I am so delighted that this shop has opened near Great Hills. I had suspicions of a dying battery and Kyle was very helpful on the phone. Later that day he was even more amazing because, indeed, the battery was dying and he replaced it! It was not an easy job in my car and he was patient, good humored, and really saved a headache for the kids and I over the weekend. Thank you so much Kyle!

Erick and LaLita were AMAZING! Erick was able to install my battery while LaLita was able to locate the battery I needed in the store. Very great customer service, will definitely go back again. :-)

New manager . Let Steve and Carlos help you with everything mechanical. They really helped me when I lost a spring in the valve area of my Cayenne Diesel when I was replacing the fuel injector copper seal leak causing "diesel black death" They has detailed images of the engine valve area on their computer and provided a telescoping magnet to "fish" the spring out the injector port. I thought I would need to remove the whole valve cover. Also they have got $1,000,000 in stock and carry great Milwaukee tools and can order them also . I picked up the low profile battery wrench they ordered for me at a better price than the "big box" store price. They are new shop and still setting up their oil recycling facility.

08/21/2023 I bought a device to unlock car doors for $107. My brother did not appreciate the purchase, saying that he would be able to buy it twice cheaper, so I went to return this product in a couple of days. But the seller Lolita and their manager refused me, saying that the product was used. Although that s not true. I will never buy anything else in this chain of stores, because it is very expensive, and customers are not appreciated at all.

Very good service , they helped me with the warranty on brake rotors I purchased. Helped in trashing the old ones.

I had a wheel bearing start going out on my truck in a busy day of driving with my 2yo along for the ride. They had my bearing in stock for a lower price than the other chain stores around. Online order was ready faster than the promised 30 minutes, and the guy there was nice enough to carry it out for me since I had my hands full of toddler. I was able to change it out myself and get back on the road safely in under 30 minutes. Big thanks to this location!

Always friendly service. Great place to go inorder to get what is needed for our vehicles. If they don't have it, they are always ready to order it for me and to have it quickly. My absolute go to parts store.

Our car broke down in front of the next door restaurant, and figured it was probably a battery issue. As we were calling aaa for roadside assistance, we saw this auto part store so we went in for help. A young guy helped us with battery testing, installation, and alternator test, all for free. The weather was nearly 100F that day
