I called before hand to get a set of rotors resurfaced, they said no problem just bring them in early. I did, then I was told they didn t know how to do the resurfacing and that nobody there knew how to either. So I simply go down the street to another oreillys on west stassney on and they said no problem and got them done in 30 min

Guy behind the counter was clearly intoxicated and looked for my part for about 20 minutes. Will not return to this location

Save yourself the time, and just go to the south fist location. 9 out of 10 parts I ve tried to buy here are either showing stock but they don t have it or they don t have it, and it s at the south first store. Extremely frustrating to be within walking distance of an OReillys, with a non drivable car and still being out of luck every time I need a part. Even more sad is all the employees say this location is treated like the ugly step child of the OReillys store yet they do nothing to create change.

Called the store three times all I got was thanks for calling O'Reilly's please hold waited for six minutes hung up called back same thing waited 5 min hung up called back same thing waited 6 min and just hung up just makes me not want to deal with them anymore

The help they have. Everyone there pays attention to the other co-workers helping their customers. Instead of paying attention to the customer in front of them.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went to a different O'Reilly's and described the tool I needed, even showed them a picture and they couldn't figure out what I was talking about. Joseph and Jonathan at this store did a great job though. They knew exactly what I needed and found it super fast. This will be my new go-to store for everything!

I used to be a strict Auto Zone user. But after so many times of getting sold the wrong part, and just straight up poor customer service. I made the switch to O'Reilly auto parts. BEST decision I've ever made. Amazing customer service. They always sell the correct parts at a great price. Do yourself a favor, and visit an OAP near you

Super thankful for this staff, my car literally broke down outside their store. Big s/o to Nancy and Joseph and the rest of the staff who helped out and tried helping whether it was giving advice on how to fix my vehicle. Nancy replaced my coolant hose and both her and Joseph tried getting my car back up and running. Didn t have the best of luck but truly appreciate them all going above and beyond to help me!

Worst service I've ever received purchasing auto parts for over twenty years now. Overall automotive or not ranks in tip three worst experiences. Went Saturday night about 730 and four employees were there one helping customers and three leaning or sitting down on their cell phones nearest the door. After about thirty seconds I was acknowledge but not asked if I could be helped. After about five minutes I go to the counter to order hard parts and their is one customer in front of me and the three employees still in the same place on their phones. After about 45 seconds of waiting the ONLY person helping said in Spanish hey what are yall doing...help someone. Marcos then came to assist me. I had to repeat EVERYTHING no less than twice and he pulled out his phone to look at it twice while he was helping me. I got my parts and made my payment. As he gave me the receipt without saying A WORD he just walked off. I suggest to go to ANY other auto parts store than O'Reilly. It clear the issues flow from top down.

These guys are super helpful. Free battery inspection and really knowledge staff that are honest and just want to help you find the right thing for your car. I didn t even purchase anything but will definitely go back to do so for my next car needs.

Displace usually is a good place to go get your parts friendly service but when I went today (2/8/20) I was meant with a lazy clerk named Ricardo. He had an attitude of not only not caring about me or my needs but I felt I was bothering him. He then made a couple of smart replies to my questions. If he is the model of the new employees the will be hiring then I guess I'll take my business to advance Auto.

Hi I had an awesome experience just a few mins ago! The guys there were great! Special shout out to Francisco, AKA Castro! He came and helped me turn off lights on my vehicle that would not turn off! And he just did it! Thank you sooooo much! For going above and beyond! I really appreciate it! Awesome!

The place is only 3 blocks away from my home, so it's very convenient for me, the personal is nice, but you have to be polite as well. They are willing to help you with nearly everything you need to find you the right part, they can recomend you other stores if they don't carry what you are looking for or even explain you how to get your job done, or perhaps refer you a mechanic.

I went to the store on south first next to walgreen and I needed Brake light . I was the only customer and I ask the guy if he could put it on and he said no . So I went to the store on Nuckols crossing and this store is so good about helping the customer . I should have came here . I ask and the guy help me right away and he showed me how to do it myself and that was awesome . He was a tall African-American and he is the best and gave me awesome. Service with a smile

The customer Service there was awesome. One of the Employees, Roy, and the Manager, who's name I did not get, were very helpful and did everything they could to get me out on the road. Car died right in the parking lot and me being a girl and my husband out of town they were able to handle me being complicated (Not intentional) with everything I needed. Definitely will be going back for anything else.

I really enjoyed coming in here today. Marcos was very Helpful in Helping me find everything that I needed. I came in today to find a headlight bulb and Marcos was kind enough to come out to my vehicle and take it out to go into the store and find the exact one I needed, he even showed me the identification number on the bulb for future reference. He also helped me re-install it on the headlamp and tested it for me. Thank you Marcos For All Of Your Help Today!

Today was the worst day ever. Been going here for 15 years. It's constantly changing and no one knows what they are talking about. The guy must've started today by the name of carlos has no idea what he is doing. He skipped several customers with a attitude and got his friends first. I'm trying to call corporate now.

I found what I needed but when I approached the cashier I wasn't greeted so I didn't know if he could ring up my items, as well the clerk didn't ask me if I was an Oreillys Rewards member or if I wanted to join. Poor customer service.

Every time I go here employees treaty me as if I am invisible. You can not afford to hire more employees. Then the ones that are there act incompetent.

Best customer service my car was dieing out on me I need a new car battery. Have to change it out in the parking lot but I did not have the right tools for the job they help me out alot. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts your staff Rocks!!

went in for a fuel hose went to the counter and this guy help me find the right hose i need with great attitude and very helpful, the store it self was a little small but i would go back again for more automotive parts

Having restored a truck in not-running condition, I can tell you that the prices here are on par with the other stores. The difference is their quality is better and their warranties are better. They also carry some motorcycle batteries and can order motorcycle parts.

Sold me the wrong part,went back to exchange it,they were out of the one i needed,was told they had 6 at another store .went there but it was $30 more. the employee was rude, at both OReilly left there and went to Auto Zone Parts friendly service.

These people are awful. They offer a free service. Just so they can tell you after you we're waiting the longest. They are going to get other people out of the way first because your getting a free service. I will never go here again. Hello Advance auto parts.
