This was the first time I have been to Northwest Imports. I chose them for, what I believed to be, on electrical issue with my car because of their reviews. They did not disappoint! I used the online appointment system Which is thorough and convenient. I received a personal text reply from Bob the service manager. I am super impressed with their communication and professionalism. They were able to diagnose & fix the issue the same day.

I would highly recommend Northwest imports for your vehicle repairs, Bob the service Manager was extremely helpful and very informative of our vehicles diagnostic with detailed pictures. All work done on our Audi Q5 was completed in the time specified. Northwest imports made sure our Audi Q5 was ready for the road before we left the shop. I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you Northwest imports for amazing work definitely will be using Northwest imports for all our vehicle needs.

I can tell you about many times David and Northwest Imports have impressed with their service since I started servicing my Porsche there in 1992. Since then I am on my 2nd one. Their mindset is like good family towards all customers and they stand by their workmanship. Today I only had a key programmed but everything was already set up BY Andrew and I spent the time talking to the owners David and Jeanette while the work was being done. Over the years I have recommended countless individuals to them and everyone who went was throughly satisfied and went back. Exceptional service is what I always receive when I take my car (Audi A6) here for repairs.. The staff is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their expertise makes the entire process smooth and I feel reassured about the quality of the work performed on my car. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! There's a reason their reviews are consistently stellar. They are very friendly and tell you exactly what is and isn't necessary to repair. I didn't think I could trust services on my MB other than the dealership but boy was I wrong. I will definitely be bringing our cars here to get serviced. I've taken the various BMWs I have owned to NW Imports for over a decade. They have always been up front and honest with the repairs (what should be fixed vs. what can wait) and the prices have been very fair. I will always recommend Northwest Imports to friends and family.

I have had quite a few significant issues with my Honda Civic over the past year (I thought these were supposed to be reliable..) and took my car to Northwest Imports each time. Compared to other auto shops, Northwest Imports stands above all other shops I have used. They communicate status of the vehicle throughout the day and, imo, have fair prices. The quality of work done has always been satisfactory. I have not had to take my car back after service since the job was done correctly the first time. I do highly recommend Northwest Imports for your service needs.Service: Auto A/C replacement

I like taking my car to Northwest Imports. David, Andrew, and Bob are a pleasure to deal with. They always give detailed explanations about the problems, I never feel pressured to complete any work that isn t absolutely necessary, and I find their prices to be reasonable. This place was recommend to me so I decided to give it a shot since I ve had some bad luck with places other than the dealership.Definitely some of the best prices in town. Had my Porsche serviced here and they were way cheaper than other indie shops.Andrew and the team were also extremely professional and communicative. I ll definitely be back for future services!

This was my first time using Northwest Imports to service my car. I read all the really great reviews prior to making the appointment but, like most, I was skeptical of the level of service I was going to receive from a auto shop. That said, I am happy to report the reviews are true; Bob and his team are amazing!The pricing is fair but more than anything it's the level of service and care which separates them from any other shop I've been to. They gave me best/worst case scenario on when my car would be ready for pickup, they delivered on best case. Lastly, their level of communication is rarely seen in any business these days. I will 100% be using Northwest Imports from now on.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Impeccable, warrantied service. Fair prices. Friendly advisors. Northwest Imports kept my 2007 Audi A4 running for 8 years, over 100K mi. Now they are doing the same for my 2017 A6. Thanks Bob, Andrew and team!

Poor communication and false advertising! What kind of company brags about import car expertise and so many years in the business but refuses to work on a simple old (2002) Isuzu? Laughable and probably overpriced as well. I'd keep looking if I were you. Didn't even point me in the right direction.

First timer and very impressed. The technician seemed thorough in the inspection. I really appreciated the detailed report, and the photos were a nice bonus. The technician s notes were easy to understand and helpful. The front desk dudes were super nice, personable, and funny too. The technology they use and the way they communicate is very well rounded, easy to understand and simple to navigate. The after hours drop-off was easy. The checkout process when picking up my vehicle was fast no BS. I ll definitely be back for my Volvo needs. Thanks for the great service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I just bought a Porsche 911 (997.2) and thought I had a clogged AC condensation line. This shop got me in within a couple days and they were very honest, after checking things out they said there are no issues and it may have just been the high humidity. They also inspected the car to look for any other signs of potential problems or deferred maintenance and found the car to be extremely well maintained with no issues. Highly recommend Northwest Imports!

I would always take my BMWs to the dealer for service figure out it was bloody expensive. They would always try to find ways for you to get more stuff fixed. Northwest imports does what is necessary to get your car going. Great place get your BMWs or any foreign car fixed. I am so thankful I found Northwest Imports! When I went to drive my car Wednesday morning, my engine light was blinking and my car was making a loud noise. After calling around with no availability for 2+ weeks, Northwest Imports was able to get me in the same day. They understood this issue was a concern and that I couldn t wait the full 2 weeks to get it serviced.Within a few hours, I had a full car inspection report and a solution to my engine light. They were able to order the parts and have them replaced within a day. Picked up my car this evening and it s running great again.Thank you Bob for your helpful analysis, being honest and getting me back in my car quickly! I ll be coming back for future car services.

I had such a great experience with Northwest Imports.The price was incredibly reasonable and the work was very well done and they were even able to loan me a car due to some of the timing with our recent ice storm.I plan on going back to them for additional work and this is now going to be the only place that I go to for car work.. I never liked going to the dealer but I had no idea that we had such a great group of people right here in my neighborhood.The vibe is great too!I highly recommend Northwest Imports!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

If it were possible to give more stars, then I would absolutely do so. This was my first experience at Northwest Imports, and it was fantastic. I recently purchased a slightly used car, and after taking it to a dealership for initial inspection and oil change, which was exorbitantly expensive, I was told by the dealership I would need to do a recommended service. Their cost for that service was nearly $3,000 but after giving Northwest Imports an opportunity to repeat the inspection, I was told that would not be required as there were only 8,000 miles on the car and all the systems looked good. They also let me know that their cost for the service when it became necessary would be significantly less. Their inspection was complementary, the service was fantastic, and they were highly professional. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to both Bob and Andrew for the great service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Northwest Imports for my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300 maintenance for the past year. They explain the maintenance required on the car in detail, never try to upsell any services/repairs and are very reasonable in their pricing compared to dealerships. I needed new brakes for my M-B AMG. The price at the dealership was quite costly. I shopped around and found the guys at Northwest Imports. Bob was extremely professional and even accommodated some unforseen changes in my schedule. They performed the work I needed at a competitive price and quick turnaround. My Audi A4 generator signal came on; I immediately took my car for service.Initially, Bob told me they were all booked for service since it's close to Good Friday/Easter holiday. After explaining to Bob about my car's condition, he scheduled to see my car right away. In my many years with North West Imports, they have always been prompt and excellent in providing services. I found Northwest Imports through a Google Search and was very impressed with their service. I called in for an appointment for an oil change on a 2019 Audi A4. I had some questions about pricing and while they didn't have the pricing immediately as they needed to look it up; they promised to call me back with the info as soon as possible. I got a callback within a couple of hours and I was able to schedule an appointment. When I showed up with the car, everything was smooth and quick. I was in and out within an hour. The service was excellent and pricing very reasonable. I would surely use them again.Service: Oil change

I used Northwest Import several years ago and can speak well of the quality service they provide. This recent service covered a long list so I was also impressed and very appreciative of the amount of time spent discussing and prioritizing the work, then recieving a detailed written estimate.Further as they inspected the engine and various other components, they took the time to reassess the list of priorities with me and then proceeded accordingly. Extensive work was then completed in a very efficient and professional manner.
