I've had multiple vehicles repaired at Network Auto Body over the last 10 years. I've had them do self-pay custom work as well as insurance claims. They've always worked with the insurance companies to get me the best outcome, even when one vehicle was totaled out. I've always been treated fairly and they've always done an outstanding job.

These guys are great!! I ran over something that fell off a truck in front of me and it tore/dislodged the plastic under my car. I called several places, and they all said it would be weeks or months before they could see me because of the backlog from the hail damage, even though I told them it would be a quick fix to reattach to plastic so it wouldn't drag. But when I called Network, they made time to see me that same day. They were fast, professional, and courteous, and were able to quickly address the issue. Highly recommend!!

Danny and the team at Network Auto Body went above and beyond with taking care of my 2010 Tacoma. There was some stubborn PPF that they were able to remove and ended up restoring my truck back into like new condition. Highly recommend!

Take your car to Network very professional and works fast!!! Took my car in on July 11th and was called to pick up on July 15th. Dropped my car off filthy because I couldn t wash it due to the trunk being cracked open and it s squeaky clean!!! I want to take the time to talk about the wonderful experience I had with the guys at Network. Dan was always helpful, informative, and communicative on the process of my car repairs. And even after, when some further damage was discovered, they were quick to have me back at the shop and look at the problem right away. I think it says a lot when the city uses their shop to service all city vehicles! I recommend them to anyone looking for body work! My car looks like new!Service: Body & Trim

I came in earlier today for an issue with my front bumper. In a matter of 20 minutes they fixed it with quality and care. The customer was also really good here with everyone being really kind. Within my first month of living in Austin I ran over a metal ladder on 35 - it shredded my engine splash shield leaving some of it dragging and not drivable. I called Network to see if they could simply remove it until I was able to get a replacement and they said to bring it on over and they would take care of it for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend to other customers and would take my car back if I ever have any other issues.

Great place! And super friendly staff. Had some trouble removing some rusted screws to install my TX plate and my front bumper had no screw holes for the front plate. They fixed it all right away and didn't charge me a penny!

5 stars for Dani and his crew! I brought my car in, and from beginning to end, the service was exceptional. Responsive communication throughout. Better yet, they really did a great job in fixing my car. I am very particular about my car, and it came out looking factory new. Thanks, Network!

Great place!I have brought my vehicle here multiple times simply because they have what I look for in any body shop.Great Quality and the work gets done at a reasonable time !Customer service keeps me coming back as-well, I always feel welcomed regardless of coming back often. (I have the worst luck)

I've taken a couple parts here for paint. The service is mediocre. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. It all depends on what mood they are in. When they are in a bad mood they can be jerks. The quality of the work is ok, but not spectacular. This last time they did a horrible job though. I'm going to find a new place for my parts. Just be careful with these guys.

I do not recommend this body shop . My son vehicle is almost one year in their shop until now it still in ther shop. The actually release the vehicle last year with the vehicle on auto pilot and the tire was not changed the did not fix the car properly. The already got the paid for. The manager is horrible.
