I had an unscheduled need for service. Although my initial need was a quick fix and required no shop time, they did notice that I could use a tire rotation. I had already before going that I needed it done. So I approved it. The rate was reasonable. While my mini was on the lift they discovered a need for a motor mount replacement. Since that work would be covered by warranty, I approved that.while they had the wheels off they also alerted me for the need for brake pads. They also said it was not an emergency and therefore I could wait for my dash alert or do it now. I opted for the dash alert and was thankful for having had no high pressure upsell. Jacques provided outstanding customer service, keeping me up to date on work and progress. All in all I was quite surprised and satisfied.

I have come to this dealership on several occasions, the last two for the maintenance I had scheduled. I only have good things to say, the first time Miss Jaqueline Porras attended me and she was simply exceptional, extremely kind and friendly, she was interested in the talk we had and once she organized everything about the vehicle service she made arrangements for me to go home in Uberand it was complementary. During all the time that my car was there she kept sending me text messages explaining what they were doing to the car and the estimated time for me to return for it, for my return she also arranged for an Uber to pass by me. His attention was 100 out of 10. On my second visit I did not have the opportunity to meet the person in charge of the documentation until the end when I went to pick up my car, but still Mrs. Angela Vinson kept me informed of the whole process through text message. And when I meet her at the end of the day she was very kind. I love it whenever I go to this place, everyone is very friendly and the attention to their customers is exceptional.

Although I ended up needing more than I went in for, the customer service and car service were great. I loved the video explanation of the issues I needed resolved. The complimentary Uber was a nice surprise, too. It was nice not having to sit around there for hours waiting for my car. I also enjoyed a short chat and some laughs with a couple of the employees. Thanks Taylor R. and others whose names I don't know.

I gave them five stars for great service on my car and excellent communication from start to finish. Angela provided a thorough discussion of the preliminary services in-person. I received a text message with a video assessment from the mechanic decribing what needed to be serviced within 2 hours, a straight-forward text message on the repairs needed along with an accurate price, and finally, an estimation of the time needed to complete the repairs. All of this within a few hours of dropping off my car without an appointment. My car is now operating without any problems. In addition to that, the effective, honest communication I received is the reason I will take my mini to MINI of Austin for repairs.

The service advisor met me as soon as I got out of my mini. She promptly started the paper work and ordered an Uber for me. She said it may be about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I went to breakfast and when I returned she greeted me. It was ready sooner than she thought at about an hour 15. She explained what had been done, asked if I had any questions, which I did not after reviewing the mechanics video. It was excellent mechanics service, and customer service. Thank you.

I'm ALWAYS pleased with the service I get at MINI of Austin whenever I take my car in for service. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they take a video of them checking my car for any issues I may not be aware of. In addition to the normal services I am there for, once they found something that should be addressed before it becomes serious and brought it to my attention, leaving the decision up to me. Of course, I had them address it at the time ... no pressure at all. Normally, I just wait until the service is done. A couple of times, they needed to keep my car overnight. They contacted an Uber driver to take me home both times. I have always been impressed with their service and I am envious of their service "garage" and how clean they keep it ... I REALLY like their polished red brick floors in the garage !!! .On another note, all their staffmembers are very friendly and courteous. They regularly keep you informed on the status of the work being done on your car.While there, before leaving, I parked my MINI roadster next to a matching new, larger Mini Countryman for "consideration" as a replacement for a second vehicle I own.

I went in for an oil change but my mechanic checked everything and discovered my rear light needed replacement ( Oh! That s what that little light icon kept coming on! ) They fixed it and got me out quickly. I always go to them for my oil changes and maintenance because they are honest, meticulous, and helpful. They don t rip me off or tell me I need things I don t. Jax, my service agent, was really great.

They were so very helpful! I really liked the video they sent me, showing all the issues with my car. Amazing! Also, letting me know what needed to be addressed now, and what could wait. I was very impressed!I, also, was very surprised about the free Uber service, and the very clean garage.

I've been coming here for 9 years to get my car serviced. It's so easy to schedule an appoint and the service team is amazing. I waited for my oil change and inspection and my car was ready in less time than I was originally quoted.

Mini of Austin provides excellent service and has a dedicated and knowledgable staff! They were able to quickly assist me when I had an issue arise while traveling through town on my way home. I very much appreciate their kindness and thoroughness. Best Mini service I have received since purchasing my Countryman in 2017!

Bear and Jax were wonderful to work with and the mechanics fixed our Mini so it drives like new. There was some confusion initially on warranty issues that they took care of for us. They are prompt and friendly with any and all issues!

As always, Mini took amazing care of me when I took a rock to my windshield that fissured over our aggressively hot summer. Taylor Ricks is one of my favorite people and always an awesome part of my day; he and the team make sure that everything is done quickly and well so my Mini keeps looking great and working beautifully. I love my Mini only slightly more than I adore the service team!

Just moved back from California-drove the whole way- when just 3 days into being back my mini completely stops working all together. Jaqueline and Mike (Bear) were amazing helping me understand all the issues the car was having and working with me whenever I needed help with payment and scheduling. Couldn t have asked for a better team to have done the job and will definitely be coming back again!
