Don t go here. Went for an alignment. The front end was so off the steering wheel was turned 20-30 degrees to drive straight on the way home, actually worse then when I brought it in (see attached video of drive home from shop). Just discovered that they toed in the rear wheels WAY beyond spec. Destroying my rear tires after less than 100 miles. Have to pay a different shop to fix it.

Everyone was kind and didn t try to sell me things I didn t need. I thought I needed all 4 brakes changed but they said I only needed back ones. I got a oil change too. The Midas website gave me a good coupon too. For oil change as well as off brakes repair. This is my third time here. They have a nice cool in summer and warm in winter lobby with comfy chairs and cool water. Oh and WiFi

Worst customer experience I ever had. Russell sold me a set of tire and when I asked about a promotion they are having he said I had to go online. I went ahead and purchased the tires as I needed them. I went online and clicked on the promotion saw the coupon/promotion with a bar code and the address to this location. The man lied to my face. Then the tires didn't arrive when he told me they would. Finally I asked a refund and he told me it will take 3 weeks for my money back. When I asked for a confirmation be just said look in the mail. Talk about a joke of a man. Won't ever go back here again.

The service was fine and the experience would have been good but when I went to pay, the manager added a $100 deductible fee on top of the warranty deductible of $100. I tried to understand/argue but the manager was adamant about the $100 deductible fee. I paid because I need my car but I want to warn others about using the one on W William Cannon or if you use them to be careful of their scams.

Don't even waste your money or spend your time fixing your car at Midas. I have a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I needed to check my brake pads because they were squeaking, even though I knew that my brake pads were good as a precaution since I suspected some weird squeaking noises. Since this was the most convenient location close to Sunset Valley, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I took my car to them, and they asked for my key, which I handed over to them, but they did something really unexpected. They took my brake pads apart and messed up the alignment, which was difficult to fix and put back, and Tyler, the store manager, lied to me and said, "Oh, your brakes are good, but you need to replace the calipers, and your brake fluid is black and needs a major flush." I thought, "What the hell? I just wasted so much time and my morning there!". I could NOT even understand or fathom what they were trying to explain for my pads, and my brake fluid is yellow, NOT Black! It did NOT need to be flushed out yet. I felt their store employees wanted to keep a secret from me and try to price gouge me, which is ironically not right and blatantly disrespectful to me and their customers waiting to get their cars serviced. Essentially, most to all of their employees are rude, so Tyler gave ridiculously outrageous prices to try to rip me off so he could take advantage of me and charge me to make a profit out of me replacing what I did NOT need for my car. I am NOT a money machine! He is an idiot for how rude he spoke with me and how the training that he does with his employees is to talk with other customers. This is super bold, demeaning, and super cruel. Also, this place is disgusting, with a swarm of flies flying around. This place is super tiny, dirty, and unprofessional. I mean it. I swear I am telling the truth, and I am not lying to you when I say this. You are better off going to Brake Check by I-35 since the prices are reasonable and accommodatable. I MEAN IT. Take my suggestion and advice and my word.

I went in for an oil change the day after Christmas and my car was able to be serviced immediately! Russell was very helpful and informative over my car and things needing to be fixed/replaced and why. He even agreed to speak to my father over the phone to explain what was going on with my car. Will be coming back for my next car services.

Wow, these people know what they re doing! Plus I bought a Groupon, but Amanda told me the someone said the Groupon disappeared from another guy - there was a glitch in the Groupon system. She was patient and helped me through the ordeal. Plus we both shared an Airpods experience that we both went through the same issue. Its not related to the oil change. Fastest oil change in town! Always nice people to work with and fair prices. Been going to them after going to Austin Automotive Specialists and they charged me $100 for a synthetic oil change. I never feel like I get taken advantage of here at Midas!

Russell and all his staff are on top, before him this location was a joke, the waiting time was unbelievable even with an appointment, now you scheduled online and he actually accepts and does keep the time of appointments as much as business allows it of course, they showed the unexpected oil leak and help to fix the issue. If more the. 5 starts were an option I would give all.. office is so clean and comfortable

I 100% do not trust these people. They tried to tell me that it would be $1,300 and I needed new brake pads and rotors. My car is still new so I took it to my dealership they checked everything out. My brakes were completely fine and the sound that my car makes is normal for that make. Do not use them they will steal your money

Visited the shop in need of an alignment and it turns out that I needed new tie rods. So grateful the mechanics were able to catch the problem until my safety was at risk. Tito was amazing and helped me out with the process!! 10/10 would recommend!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place has horrible service. It took 2 hours for my car to be serviced. I only came in for an oil change. During that time I was waiting there were people walking into this establishment being told they need something else outside of what they asked for. Then when I go up the guy at the front desk has all this unnecessary remarks about my car. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for an oil change next time.

Went in to get transmission and brakes checked. They said that I needed to get a whole new ECM (basically the car's computer) which costs close to $2,000, and about $600 for new brake shoes and drums. They said that the brakes looked really bad and recommended that I get those replaced right away, and they also needed payment for the ECM up front so that they can order the part and get it delivered.I decided to pay $2000 for the ECM, but decided to get a second opinion about the brakes. During that time, I went to a brake specialist company for a second opinion and they said that my brakes still had 80% life left on it, and didn't know why Midas said I needed to get that replaced.Realizing that Midas had misdiagnosed my brakes, I went to get another second opinion for my ECM. Turns out all my car needed was a cylinder tune up, with spark plugs replaced, which costs significantly less than $2000.I am now in the process of trying to get a refund from Midas. They have been abysmal at communicating. I have tried showing up in person, calling them, and leaving them voicemails. Every time, they would say that they are working on it, and would call me once it has been approved. It has been over two weeks now, and still nothing.If you need your car checked out, I would recommend going to another business, or at least another -- more competent -- Midas store for a second opinion.

came in for an oil change and although it seemed like they were very busy the manager Tyler was patient and able to get me in amongst the line it looked like he had. he asked that i drop it off if i could and gave me a couple hour wait. i agreed and went to star bucks. much to my surprise he called me in about an hour with some 65k suggestions and told me that my car was ready to go.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They saved me today. I had a screw in my treads and they fixed my tire within 30 minutes. I had first gone to Firestone who tired to just sell me a new tire for $250, and told me it was impossible to fix the tire, which was absolutely not true.
