They use the old bait and switch method to lure you into their store. In order to get you to buy their overpriced items that are not what you were looking for in the first place.

Do not buy a battery from here. I purchased one and have brought it back twice. This older man was talking to a customer just poor communication. I I translated for him,helped him out. Very un appreciated. The battery I bought was reading charged but was a dud. I just wanted a replacement or a refund. Those employee put me on trial. Avoid going through this.

My car broke down and the parts I needed were available at NAPA the same day!I was glad, we came to the store to pick up the parts ASAP but were told that the parts were coming in from another store. The gentleman helping us called the other store to ask if we could instead go there to which the other store said yes.We are very grateful for the help and accommodations and patience.

My daughter drove there to wait for her brother to get parts for her car and an employee made her leave the parking lot if she was not buying anything. I get no loitering but she was waiting for someone to help her buy the parts. Thank good for auto zone cause this Napa is a joke.

My husband go to place for new parts they go out other way to help laid back but on point workers. Even tolerated my melt down crying because of me having a bad day. Appreciate the the kindness and mind your own attitude.

This store is a lot bigger than the previous location - lots more room for parts, but sometimes it takes awhile for them to find what they're looking for in the back

Was stranded in Nov 2020 in LbL in Kentucky. Friend from Nashville, TN snagged an alternator for us to swap out on the trail outside of the park. Come to today alternator screeching like crazy and going to go anyway. Napa we bought it from was permanently closed. They allowed the warranty swap out without really any true way for me to verify outside of venmo reimbursements, etc. they didn t have to, they were skeptical as they should be, but they honored the warranty. I have a 99 jeep with a constant need for parts. This is where I will go everytime. Thanks fellas.

NAPA is typically a good auto parts store offering better quality parts and better warranties than their competitors. This particular store has a very friendly staff and was very helpful when looking for the part I needed. I returned to buy some tools, on a different day, and other staff members were also very helpful. I defiantly recommend this NAPA store.

Quality parts at competitive prices. They have tools to lend for those quick parking-lot fixes that can come up unexpectedly.Chris was very helpful in my little emergency, and a font of excellent advice. Look him up when you're there, you'll be glad you did!

Trey was awesome! He helped me with my battery after a super stressful day. He checked it, gave me an honest assessment, and then replaced it all within 10-15 minutes. Great customer service!!!

Christian was very helpful and knowledgable. I came here to get my battery checked to self diagnose my vehicle. Christian helped me narrow it down to a few things that I had no idea about and I'm pretty sure they are it. He is very passionate and knowledgeable with vehicles and explained in detail what things did and how they did it. I wish all auto parts store had a guy like Christian in them!

I tend to shop at this NAPA location more than the others. Nothing specifically stands out at this location versus the others, but that's a good thing. I've never had a problem with NAPA. They always tend to have the more rare parts I need for my 2000 WS6 in stock. Auto Zone and Advance Auto never do. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. No complaints from me.

Terrible customer service. Just called in to check on a part, guy named Trey answered and was trying to argue with me for no reason. I asked if they had it available and if he could check he without hesitation said "No, we don't have that at all." It was a rear isolator for a mustang I didn't even give him the year or any other info. Continued to argue with me about semantics and how he answered the question. Just a bad attitude. You're here to help and check and offer to at least order the part. One of my best friends is a regional manager for Napa and after this I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.

Needed a new serpentine belt that was a 1/2" shorter than OEM for an aftermarket alternator. They helped me find my OEM belt size and had the one I needed in stock.

NEED NEW ATTITUDES in this store. Its Sunday 10 minutes before closing Dont be a smart ass behind the counter. If you dont like your job you should have stayed in school longer..
