Called to find out about replacing my dead battery and they told me that it was too difficult to replace the battery on 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. They didn't want to help, plain and simple. It is the easiest battery to replace. I just didn't have the right wrench. Once I did, it took me less than 5 minutes. What is crazy is I would have given them a tip to help me out.

The customer service at this store is awful. I m not sure I have ever encountered such rude, lazy service at a parts store. Basic service seems foreign, especially considering that I went in after they sold me shoddy parts. OReilly s used to be a decent store. After this experience I will never shop with them again, there are too many better options.

The only O'Reilly Auto Parts store I've been to that doesn't allow customers to use the restroom, and the employee was rude. I would put 0 out of any amount of stars possible if that was an option.

They had POWER WAGON parts. A difficult thing to find anywhere but in Austin Texas at 8:50 PM. (Right before closing) The staff was great in helping me get what I needed in a crunch.

Austin oak hill store customer service is atrocious. Please contact me. They didn t do the work and John Paul the manager left the store when we came to pick up the rotors that were never turned after 48 hrs. Then when I called today, Jose argued with me on the phone. Napa across the way was so friendly and upgraded our selection after such a hassle. Napa has life long customers now.

I stopped into this O'Reilly not really knowing what I needed. The interior lights in my car weren't working, so I assumed a fuse. Marcos took the time to figure out which fuse, and replace it in my car. He then helped me pick out the correct bulbs for my map lights. THANK YOU MARCOS!!!!!

The guys working yesterday were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had car trouble and the guys helped me troubleshoot the issue, found the problem, replaced the sensor which solved the issue. In the process they suggested I do two additional repairs and gave me advice on how easy it is to do on your own.

the guy at the counter today was extremely helpful and informative. He even took the time to help me install the products on my vehicle. i was able to get in and out in only a few minutes. I'll definitely be using this location in the future

Great service from an employee name Chris! I came in for new wiper blades and they had better prices and a better selection than the AutoZone down the road. This location also offers free wiper installation! Chris helped to make sure I bought the correct wiper blades for the best deal and put them on efficiently and quickly. Will be back! Thanks, Chris!

O'Reilly's is always been the most dependable auto parts store for me and my family. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful here and they have a lot of experience with do-it-yourself mechanics. They have also been very helpful to my wife and daughter when they have been in the store.Typically I'm ordering a small auto part to repair on my daughter's vehicle, but most recently I was in the store toget a paint match on my Lexus hyper silver rims. I had studied online for several hours only to be wasting time when I should have just went in to O'Reilly's and ask the guys. They were able to do a paint match instantly and solve my problem in about 5 minutes. They were able to order the paint from San Antonio and it was available for pickup the next morning at 7 a.m.I looked at several options on Amazon but unfortunately it would have taken three weeks to get here.Save yourself some hassle and just go in and use their knowledge as a resource to get ahead of your problem. I know I will in the future!

I agree with the last reviewer. Chris/Christopher (as his mama named him) went above what I have come expect in the way of customer service. We brain stormed trying to figure out what a particular sensor on my Jeep was for, until we figured it out. He ordered it and had it in store the very next day, just like he said he would. He called and told me I could come pick it up. I had been to (3) other specialty "Jeep only" stores only to be told, the part was no longer made, so I was SOL. To those guys I would say this... just because it wasn't a new set of rims and tires you could make commission on, doesn't mean you should dismiss the importance of what you're help would have meant to me, the customer. The job you have wasn't created for you. It was created out of the need to assist people like me. Chris seems to get it. That's one less thing I have to worry about, and in my world that's allot.Thank you Chris!Chad

Daniel and Elizabeth are always very helpful. Remember, if a part fails, as it did in my case, it's not Daniel or Elizabeth's fault. It's the manufacturer. I had my receipt for a headlight purchased a few months ago, and Daniel kindly advised that there's a one-year warranty and replaced it.

Went there to get rotors turned. They said my 28 mm rotors were too worn to turn. They said they needed to be 30 mm to be eligible. Went and bought some new rotors from advance auto because oreilly did not have mine in stock. The new ones measured 27 mm. Go figure.

Dropped off a battery at 3:30 Pm on a Tuesday. Guy says If its bad I will know in 30 minutes if its good it will take 2 hours to charge. Then he asks for my name and number and says he will call once he finds out a solution.8Pm I stroll into their store and remind you this place is DEAD they are even lucky to have the customers they do. I ask them about my battery and he tells me its dead. So for over 4 hours you have failed to do your job and call me back and let me know hey your battery is dead come pick it up.Thats why these clowns work these jobs because they are too stupid to work any real job. Thats about as the equivalent of being too stupid to call out order number 82 after you have looked at it for 4 hours. Also known as a Burger King Clown.

First time there, it was raining and we needed new windshield wipers. The staff was very helpful to find the correct wipers for my car and they even put the new ones on. A great experience.

The employee was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He told me what he thought I needed, what other people would recommend, what was the best price and what was overpriced. If I'd have asked him to make my decision for me, I'm sure he would have but I liked how he gave me all his info and let me decide on my own. Good experience.

Last night I placed my phone on the counter and paid for some flat black high temperature paint. Manager, please feel free to find this transaction as it will show you the exact time. I will be contacting you with the receipt, part number, and time to check the surveillance video. I have retraced my steps from last night (not many) and I know for a fact I placed the phone on the counter. It the surveillance video proves that I walked out with my phone I will jump back on here and retract my statement. I went into the store today, and a very flustered, and quick to answer employee that checked my out last night hastily said no. I would say call me, but my phone was last seen at your place. I know I should never let go of my phone in a public situation but if you do it here, you may never see your phone again.
