Nyle Maxwell has treated me like family the times my Dodge was in their care. Scott the manager understood that my car was my baby and the sentimental value I had for Dodge. Kim and Misty always greeted me like family and always made me feel welcomed. They kept me updated on my car and everything that was going on. Those ladies in the office are Rock Stars and Scott is very knowledgeable and always ready to talk and make you feel welcomed at the shop. I give them a 10 out of 10. Mrs. Servin

Where do I began, this is my second time coming to Nyle Maxwell Collision Center they never disappoint me. Excellent Customer Service. Scott and Kim are the best, dealing with my insurance, keeping informed every step of the way. If I may say Scott will go beyond for you dealing with your insurance company. I thank you, I appreciate you Scott for everything.

I don t know how to recommend NMCC enough. Scott, the owner/proprietor was absolutely amazing. He worked with me in every aspect when my car was wrecked by hail, and was outrageously helpful in dealing with all of the steps involved; from the tow truck to the insurance company and everything in between.Thanks so much!

Definitely great customer service from start to end, although I was out of commission, having my baby jeep in the shop for about a month, I received her back like she was brand new!!!..So the quality and experience did speck for itself...and they guarantee their work 100% if anything should ever happen, it makes me happy that i brought my vehicle here!.Thank you Team and management youll rock!

From day one when we turned in our truck to the team at the collision center, we were treated like royalty. We received updates every week to let us know how the progress was going. They were very quick to respond to any phone messages or emails. This project only took quite a while because of the UAW strike last fall. Parts were slow to come in. But, that's no fault of the staff members. The additional supplements that had to be submitted to State Farm, we were also made aware of. I would call this team at the collision center the "Trendsetters." They follow the " rule book" to the letter. They set the example for others to follow. Great job!!

My car did not get repaired, as it was totaled from the hail damage. Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole insurance claim process.�He made me feel at ease and he helped thru the process on what I needed to do. I will refer friends and family to this Body Shop. Scott and his staff Kim and Misty were exceptional and very friendly. Thank you again!

Took them 4 weeks to file the paperwork on our car. It was literally sitting on their desk to be submitted to the insurance company week after week. After all that the car was totaled. Then they tried to nickel and dime insurance to the point where I had to play middle man to get them to even talk to each other. I really expected better from a shop associated with a dealership.

I do not not recommend this collision center. I took in my vehicle and expressed that my main concern was the suspension system as after the accident the steering wheel was not straight. They kept my vehicle for over a month with minimal updates. When my vehicle was "ready" and I picked it up, the suspension had no work done on it. When I asked Ms. Kimberley about it she seemed confused and blame the insurance saying they did not approved suspension work. However, they never informed me about this while my vehicle was in the shop so that I could have discussed it with the claim specialist.

Sent my Jeep Gladiator and they have done a great job communicating and explaining the issues I have going on after the wreck. Having an unbiased assessment to go with my insurance was a big help in deciding my next steps.

While I appreciate the service of the Nyle Maxwell dealership, I believe their collision center is awful. Especially the management (Scott). Upon dropping off my vehicle for hail damage estimates, it was never shared with me the daily costs that I would incur if I chose not to use their shop. Nor did I see any signage with this information in their lobby.After several discussions with their dealership, it was decided it was best to pull my truck from the shop and trade it in, yet Scott decided to charge me over $2200 despite both the collision center and dealership being aware of this decision. You would think that the charges could have been voided as I was working with businesses owned by Nyle Maxwell, yet Scott was very rude and condescending regarding this issue and I was forced to make the payment to receive my vehicle.I recommend that you avoid this shop. It is not worth the frustration of dealing with Scott or the financial impact. $1500 of this charge was "storage" while the truck sat there waiting for Scott to do his job. I did not need or want to leave my truck there. I would have been much happier driving it so I feel that charge was unnecessary.Despite purchasing a new vehicle at the Nyle Maxwell dealership, I did not receive the money back from their collision center.

Initially the wrong part arrived from supplier. Kim and the tech showed me the issue. Once new correct part arrive Kim called and let me know. Once I arrived they installed the part in less than 30 mins. Overall good experience

We brought our Ram 1500 if for repair and the insurance company decided to total the truck. Scott and his staff were very helpful during the process with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Dodge and is need of repair.

Kim was pleasant but didn't provide updates until I started emailing after calling several times without anyone answering or calling back. I had to email every week for updates. I dropped my vehicle off on June 5th for hail damage. Finally went to pick it up on July 28th (!!), and the fender wasn't repaired and there were several scratches on the car. The manager said the fender wasn't on the repair order - turned out he was reading another customer's order! Then he said it would be about 10 days to get it looked at again. I went home and called my insurance company and got them involved. My car was finally ready on August 8th, but they had to rebuff the hood when we got there. I will continue to buy cars from Nyle Maxwell, but will NEVER use the collision center again! Over two months for hail damage and no communication is unacceptable in my opinion.

My poor car was struck by lightning late in April. The electronics fried and a ton of hail damage. I had my car towed to the Nyle Maxwell Collision Center for diagnostics and repairs. Scott and Misty helped me every step of the way. Once we found out how bad the electrical damage was and how long the rabbit hole might be to get her back to factory standards, they helped me to work with the insurance to have my car totaled. Scott even took the extra time to go over the vehicle valuation report to make sure I was comfortable with what my insurance company was offering me for the car. Thanks to the whole team, I was able to settle with the insurance and be in a place were I could purchase a new vehicle that is safe for the whole family. Thank you to all of you at the Collision Center who helped me through the process!

Update: After this review posted Nyle Maxwell chose to respond to the BBB. The discount of $300 was given to the insurance company as the money used to pay was provided by my insurance company. The ONLY reason it wasn't paid in 1 transaction was due to the banks cap per transaction. I suggested putting the remainder on another card, but he insisted on the discount. My vehicle did not have significant damage. Only a fist size dent in the fender as stated, and a light scuff mark on the passenger door. The clips usually break as stated, but they damages the molding as well to which replacing the clips still renders the moldings useless.Be wary of this place. I brought my vehicle in with a fender dent the size of my fist and possible suspension issues. They came back with a 16k estimate and assumed my vehicle would be totaled by my insurance company. I got my vehicle back with a free and clear title, but this shop, assuming my vehicle was totaled, torn off all the outside moldings, rendering them useless. This includes the opposite side, which had nothing to do with the damages. A $15 tool specific to this task would have avoided this. When asked about the damaged parts, he referenced a discount given to my insurance company, which does not affect me in the slightest and still wouldn't have covered the cost to replace. This is "post accident" damages that they are unwilling to address. In addition, I was able to bring the accident damages back to normal for just under $800, and the only "possible suspension issue" was a lower ball joint. BBB attempted to contact them on my behalf twice with no response as well. The next step will be legal action. All to simply bring my vehicle back to its original state at the time I placed it in their care.The manager also uses scare tactics on estimators by pointing out a complaint form upon arrival and talks down to them as well as talk over customers. Encourageable. I'm sure he'll have something witty in response, but I have photos, documentation, and voice recorded evidence to back it up. Buddy, I tried to play nice and keep this in-house. Now, I feel compelled to notify my fellow patrons.

To the service team at Nyle Maxwell collision center. Thank you so much for all the help in fixing my 2021 2500 limited ram. To Scott, Kimberly, and Misty, thanks. I know it took 88 days, but I was always informed about the progress and issures. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. IF Scott was not available, the ladies had the answers, or they got back to me quickly. They help with the rent car for the past 88 days. I CAN NOT say enough about these three folks. NYLE SHOULD GIVE U A RAISE. THANKS GUYS

I had to get a dent and a few scratches fixed on my truck due to the ice storm that hit central Texas a few months ago, and the team at Nyle Maxwell Collision Center was nothing less then phenomenal to work with. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs, but they actually finished about a week ahead of when they originally quoted me! I would rate this place 10 stars if I could!I got into an accident in May of 22 and my friend recommended me to bring my car here for the repairs, and let's just say I'm definitely not disappointed.From the first minute I walked in the door I was treated like family. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and Misty took the time to thoroughly explain the process and how everything works, and then I met Scott.Oh boy let me tell you, Scott is an absolute beast! He will put on his armor and goes to war with your insurance company. He will reign havoc on your insurance until they pay up to the very last penny they owe! He will not settle for any BS demands from insurance and he will not rest until your car has exactly the very best parts needed to make your vehicle good as new!I had a very pleasant experience working with this shop, and I strongly recommend the same!

The folks at Nyle Maxwell were incredible. I had a very difficult time, because I was in an accident in Oct 22, and the other driver was at fault. At every stage, the driver s insurance company, SeaHarbor out of Dallas, dragged their feet and provided poor service quality. As a result, my car repairs were finished, but my car sat at Nyle Maxwell for months. Kimberley, Misty, and Scott all advocated for me and did everything they could to expedite the process. They really did make all the difference and were very persistent, even when the insurance company was negligent and failed to send the payment for the repairs multiple times over the course of 3 months. The situation was terrible, but the people of Nyle Maxwell were top tier! I really appreciate them. When I finally was able to pick up my car after over 4 months, I was so impressed by the work they did on my car! The damage done on one side of the car is untraceable! Nyle Maxwell is my go-to body shop going forward!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Nyle Maxwell Collision Center. They are GREAT/EXCELLENT people to work with. Very knowledgeable and up to date on pricing. Most importantly, they go way out of there way to help and support the customer. In other words they back you up when the insurance does not. They helped my family even though they DID NOT receive any monies from us nor the insurance company. If needed they will be the first to call.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Unfortunately, this was a pretty awful experience. One of my friends who is new to the US had his vehicle hit while parked. Sadly I m in Wisconsin and don t have any local recommendation for him in Austin. With that said, I m always a fan of working with OEM parts. I called them informing them of my friends situation and as they offer free estimates I thought this would be a good choice. What they don t tell you is the Free estimate is actually a high-jacking of your vehicle and charge you a lot if you don t do the work there. Which honestly would have been ok if the charges were known. They asked to investigate further, which he said ok, never being told about any potential costs.While it was found his used car had previous damage that was not fixed correctly, that wasn t his fault and they could have easily said, we found previous damage and paused right there. Instead they tear the whole thing to pieces, state they won t do the job. Then even worse they then ask for a lot of money to put it together. It ended with just say pay us, and come tow your disassembled car because we can t put it back.Talk about trying to take advantage of people. I would give 0 stars if possible. I feel terrible for making a recommendation to a friend and regret not going with the other shop in the area.Nyle Team, please explain to me how billing someone for a free estimate is ok?Service: Body & Trim

Scott Jones, director and Dan Bauer, tech took care of me big time this morning. I drove to the Nyle Maxwell Collision Center to see if anyone there could help me out. I had a little mishap over the weekend and knocked the rear passenger fender cowling loose on my Jeep Gladiator. I was heading to Dallas for the week and was concerned it could fall off on the interstate! They jumped on it right away and 20 minutes later I'm rolling out of there. Unbelievable!! On top of that they did not charge me a cent. You very rarely see that kind of service any more. These guys knocked it out of the park!! Excellent service staff friendly and very helpful, just dropped my vehicle for repairs... Follow up, my vehicle was severely damaged in a tornado that struck Austin Texas, unfortunately my insurance company totaled my car so no repairs were done, the team at the collision center were extremely helpful during this time dealing with the insurance and am happy to report I have purchased a new vehicle though Nyle Maxwell Jeep. This dealership is expert in helping customers and making car buying/leasing/repairs as painless as possible. I highly recommend visiting them for your auto needs...

Nyle Maxwell Collison, especially the Collision Center Director, Scott Jones, were amazing.� Although my car did not get repaired, as it was totaled, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole claim process.��� He helped me navigate with the insurance companies involved.� He made me feel at ease and not anxious as he was in my corner helping me along.� I will refer any friends and family to this Body Shop.
