and all of them friendly. They gave me options. I was paying out of pocket for only cosmetic issues, so I went with the cheapest. They took care of it very quickly for a very modest amount, and the results were fantastic. I was wary about having to search for a shop but could not have done better than Pacific.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Friendly, quality craftsmanship, and competitive pricing, what more can you ask for? Cleaner? They were far cleaner and more sanitary than other shops which put me at ease. Everyone wore masks, they sanitized the car after the job was done, and even wiped down the pen before I signed. I had an aftermarket piece with a canyon of a gap, but Jerry was able to install it and make it look great! Other shops wouldn't even take the job. I'll call yall first when I need body/paint work again.

They did an excellent job with the body work and paint job on my car. They were very professsional and even gave me a discount from a small misunderstanding without me asking. The inside of my car was cleaned too. I wish I was able to post the before and after pics here. Misty Diaz and her husband are amazing people and run their business with quality workmanship and off the charts customer service! In my worst time of need, they came through for me. I left feeling like family. Misty knows how to break through all the insurance red tape with persistence and courtesy. All the workers at this establishment were gentlemanly, courteous, friendly and caring. And to top it off, they detailed my car and cleaned my engine, no extra charge! They recognized and pointed out previous shotty work on my car and made recommendations for future repairs if/when I can afford it. They offered discounts, new and used parts and payment options. All the things you want to hear when you know you need work done but can't afford it all. You have to experience it to believe it and I promise they will not disappoint!

Pacific Paint and Body always does a fantastic job! This is the third time I have used them and the serviice is great. They made my cars look brand new again. They are fast, professional and the price was better than any where else. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about any details. Thanks Pacific Paint and Body!

The owner, Jerry was extremely helpful in navigating for us an annoying rear-end accident and the insurance company. Caliber Collision (aka Nationwide) recommended only surface-level repairs for about $800 but Jerry took our bumper apart, discovered extensive damage inside and knew that the whole piece had to be replaced. Really glad to know that Jerry and his crew are so close. We found our new mechanic!

I have ~20yr old car with original paint that I cannot part with. I wanted to update the paint and add some trim pieces to keep it looking fresh. Jerry and Jerry Jr. gave the car 100% attention during the quote process, the refinishing of the hood, and through to the end of the final walkthrough. There was some hiccups along the way and unforseen issues that usually comes with tackling any technical project but they always approached obstacles carefully and notified me along the way of the changes to plan. At the end of our business Jerry gave me his professional advice on how to maintain my car's paint--he's basically an artist in this regard. Fantastic customer service if you need custom work.Service: Body & Trim

Such a great shop! They have real experts working here and have very reasonable prices. The owner is very personable and had suggestions on different ways I could customize my car. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10!

Pacific Custom paint & body is more than just about fixing your vechile. They go above amd beyond than most shops in town. I received the best customer service from Misty and Jerry. Both helped me and my husband through out the process of having my repairs done in an efficiant time. No delays, straight foward with estimate and what exactly was going to be worked on and done to our veichle. They even took me personally to the car rental facility and made sure I was taken care of properly. We will use Pacific custom paint and body for any future veichle body repairs, and recommend them to all of our family and friends, and anyone in general. 100% satisfied with the outcome.

I haven t even had the pleasure of working with these folks yet but every time I have called for a quote on some (in my mind) random project or question, they take the time to understand the issue and approach it with awesomeness every time.You know it s a good thing when you re TRYING to give someone money.

This is a very Good automotive company. Not only can they fix your car they can also repair all water crafts. Plus they also can build you a boat from scratch. Pretty cool.
