We've been loyal customers at this NTB for years, all thanks to April. Her positivity is infectious, and it's a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who treats us like friends in need, rather than just another number or a dollar sign.Last month, my husband's car encountered numerous issues, and April and Nathan were absolute gems - helpful, knowledgeable, and, above all, genuinely friendly. They were transparent and upfront when assessing the problems, and they went above and beyond to help us save money. Nathan even went the extra mile to ensure we could afford the repairs, sparing us from having to replace the car altogether.We'll definitely keep returning for any future car troubles as long as April and Nathan are there! Thank you both for being honest, caring individuals.

This is the first time I've provided a review through Google, and it's way past time that I acknowledged how excellent this NTB is! I've been getting my car serviced here for four years now and have had only positive experiences. April and her team at NTB are super-friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent, and they do great work. I bring my car here for everything: oil changes, state inspections, tires, batteries, brake pads, etc. It's a fantastic shop. Highly recommended!

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile. I knew I had a separated tire and I couldn t spend Christmas with my family if I didn t get a new one. The guy at the front was so kind and helpful. He went out with me, checked it out, found me affordable prices and they fixed me right up.The wait was pleasant and every employee came from the back with a smile.I was so nervous I wouldn t get help before the holiday and they did just that! My experience there was great. Thank y all so much.

I''ve used 3 NTB locations in the Austin area. They are all good. This is the best. The work is excellent at all three. It's how they make you feel while you're waiting in April's shop (this one) that makes it stellar. 1) They make us feel valued as customers. 2) They treat us like we're part of the community. I get that same vibe from the other customers who are waiting. 3) This is brilliant: they size up my mechanical aptitude and explain stuff in a way I can understand.

Great service! Needed a tire patch and they took care of it ASAP even though they were slammed. Super friendly and proactive. I forgot to get the guys name, front desk around 2pm 01/06, took care of my issue personally.Y'all have definitely earned my business.

Always love coming here. The whole team here has always been courteous and friendly.Came in right at the opening with an appointment and Nathan was amazing considering there was only 2 staff right at opening. There was a small altercation between two other customers and he handled it wonderfully. Nathan is wonderful and clearly explained what my ETA would look like when I asked considering the other 2 customers ahead of me. I was in no rush since I live close by but it is nice that they finished in a timely manner to the ETA he gave me.Edited: Came in for an oil change originally. Turns out the team also aired my tires for me which I was going to do once the oil change was done. Very thoughtful! A+

Their website states if you are in a hurry or short on time schedule an appointment. Don't bother it does not matter if you have an appointment.Today, had an appointment. We arrived one hour early. At that we were told it would take around an hour and a half. After two hours we returned on to find the car sitting in the same place.Its now one hour and fifteen min after the scheduled appointment and they are finally pulling the car info the bay area. What is the reason to make an appointment? Clearly does not matter if you are short on time. Don't trust the false advertising NTB is spinning!

I secure a construction site near by and our company vehicle needs new tires almost every week because of the nails on site. I m sure NTB is tired of seeing me so often but they never make it a problem when I call in for new tires. They are so nice and welcoming and they always get the job done fast. Even on busy days they always fit me in their schedule. It s nice to know they remember my name and treat me like a close friend. Everyone in the front and back has great customer service!

I went in because my caliper was stuck pushing in on my brake pad against the rotor. I smelled burning brakes and pulled over. It was about 5 PM so a lot of the auto shops near me were closed or closing really soon. I called NTB and they assured me they could look and it and let me know what s going on.I brought it in and April greeted me kindly. They took my jeep back and after a little bit showed my that my caliper was stuck and they ll need to order me a new one. It was about 5:15 at this point.I live in Waco so I needed my car to be fixed and safe for my drive home. The staff here were committed to getting me fixed to so I could make it home with my family. They had to get the parts company to Uber the part over because their drivers were off work.After the part arrived they fixed it. It was a reasonable cost too. I felt bad they stayed longer than they were open but they didn t make it a big deal and were just happy to help.I was pleasantly surprised and had a really good experience. Thank you!!

My go to for all car things. Everyone there is so eager to assist and they have always taken such good care of me! Recently took my Mercedes in for an oil change and they went out of their way to order me a filter that didn t cost an absurd price. Couldn t recommend this place more!

We've used this location for years, and they always provide excellent customer service. Today we had a flat tire. April - always super friendly - assessed the problem (not repairable) and offered us a range of replacement options. I like that she makes recommendations but never pressures or upsells.Nathan kept me apprised as to progress, answered a couple questions about the car, and even advised me of an important safety issue in case we ever deal with a flat in the future.I elected to wait for the car and it took a bit longer than planned since we didn't have an appointment. But once it was our turn and Jack started working on it, the replacement was quickly made. Plus, he explained the unknown tool we'd found with the spare tire (tow hook). Jack is obviously very knowledgeable about cars from bumper to bumper! Moreover, when I got home and went to straighten the trunk, I found he'd repackaged the spare and its tools neatly in the cavity such it looked like it just left the factory.Another good experience at NTB!

I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out to Nathan and Morgan at National Tire and Battery.I had a flat tire that couldn t be repaired, in rush hour traffic - very near this shop at 5:33 PM.Nathan very patiently helped me review my options and found me a great deal on a new set of tires.Nathan and Morgan both stayed late so I wouldn t have to leave my car and take a cab home and back to the shop - As I was about 30 miles from my house.This is exactly the kind of service someone needs when they re in an emergency situation.You can bet I ll be returning here when I need more tires. Great job guys - you both deserve a raise!Thank you for treating me like a person And being so kind, especially at the end of the day, when I know you were Ready to go home!

Like most places, just have an open mind and patience with people, and you will have a pretty good experience. They are doing their best, and I find that it is very appreciated. They fixed my tire in a very timely manner, within 30 minutes. Everyone there was very kind.

Scheduled my yearly inspection here and was in and out within 20 minutes! Appointment time was respected, Nathanial was professional, patient, and a delight to chat with. I m very happy with NTB s service!

Great alignment + tire balancing service and fixed the specific issue I reported.My car is lowered on aftermarket coilovers. After encountering a pretty bad pothole, one tire was hitting the fender on some bumps. They resolved this issue plus the car's overall handling feels much more responsive.They also surprisingly managed to identify that the previous alignment was performed by an acquaintance that participates in drifting events around Texas. This implies that the employees are more knowledgeable about alignments than simply copying specifications from the computer and calling it a day. Cool stuff!

Amy (i believe that was her name, blonde at check in, SUPER friendly and had me laughing from the moment i walked in until i left) and Nathaniel were super helpful with letting me know everything that was happening every step of the way! Will definitely be back for car & inspection needs :)

Made an appointment online to replace two of my tires. The service was great! The team noticed a bolt in one of my other tires and got that fixed up for us. They also noted a belt tension that is going out after another mechanic missed it. Highly recommend!

Nathan and the rest of the team were so kind and attentive. They made sure to get me exactly what I needed and kept me informed about everything that was happening. I also saw Nathan show extreme care and patience with every customer who called the store. He explained clearly and simply what they needed and made sure to physically check the inventory before letting them making their appointment. He really made an experience that could be anxiety inducing simple and easy. I am extremely grateful and will definitely come back with any of my tire or battery needs.

I've been a customer for a few years at this location. Just wanted to say that Nathan was very helpful, kind, and courteous in taking care of my tire issue yesterday. I was in a bind and was worried that I would be without my car for a day, but he got it ready to go at end of day. His attentiveness and genuine concern for customers are why I choose to come to NTB at I-35 over other auto shops in Austin. Thank you Nathan!

Great customer service. April & Nathan are for real SUPER HEROES. Came in for a late oil change right at 5:30pm BEFORE thanksgiving. They had what I needed, and helped get me right. Now I can see my family for Thanksgiving. Appreciate you guys so much!!!! Promote these people!!!

Scheduled an appointment and dropped off my vehicle. Everything was done perfectly and timely. Some recommendations for things to look for were suggested but not needed which provides a sense of caring and knowledge to the customers. April and her team were so kind and provided me feedback on my vehicles status that felt was honest and trust worthy that I they have earned a lifetime customer. I will continue to drive the 37 miles to visit this location for the services provided.

Open on Sundays no appointment required. Saved my tail when I got a chunk of metal in my tire on a Sunday. Great manager April.
