I was in a fender bender and I came to Nas because of their great reviews here on Google. My experience measured up to their good reputation. They were friendly and accommodating, explaining what they recommended while also working within my budget. I appreciated their no-nonsense straightforward approach, I never felt like I was being upsold on things. They completed some minor repairs with a super fast turnaround! I was impressed, and thankful for their support.

It s in a rough part of town but these people were a pleasure to work with. They repaired my vehicle better than it originally was. My trailer hitch was hit in the accident and they even replaced that for me. I would definitely go here again.

My experience with Nas was nothing but positive- great auto body work at a reasonable price. My car was totaled by a hail storm and after a mountain of insurance headaches, Nas Auto Collision was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nas worked with my budget, made the repairs on a very reasonable timeline, and my car looks fantastic, like new! The office is also responsive and thorough. I'm so excited about the work he did. I enthusiastically recommend going to Nas for your auto body needs!

Good people to work with, they do great work over all great company to work with. I ve bought a motorcycle from them and they repaired my car after an accident and I didn t have insurance they were more than willing to work with me.

My roommate and I got scammed a few years ago on getting a few dints fixed. They actually spray painted the car & no other body shop would touch it because of how bad the body work and paint job were. Nas took it on and did an INCREDIBLE job. There's a difference in people who work to work because they need money and there's people who work because they're good at a trade and enjoy it. Nas is that guy. I have an infinitti and he did an incredible job paint matching such a hard color and fixing all the dents on top of throwing in a lot of other free fixes. You will not be upset with this service.

Just had my vehicle worked on by this body shop after pretty bad hail damage. They were the fastest turnaround time I found in the area and the job is good quality. The office managers are helpful and friendly. Thank you to this team.

Great place to get reasonably priced daily driver in a pinch! Cyrus and Michael are as down to earth as they come, including the mechanics. They helped me out when I needed a working car fast, definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a used vehicle!

I have a very good mechanic who used to work at Land Rover of Austin but lately it has been very challenging to schedule with him. I had to get some body work on my Range Rover Sport and talking to a friend learnt about NAS. NAS were very upfront with me regarding when they could service my car as they were dealing with hail damage work at the time but still took my car in within a week. The quote was very reasonable and the job was also excellent and completed on time as promised. I found them honest and easy to work with. NAS is now my first choice for car repairs and servicing.

After a driver's lesson incident, my bumper was damaged and needed to be replaced. I contacted Nas who provided quotes that weren't just the most expensive, but reasonably worked with my finances. John ordered the bumper right away and had it in next day. I brought my car by in the morning and had it back in my hands within a few hours even amidst their back up with hail damaged cars. Heartfelt thank you to John and team for taking care of me. I've referred to friends and family and will be going back for any more of my autobody needs.

Fantastic business owned by a standup, professional guy. Walked in with a company vehicle with intense front end damage. He was super honest and upfront with everything and was half the cost of MAACO.Great communication, got the job done in 3 days, and was all in all a great, honest experience from start to finish. I can t speak enough good about this place. I will always use this business for future vehicle issues

Had both my headlights and bumper replaced for Chevy Cobalt 06 due to a car crash. I was surprised to have been given such a great deal, and quick turnaround. You kinda have to get used to the odd customer service here but overall they got the job done with no gimmicks. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service at a great price. Another customer recommended them while we stopped by to get a quote, so you know they work well if customers keep coming back. Owner was direct about the repairs needed, which we appreciated. The job was completed quickly and was well done. Will definitely return and recommend to friends!Backstory: Our back bumper hit a construction drum that rolled unto the highway and knocked off half the bumper. It was warped and badly damaged so it needed to be fully replaced. Attached are before and after pics.

Had a phenomenal experience at Nas! David was so great to work with - he really took the time to explain the repairs my car needed and I appreciated the detail (also he was hilarious). The turnaround was the best part - took my car in at 8:30 this morning and got it back by 6pm. If my experience here was any better, I couldn t stand it!

I ve taken our vehicle to NAS twice. Both times they have been extremely helpful. They were quick and did great work on our car. Car looked good as new. Most importantly is they are trustworthy. Very personable, not pushy, in and out in less than 2 hours; probably could have done it in 1 but we enjoyed talking with him so much! Best car buying experience ever. Nas Auto is the best body shop ever! They did an amazing job on the front bumper of my vehicle and got it done a timely manner. My car looks brand new seriously. Nas Auto Collision is THE place to bring your vehicle to for any repairs needed! I was in a motor vehicle accident and David and his team were able to take my car in right away. I had called other shops and they all had a long 1-2 month wait. They are also very detailed and put forth much effort into making sure my car was equipped with the best parts for optimal function and safety. In addition, David stayed in communication with me the whole time so that I knew where they were in the process the entire time. Overall, fantastic team to work with! I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future if need be :-)

Nothing but praise for this business. I was able to walk in Thursday morning, get a very honest estimate within the hour, and received my car back Friday evening. David was very helpful in the process, explained the damages and costs crystal clear. No complaints from me 5/5 service provided.

Nas Auto is a great choice for anything auto repair. It is clear that Nasar has the expertise and experience. He made some important fixes to our recently purchased used car, and was timely and transparent the whole way through. At the front desk, David was a pleasure, lending us lots of his time and going the extra mile to communicate with us and help us through the process. The whole experience was incredibly pleasant and we are happy to have found a trust worthy place for auto repair at great prices. Surely this will be our go-to place!
