Hands down the best experience as a woman getting an oil change. Straight forward. Not trying to upsell you. I will definitely continue to come here! I was so impressed with the service that I even left a tip!

Such a great place!! I ve gone for an oil change and inspection, both times I was in and out in under 30 mins !!! The staff is always so nice and professional as well. Definitely found my new spot.

Wow, my to-go place for State Inspection now. The guys working there are very courteous and professional. I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes. Hard to find such good business now these days. The other places, it is a hit-and-miss if they are even open for Inspection (their inspectors are not in, or they only do Inspection certain time of the days or certain days of the weeks, very frustrating).I have referred a few of my co-workers to this place and they all have good experience with this place as well.

So this is the secret gem when you need an oil change. It's hard to find, but it's there, keep looking. Don't go to "Service Automotive/Oil Changers/Kiwk Kar/whatever they call themselves this week" or Jiffy Lube. This business has never disappointed me after 10+ years of patronage.

I took a Mercedes there for an oil change which the company recommended Mobil1 and if you wanna do it in Mercedes dealer you have to pay double, The whole team was very efficient and helpful, they did the job so quickly and the manager Sahand double checked everything and I was very satisfied with the service.

Went to get the inspection for a Tesla. The place was empty. It only took 10 minutes and cost $7, the fastest inspection I ever had!

My wife and I walked in and were greeted by a very polite and professional service tech. All we wanted was our oil changed in our jeep Cherokee but they topped off fluids, did our tire pressure, and serviced our oil. Very knowledgeable and extremely fast. We were in and out in 10 minutes. There is no funny business and you get way more then what you pay for. Thanks guys, i definitely recommend this business to anyone, 5 star service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went in for a vehicle inspection but the car failed because the passenger brake light was out. They could not just replace the bulb because each brake light on my Honda is an LED assembly and if the LED's fail the entire brake light assembly has to be replaced.Normally in Texas when your car fails an inspection you have to pay cash for the failed inspection and then you can resolve the issue and bring the car back and they'll re-inspect the vehicle for no additional charge. Instead Sahand and his partner just canceled the inspection and charged me nothing, even though they had almost finished the inspection at that point.I ordered a replacement brake light assembly online for $90 (along with some much-needed new wiper blades) and I'll be back three days from now for a successful inspection. Sahand and his partner (didn't get his name sorry!) were both great at explaining the situation and telling me what my options were.

I went to Mobil 1 Express to get my State Car Inspection on a Saturday morning and was quite pleased. Everyone else in the area had like a 2 hour wait! What's up with that?! But Mobil 1 Lube Express I got to stay in my car & was done in about 30 min. All the service technicians were very nice and seemed to love working there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Update( as reply to owners response): I was not told about the pricing upfront. The board outside the facility still displays $18.50 for state inspection. After the inspection , they told me that i had to pay additional $5 for equipment surcharge. When i questioned that , they told me they will not let me go until i pay that. So, YES, it was forceful. Just next day, i got my another car inspected by Jiffy Lube for only $18.50 (state standard price). It may not be illegal to charge another $5 but its definitely deceptive business. They started charging this only from last 2-3 months (as per the technician there)Went there for a state car inspection today and instead of $18.50 state-regulated fee they forced me to pay $23.50 saying that they charge additional $5 for the equipment surcharge. No other place in Austin charges more than the state designated prices of $18.50 for a car inspection

I have been getting an oil change here for a couple years. Full Mobil 1 synthetic lasts me 7k miles and still has color to go longer. The oil quality here and service is good.

Changed oil here a few times already. Honest review - this place is #1 oil change location for me now. They are professional, polite, caring and clean. Very much recommend. The only downside - it s not cheap. Ask for Saheen there, he is the best!

Texas State Inspection: These folks are great! I'd been here a few years ago and had a so-so experience and moderate wait, but this is a different staff entirely.The business itself is easy to access, and you can see right away what the line is and whether to come back later if you're short of time (like out on lunch time). They know exactly what they're doing, and the guy who did my truck even explained every single step as he did it. The team of two work in such synchrony with their different tasks and with so little wasted time that it looks like they've HAPPILY been doing this for years -- and I never thought I'd say that about an inspection station! So fast, but also thorough, and they won't skip things, so I wouldn't bet on a bad gas cap or wipers passing, but if it fails, like happened to the guy next to me, they're really nice about explaining what to do and how you can come back within 15 days to get that last item ticked off the list.The experience was honestly so fast and so well done that I came back the very next day with my wife's car, which is also due for inspection coming up.Highly recommended.

Super nice guys that got me taken care of so quickly I had time to run home and get my wife's car before she left for an activity so we were both inspected and ready to register. I will go back here from now on until given a reason not to.

My husband and I were having issues getting our car passed for inspection. We had to come back 3 times before we finally passed, but each time we were not charged and were given informative advice on what the issue was as well as direction on how to fix it. Wendy and Nick helped us all three times and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We even specifically drove out of our way to come to THIS Valvoline for the amazing customer service and support from these two. Cannot recommend this place enough!! We will not go elsewhere so long as they are working here.

My husband and I have been coming here for years to get our oil changed and our state inspections. The last two times haven't been great. We went once and they had no one who could perform a state inspection. Most recently, we came for an oil change and a state inspection (which we had to tell them 4 times). The oil change was completed to our satisfaction but they declined to give us a pass/fail on the state inspection due to brake fluid levels. They advised us to take the car to have the brakes looked at because they were sure they would need work. We had recently had the brakes worked on but took it in to our mechanic anyway who gave the car a clean bill of health. Another inspector gave the car a pass with no issues.

Went for an oil change plus a few thing from my routine maintenance list before heading out of town. Thankful to have met Sahand. He was so kind and helpful. He educated me a bit about my engine air filter and we decided I should replace it. Since they didn t have my filter and I really wanted one, he suggested I run over to grab one at the near by auto store. He showed me how to install it myself, but also offered to do it for me if I brought it back to him. Since the auto store wouldn t install it, and I didn t trust myself, I brought it back to him and he did it for me happily. Even though it was past close, he was not in a rush at all. Completely incompetent there now. Been customer for many years and this time they were incapable of performing inspection. Tire inflation was ignored as well as fluid levels. They even turned on my engine light which went out next day. Passed inspection at another shop days later. Save yourself many headaches and go to a Valvoline corporate shop. Wendy there is completely incompetent. Ignores my phone calls, message machine is full and has previous owners voice on it. Do not trust them. Scary to have trusted idiots with my expensive Tahoe. Noticed another review here where they blew up the engine from oil leak.

I wish I could give them 10 stars, the service is like nothing I ve experienced before, the manager and the guys that work there are nice, calm, happy and accommodating, I leave happy and smiling every single time I leave this place and that s a lot to say considering the limited interactions I have with them while I get my oil change.

I had the pleasure to have Sahand work my inspection for me. The wait itself was long but quickly realized he was completely alone, once he started though he was very diligent and thorough on explaining what he was doing. Quickly got me taken care of and was pleased by his respectfulness!
