My wife's vehicle would not start after visiting a business near Midas. Derrick noticed we were having issues and offered to help. We were able to get the car jumped and he offered to diagnose the battery at no cost. He offered us clear and honest information that allowed us to get a new battery. While we did not use Midas for repairs on this day, due to the great and friendly customer service, I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future!

Came here for an oil change. Price was good and Tony the manager was courteous. Took a little longer than some of the pricier places but I didn t have an appointment and it was still reasonable.A couple days after the oil change, I smelled burning oil coming from the engine bay. Apparently the tech never replaced the oil fill cap (top left of photo), oil was everywhere. Get what you pay for I guess

This location is absolutely amazing. They are very efficient, kind and dedicated to their customers. The mechanic Jae is especially impressive. He really takes his time to explain everything and is very genuine and caring. He got me in and out of there in a very timely manner and I was very well informed. I highly recommend this location and will be returning for all my car needs.

Great service and super friendly staff! Went for an oil change and would go again for anything they inspire confidence. Did not try to upsell anything useless seemed as honest as can be. Plus we had a good laugh while waiting talking with Rick

OMG I can t be more impressed with my service!I came in for an oil change today and Rick was awesome and Jae (my technician) was super quick and efficient he noted everything and showed me what he recommended and also explained everything thoroughly usually I feel like mechanics are just recommending things to make money but not here they actually care everyone here is amazing! We went ahead and did the brakes and was done in an hour 1/2 I was amazed at how fast they are!!!!!! I will be returning for sure and recommending this place to my family and friends!!!!!!

I usually don t do reviews but the service here you just don t forget, most times I can t stand the wait but the people here were so great and professional I wish they d took a little longer, I hope I got his name right but Derrick Heath deserves a promotion that guy makes you feel like you re part of his own family, he had my kids laughing and for once they weren t face planted in their iPad. If I owned a competitor location I d still recommend their services. Phenomenal, I wish they had more stars

Great shop with outstanding service. Been here a few times and they go above and beyond even during a routine oil change. Rick specifically is very knowledgeable and capable of handling multiple tasks at once and he has above average customer service skills, thanks for everything.

I went in for a state inspection and left with a bogus estimated cost of repairs which had nothing to do with the inspection and I was failed for those reasons. (Serpentine belt, front struts). As a matter of fact, the belt was replaced a year and a half prior at my local Nissan dealer.I took my car elsewhere for my state inspection and passed with no issues. I showed the mechanic the estimated cost of the repairs and they were dumbfounded.This screams SCAM big time!I will never go back to any Midas and will make sure that anyone I know does not use any Midas locations for their car needs.

The customer service here is incredible. Now a loyalist to Midas. Rick is so sweet and has such a good spirit. His good mood is contagious and truly helped make a stressful situation better. They re honest and very transparent about what they recommend. Even give discounts when possible. Go here!!

Brought my car for an alignment and they said i needed $2000 worth of work. Rick worked with me to get the price down and showed me the broken stuff. I got my car back the same day and it drove waaaay better. I will always come here!

This place is great. I've been coming here for years and highly recommend it. The gentleman are very friendly and knowledgeable.I love that they take their time explaining things, even when you don't always want to take their quote first.I look forward to my oil change

Rick is the absolute man! I told him I really needed the repairs but my budget was super tight. He did everything he could to make it affordable for me and didn t try to sell me on any upcharges. He was brutally honest and told me what was absolutely necessary and some things that could wait but would need to be addressed in the near future. He is a solid guy and I definitely recommend this shop and Ill be bringing my car back here in the future. Appreciate you Rick, thanks for helping me out!!

They are so polite and friendly, and more than anything honest. I appreciate that they don't try to force you to purchase anything and rather just give you your options. Rick is great, and I'll be returning here for my car's service and repair needs.

Rick is a very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful guy. Midas has definitely earned my trust. Ive been coming to Midas for all my maintenance repairs for over 4 years. They have never failed me nor over price the maintenance repairs that i need for my 2014 Nissan Altima. I would highly recommend the Ben white location. You will be a satisfied customer and they will go an extra mile to try to help you by offering their finance options to help fit your budget.

Good service was fast and reliable. Guy named aydon did a god job changing my spark plugs my car is running better than before. And the service is very trustworthy I accidentally gave Rick $100 extra and gave me back the money.

When to this South Austin Midas as I just moved back to this part of town. I needed an oil change, tire rotation but wiper blades the most as it was a gully washer outside. Rick gave me a good quote so I agreed. He was also great with customer service and multitasking. In a decent amount of time I was on the road again. I will be back when. I need service once more.

I nursed my car into the parking lot with the sound of a jackhammer under my hood. Unfortunately, my ten year old Subaru had issues that I wasn t willing to fix, but Rick and all the guys took care of me. Rick helped me weigh my options, didn t try to upsell me, and made the process of saying goodbye to my baby so much easier. I hope it s years until I see them again, but I would recommend their service.

Big Rick is simply the best, went somewhere else first then came to Midas to get a second opinion. Rick told me exactly what was wrong and exactly what was needed to fix my issue, didnt just give me a price and list. He explained why. Saved me almost $2000. <3 Will never go anywhere else except them again.

Rick is seriously the happiest most positive energy guy you ll meet. Played some old school jams in the waiting room and made everyone smile. I told him I was envious of his energy and his response was I m vertical. God has blessed me . Great to see someone that enthusiastic at their job!I arrived at 8am and they had a lot of people waiting. They got my truck in much faster than I expected given how busy they were.I will definitely be back for future services!

Went in for an alignment via Groupon. It wasn't needed. Outside of the alignment, I was told that I believe my shocks needed replacing. Rick, who was very professional, friendly, and a great plus, his honesty of what needed to be done. He even showed pictures of the wear and tear. He didn't sugar coat anything. I very much appreciate that. In a nutshell, I got done what needed to be done.... thanks Rick, I'll definitely be back and have passed out ur cards you gave me....

The service for an oil change was really quick and convenient. Rick at the front desk was very personable and honest and did a great job explaining everything going on with my vehicle. Would come here again.
