I have been going to Oil Changers since before the name change and the service has always been good, but now they are open Sundays and are always extremely helpful.Mike is great mechanic and will give the full breakdown and will not pressure you into paying for any repair/tune up you do not want to. The results of every repair are reliable and the waiting room is very clean and comfortable.

Long, wait for the inspection. Out side the range of acceptable.They sold filters to elderly customer even after the filter came out of the car clean. Repair prices seemed very high. They did not give all inspection results paperwork. Nothing special here when it comes to an oil change. New ownership at this location, I will find a new place.

I called late in the day (5:15) to see if they could do a state inspection. They close at 6:00. I was told they had about an hour wait, but to come on in and they'd get me taken care of.When I got there, the wait had cleared and I was directed to pull in to the bay. I had had my insurance in hand ready to show them, but couldn't find it to save my neck (later found it in between the seats). The gentleman, Brian, told me not to worry and helped me look it up.I was there less than 15 minutes when he said I was ready to go!! Amazing service, accommodating through-and-through, and NICE folks!!Highly recommend this place!!

Had a car inspection done so I could register in Texas and get license plates. I really loved being able to drive in, sit in my car during the process and be finished and pass within less than thirty minutes. Professionally done and the technician was very knowledgeable and easily responded to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

I went here thinking it was still Kwik Kar. Went in for an oil change, inspection, and new wiper blades. I was told I was next in line. After waiting for over two hours, I was called up and said my inspection was complete. I asked about the oil change, he said he didn t know about that and it wasn t completed. He also still needed to put the wipers on. It would be another 45 minutes for the oil change. Horrible customer service and prices are ridiculous. After speaking with the other customers in the waiting room, every one else had the same experience. I will not be returning.

Hi , Just for you attention. Took my wife's car in for a State Inspection on Feb. 19th. Tere were maybe 5 people in the waiting room. I was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. After about an hour and 15 minutes I checked on my truck and it had been moved, so had been inspected. I waited another 15 minutes and when other people who had come in after me were called I asked the tech if my truck was ready. He looked at some paperwork and said I need to check on something and will be right back. He walks out and I don't see him again. I wait another 15 minutes and other people get called I again go to the counter and ask about my truck. This time a different guys looks at the computer schedule and does not find my truck listed. He goes outside and comes back in looks around and finds my paperwork and keys on the side board. I ask how long the inspection has been completed and he does not know. No apoligies for thee long wait nothing. I have been going to this store for years because they have always been quick and organized but not anymore. The staff needs better training on customer service.Thanks for attention to this issue.Michael

The technicians are very friendly and diligent. Waiting room chairs are comfortable. One note, they are very strict on state inspections.

I had an off day or is it always this disorganized? My first visit was on a Friday. I came before 8, their computer system was down and they couldn't start on anyone until it could be fixed. They said it would be more than an hour. Left came back at 11, waited without being helped. Finally, someone told me to come back in 30 minutes after someone was back from lunch. I did this. Then came back again no one was at the desk. Then they said to park behind another car. They didn't have my keys or any of my information. So I waited in the waiting room until my car needed to be moved up. In total I came for an oil change and left with the needed oil change and several other additional recommended services. I spent 2 hours waiting there not including the first two visits earlier in the day.

I have come here many times for oil changes and they are normally a great service. This time I needed and inspection and they made an error when typing in the current mileage. Once the DMV informed me that I had to have it brought back because one digit was missing, I had to drive an extra hour to get this corrected. They fixed it at no cost but was still an added hassle to an already painful process.

Went in on a Sunday morning for 2 inspections and an oil change. There was a sign on the door that said they didn't have anyone to do inspections... glad I got up to use your business. We still needed an oil change, so I asked for a full synthetic oil change. The guy asked if I'd like an engine treatment to eliminate sludge and I said yes. Go out for breakfast and head back. Go to the counter and the guy checking me out quotes $65 which is the price of a standard oil change. When I asked what happened with the synthetic and the engine treatment, he changes the price even though the only did the standard service. I asked for the "manager" who corrected it but he's the same person I looked in the eye and asked for what I wanted.I was hoping this place would be my go too, but I have zero trust at this point. I miss Kwik car.

I had a really, really good experience. I didn t feel like I was taken advantage. I had to get a lot of work done on my vehicle. Jesus, one of the mechanics, took a lot of extra time to answer my MANY questions and seemed quite happy to do so.

Easy in and out for an motorcycle state inspection. Ethan was friendly, helpful, and efficient. It s also very inexpensive. Great experience.

I called in over the phone, confirming if I can bring the car in for an oil change, break check, and driver side door handle replacement. They said over the phone they could do it right away, so I reached this store in under 5 mins.I got in, filled in the form with all the info, and took them over 1 hour start my oil change , they only did an oil change. After oil change, they parked the car outside and said they did not have a free mechanic to check for breaks and asked me to come back later.To bad they do not schedule for appointments and do not have value for others time.

First going their believe it was on a Sunday, only place advertised on Internet search that was close and open for me .Service was speedy,staff was professional, oil change prices were decent. I probably would return again .

I have gone to have my oil change and inspection here for years but just recently went back after moving out of the area. They are one of the few shops open on Sunday. I arrived at 8:45am Sunday morning, 15 minutes before they opened so I could be their 1st customer. After about an hour I asked how much longer and I was told they didn't have the filter in stock so they had ordered it and it was "on its way" but would be another 30 minutes. After waiting almost an hour I wasn't able to wait. They charged me for the full oil change - filter included and said they would keep it for me and I agreed to come back Tuesday morning.I called Monday to make sure it arrived and was told yes, it's here. I arrive at 8am Tuesday morning to get a quick filter change which I had already paid for. When I arrived the man I worked with immediately said let me check if we have it (even though they confirmed). I sat in the waiting room as they pulled my car into the garage and it sat. After 45 minutes I asked and they told me someone had used the filter so they ordered another one but it was "on its way". After 15 minutes and no updates I asked again and was told again "it's on it's way" because the original one they ordered went to the wrong location. I waited another 15 minutes and still had not arrived even though ever time I asked the driver was "5 minutes away". I was going to be late to work so after waiting ANOTHER 1 hour + for a simple filter change I left without my filter.I will not be returning and I will be contacting the manager to ask for a refund. This is ridiculous that I had to drive 30 minutes to your location TWICE for a simple oil change. If they had ordered the filter when I arrived this morning then it should have easily arrived within the hour. But instead I was ignored and forced to wait and then kept being told a different story. This was totally unacceptable and honestly many others were waiting and being told "20 minutes for an oil change" and things were taking 45 min +.Give realistic timelines to your customers who are waiting and have work and obligations. We don't have the luxury to sit and wait all day. AND if you tell someone their part that you ordered had arrived then DON'T USE IT for another customer - put their name on it.

Went for a state inspection and was expecting to wait a while. It was quick and easy didn t even have to get out of the car. Only had a few cars in front of me when I went. Was very efficient.

They are starting to nickel and dime you. Topping off all fluids has always been included in an oil change since the invention of automobile but I was just charged $5 for a few ounces of coolant to top off the reservoir in during my recent oil change.

The doors were locked and nobody came out to help. I followed someone in, and was told I had to drive around back for an inspection, which meant I had to stay in my car for 1.5 hours. Then I had to drive into the bay with stay in your car, open pit signs, which seems like an OSHA violation. Now 3 days later, my inspection is not in the system and all Oil Changers could tell me is to get another inspection! I have to waste even more time going to the tax office to take care of something that should have been easily handled online. I was a patron of Kwik Kar for years, but will never go back to this place.

I always loved this site when it was Kwik Kar, and it hadn't seemed that much different since it changed to Oil Changers until now. They've recently switched to a stay-in-your car model. No one explained this system. I was in my car for 30-45 minutes before someone even talked to me, the lines were imbalanced (service wasn't in the order of arrival) and a bunch of car shuffling to get into the garage. I was asked if I wanted the coolant topped off for an extra $5, I sad no, but the checklist says "Full" on the invoice. I don't believe any of the services they say they do were done. Definitely didn't check the in cabin air filter, and I never saw the guy check the front air filter. I never saw the washer fluid filled and isn't full (checked when I got home). Invoice says tire pressure checked at 35, but don't recall them checking, and my tire sensors all are at 30-31psi. Invoice says windshield was washed; it wasn't. The bill was presented to me first before the invoice which seemed particularly high. Looks like there was a $22 "True brand high mileage additive" there. I can't find a cost list on the website for a full synthetic change, but don't recall any additives before. I also had to clean oil off my front bumper when I got home. I fear this place is has moved away from Kwik Kar's excellence to something subpar.

Annual inspection on a 2014 BMW 320i . Service was fast, professional and thorough. The vehicle passed both safety and emissions tests. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. We have utilized this service center for many years and have always had a positive and quick experience for basic oil changes and inspections. We recommend them for basic services and inspections completely. December 2023 annual inspection for 2013 Tiguan also very efficiently handled.

I'm always impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the managment is doing a good job in selecting and training the team in the ways of courteous customer care. In terms of competence they attend to requests promptly keep me apprised of the progress. Good place, good team, from my experience.

Went for state safety and emissions inspection. Same as last year. Fast and easy. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
