My family has been customers of Motormania for years, and they have always provided exceptional service! We consider Roger a family friend at this point, as he has helped my mom and I with so many car questions and issues. Especially after my dad passed away, as women it s so nice to know a mechanic that we trust to not over-service or over-charge. Dealerships always recommend so many expensive services that need to be done, but Roger gives you an honest review of what your car truly needs, often times at a much better price. The team at Motormania is just a group of great, genuine people. 10/10 recommend!

Roger and the Motormania crew are the best German Vehicle mechanics in the business. They saved me a lot of time and frustration. They completed repair on a badly damaged wiring harness in hours. They know the niche and do exactly what they say they re going to do. I expected to be out of a car for a week at least . no, I know you need your car, we ll get it done today this is the workmanship and empathy you don t normally see from a mechanic shop. These guys are the best.. what others do in a week, they get done in hours these guys are the pros for German made cars. Save yourself time, and go here first. Love these guys.

I found this shop on Reddit after getting an extremely expensive quote from the Audi dealership. Roger was very pleasant to work with, and he got me sorted for half the price. I can t remember a time when my car was running this smoothly and quietly - it almost feels electric now. Come to this place. You won t regret it.

As a woman, I am always apprehensive about auto repair. But Roger is a straight shooter and fair with his prices. Always had the best price. His team fixed my Audi A4 several times through the last 2 years and I was always satisfied.

Roger was so kind and honest with my 2012 Golf. I have now had service done here twice and both times Roger was honest and charged a fair rate. They know VWs inside and out. I highly recommend Motormania for your VW!

5+ star experience and service. Roger and Tom are both incredibly friendly, and two of the most knowledgeable guys I ve met when it comes to Volkswagens.I brought in my 66 Beetle and they were very helpful, they treated the car like it was their own. Great communication and transparency, which is hard to find! I highly recommend this shop.

I ve had an incredible experience with this team so far. When I called about my daughter s VW Jetta SportWagen TDI, they took the time to walk me through various options, even though it didn t require bringing the car in. I m very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely bring my vehicle to them for any future service needs. Highly recommend.

This place has been around a long time and you can tell. Roger knows what he's doing and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. If you have Volkswagen needs they will do their best to help you get your vehicle back up and running. Very personable.

I've been using Motormania over three years now to repair my VW GTI. Roger and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They do a great job with reasonable pricing unlike dealerships! I trust their service and I'm happy every time after the service. Roger, Tom and their team are incredible people. They're honest, hardworking, reasonably priced and do what they say they're going to do. Sometimes the best news is no news. I called my trusty mechanic Roger and asked him about a repair that one of the chain garages said that I absolutely needed done. It was the front lower right control bar which would have cost me a small fortune to fix. Roger was hesitant so he asked me to bring it by. As he had suspected my car was fine. No repairs were necessary and we even took a little cruise down 620 to keep me at ease. I ve used him on several occasions and I will continue to preach about how great Roger and his team! Best mechanics around. Great, friendly, honest, hardworking bunch of mechanics. They have worked on our 3 VW's for 10+ years. Always provides you with your options. Roger, the owner, is top notch! Was in Houston and had an issue and referred us to one of his working buddies down there and they were great. Reported back to Roger all pertinent info. Happy to recommend him and his team anytime!

Can not be happier with my experience. My 2012 Jetta went into limp-home mode on my drive home. A local vw dealer told me it'd be a week and a half before they could even diagnose it. I called motormania based on their reviews and I couldn't be happier. Despite me rolling in 5 minutes before they closed Roger still took the time to look at it, drive it around, and figure out the problem so they could order the part and fix it the next day. He was incredibly upfront, helpful, and knowledgeable- all of which calmed a stressful situation. I won't ever have anyone other than motormania touch my car ever again!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I would most definitely give more stars if I could!! My key wouldn t turn all the way into my ignition so I called & talked to Roger, he was soo nice & helpful. I called a tow to get my car in right before they closed & early the next morning they called me with my estimate & fixed my car right away. I will most definitely be back to get other stuff I need done. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!!

First time customer with my 2006 TDI Jetta, amazing service and speed of my repair. I came in with one service plan but Roger went out of his way to eliminate some items that didn t need to be completed upon further inspection. I really respect his ethics and not changing it because I said so but actually inspecting the car to see if it was necessary. In addition, the team completed the work sooner than they originally said it would take. Price was reasonable, I do not feel that I was charged more for the VW technicians expertise. I would not hesitate to go back if my car needs future work.

The guy was not very transparent when describing what he was planning to do to the car. He didn't seem to appreciate any amount of questions or attempts to learn more about what was happening. He did fix the car, though, after telling him not to do a bunch of extra random stuff he wanted to do. it runs great.So, i guess, watch out for upcharging, but they do a good job otherwise?

These guys are a Volkswagen lovers dream. I worked with Roger. He was very professional, informative, and helpful. They worked with what was best for for me during the whole process and even answered my question, about oil (lol), 3 weeks after my car left their garage.I m so glad I found them as they are very knowledgeable and honest, which puts any VW owner at ease. Specialty shop at its finest.

My first experience with this shop and Roger, and they were spot on!!! Very professional and I trusted their recommendations on service for my Audi A4. They are now my go to for car repair.
