Very satisfied and 100% recommended. Kasen and Tony very helpful and professional. Service provided was well explained on detail and quick. Very convenient location. Kasen was very helpful to go and pick up a tire from another location in order to be able to have my car ready. Excellent!!!

Any other place is better than this one!!!They lost my wheel's secret key (costing me $30 and approximately 10 days of waiting). While I wait for my locker, I have to inflate the tire every 30 minutes!I paid them $30, and on two separate occasions, they couldn't even patch a simple tire puncture. Their response was, 'You need to buy a new tire' , I can't believe it! I wasn't born yesterday; they're trying to make a fool out of me.What's worse, I never even saw them perform wheel balancing , yet they confidently charge for it!Result: A loss of $60, 10 days of driving on a flat tire, and my time!This business simply shouldn't exist!

Fantastic experience. First time here. Got me right in to take a look at a tire with a slow leak. They found a nail and patched it up quickly. Friendly staff.

Discovered a tack in my tire late on Sunday. I drove in. They immediately took my car in and identified that I needed new tires (Toyota had been telling me that for 6 months so I believed them. They were able to provide me two choices of what they had in stock. They also provided a warranty for an extra fee and of course an alignment. Total charge was $485. They had me back on the road in about an hour.

They took care of our flat and got us back on the road quickly. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and proactively updated us on status. Clean waiting room and ample parking. The lack of upsell pressure was greatly appreciated and I'll be glad to return when it's time for more than a repair.

Tony and Casey have done good for my services. Came in with a flat that couldn t be patched and gave me options. Tony offered to sell one tire for the now but I would rather replace all 4 anyways. While I was at it, got my oil changed and the last mechanic from a different shop tightened the oil filter too tight but Casey didn t give up and got it off and on my way. Thanks a lot guys. New wheels look good on my 2004 truck.

I so appreciate the service and kindness I received at this location today. The employees solved my problem in the most efficient and effective way possible. They displayed such kindness to me on this rainy night. I hardily recommend them for all your tire needs.

Upon arrival at NTB (Mavis) at 183/Anderson Mill Rd, three employees were just sitting around, I believe one was the manager (guy with a large frame, middle age, with short hair). I advised that I had an appointment for an alignment but would like to get it checked first. I waited, and then someone brought the results into the office. Two other customers walked in and were serviced, phone was ringing, and without being placed on hold to go over my results with me. I asked the larger frame guy what's the status of my vehicle and an associate handed him my results that had been sitting there for several minutes while other customers were being helped who came in after my arrival. I was going to go ahead and get the alignment corrected but there were no apologies extended for the wait and for being overlooked, so I declined the alignment. I was then charged when all around the store said, "Free Alignment Check." The larger gentleman said that the signage was old but insisted on charging me. This was a horrible experience and I never plan on being with NTB, or Mavis ever again, none of the workers at 183/Anderson Mill are professional.

Went there to repair a tire, I told them that on the tire was a visible nail on the surface and I asked them "how long do I have to wait?" the young man told me 45 min to an hour. I said ok I'll wait. Only 2 cars before me, 2 guys working on those cars, one of them was so slow that was painful to watch. Anyway after 1 hour and 35 minutes the guy at reception told me that that tire was not repairable. So I wait one hour and 35 minute for nothing. Very young guys with no experience whatsoever, obviously no proper training and as a manager my self watching all that was really painful. So I went to tires to you at North Lamar and guess what... they check immediately my tire and they said: the tire IS repairable no problem.. super professional staff and very fast operators. This is the answer to the manager that was asking me why I gave 2 stars, 2 stars because the guy at reception was kind. Of course, never again there. Take this observation constructively and fix the problem Sir.

These guys always take care of me. Everytime I walk in it s like we family and they are very clear and thorough about what s going on with your vehicle and how to fix the problem if there is one. They get the job done, everytime. They have a loyal customer in me

When I had a flat tire a few days ago, Thursday, and after my spare donut was put on, I searched for a tire place that was still open and the only one I found open later than 6p was NTB which was open until 8:30p on Thursdays. They were the biggest life savor. And I was impressed with the facility and the young man at the front desk was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even said they could repair my old tire instead of having to buy a new one. They only charge $25 to repair tires which is much cheaper of course than buying a new tire. Especially since my flat tire was purchased new only a few weeks earlier! Their service was fast, they had a nice waiting room, and multiple service lanes (about 4 to 5). My tire has been great since the repair and I have covered many miles since Thursday (over 200). I would recommend NTB to anyone. Thank you again NTB and have a Merry Christmas!

These guys are awesome. I've bought tires here and had plugs in my tires done here. I had a really hard leak to find. And they spent all day trying to find it. I would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately SO went here while out of town two new front tires not sure what happened but a few weeks later noticed that a lug nut was missing- either they did not tighten or just forgot..that is totally unacceptable discount tire is much betterUpdate: just checked the tire pressure on my new tires .. one tire was 10psi over inflated nicePlus I ended up calling their service line as requested.. quick response but no compensation given

Had a rough start an another location this morning but called and spoke to Tony and Kasen from this location and turned my day around. Great service not too long of a wait time and was great on price! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Kasen (mgr), Tony (mgr) & Jason are wonderful assets to NTB! I had a great experience at this location today with my vehicle. They are very passionate about their work and happy to help the customers with their issues. They were very knowledgeable, as well as ready and willing to help get the job done, as timely as possible. I will definitely be back, although hopefully not sooner than later. ;)

I get 2 brand new tires with warranty - $600. Fine.2 weeks later, screw punctures the back right tire and they tell me that I have to pay $60 for the insurance AND LABOR. Are you kidding me? It takes 2 seconds to replace the tire. And the manager has the balls to tell me I didn t put the nail in your tire .Knew I made a mistake from switching from Discount Tire. Never again.

Terrible. Went on a Sunday stood there an hour young kid couldn't find the slow leak that we obviously knew was there that's why we're at the tire shop. Came back on Monday they found the week on the upper side super slow said they couldn't plug it in due to politics. Bunch of idiots over there, sadly I would not return.Discount tire got it done.Wasted now two hours at NTB

Came in on Tuesday to get a battery replaced, sat there an hour, only to be told they don t know what s wrong and they can t replace it, and I have to be towed because the car is dead. I really appreciate y all making me call a tow truck just for him to come jump my car, and tell me everything y all told me isn t true, as I then drove off the lot.

Come in for 4 tires and and oil change. Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. Got service 30 mins prior to appointment time. Very straightforward with condition of brakes and battery. Kasen was super helpful. Will definitely come here again.

Fast service on my flat tire and stuck lug nuts. Unfortunately, the tire couldn't be saved, but a new tire was located quickly and I am very happy with the results.
