Stacey Olmstead and her team made it an incredible buying experience. I ended up purchasing the first car I drove, but drove 3-4 others first. Through this plus tons of questions Stacey showed me complete patience and attentiveness.Then when I was finally ready to purchase she made it happen even though it was her day off. Dealing with Financing was the smoothest I ve ever experienced.Then when I took delivery of the vehicle Dusty did a great job getting me educated on its capabilities and responding to follow up questions.Thank you to the whole team for helping me buy my dream car.

If you decide to buy a Mercedes please see Anni Weis. She will take care of you! My experience buying a Mercedes-Benz COULD NOT have been better! Anni went the extra mile. Great customer service. I purchased a certified preowned GLS 450. Hands-down, my favorite vehicle I have ever purchased. Anni was awesome. And Matt was able to get me a GREAT deal on my trade-in. If I could give them 6 stars, I would in a heart beat.Tony S. and Nieko B. helped me find my next vehicle , and Chris C. with finance, and made it nothing but the most enjoyable car buying process I have ever experienced in my life. They jumped through hoops to answer any questions I had throughout the process, always greeted and left me with a smile and a handshake, and most importantly, treated me and everyone I watched them interact with, with respect and care like you would with a family member. So when they tell you they re a family business, please believe them. Thank you for everything, MBoA! All of you are the best!

I am so happy! I recently bought my first Mercedes. I loved my Cadillac coupe, but it was time for a more luxurious sports model. As soon as I saw the 2023 C300 coupe I knew I had found my next baby! It was an absolute pleasure working with my sales associate Jeffery, and Christopher in finance. I hit it off with them both. They were both really easy to work with and talk to, and I did NOT have to spend an entire day at the dealership like I have done in the past.I also had a helpful walk through of the vehicle and its features which I found really helpful as this is the most technology I've ever had in a car.I felt very welcomed, and respected. I say this because I'm a solo women going into a car dealership and I usually have to deal with things I shouldn't. I did not have to deal with any of that here! I highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for a beautiful Mercedes, and want to deal with professionals that pay attention to detail. Note- I did have one concern I addressed after I took the car home regarding floor mats for the car, and Wade not only responded quickley but also fed ex'd me some floor mats that would fix the car! I'm ecstatic and they have earned my loyalty.Thanks guys for exceptional customer service!

I had an amazing experience with Adam Binford (salesman extraordinaire) and Peter (financing). It was the fastest most friendly service I ve had anywhere in a LONG time! I really feel like I got the best deal and under 2 hours from me walking in the door to me leaving with my new ride. Highly recommend and definitely ask for these guys by name!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience at Mercedes. I had the pleasure of working with Luis, who was my service advisor. I cannot speak highly enough of him! Luis went above and beyond to take care of my car, and even more importantly, he took care of me as a customer. His level of professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. I am so grateful to Luis and the entire Mercedes team for their outstanding service. I genuinely mean it when I say, 'Thank you so much!' I will absolutely be returning to Mercedes for all my regular services and upgrades. That's how impressed I was with my experience!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Mercedes, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Jed.From our first consultation, Jed's patience and willingness to offer information were truly remarkable.One aspect that stood out was Jed's dedication to ensuring we were completely satisfied with our choice, even when we were uncertain about the color. On an exceptionally hot day, he took the time to show us several cars in different colors, even searching different parking lots, to help us find the perfect match. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.Throughout the entire process, which spanned over 8 months due to the ordering and manufacturing process, Jed was always responsive and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with my service team lead by Luis. It was efficient and easy. I was overly informed as to what to expect and how things were going during the process. The convenience of the courtesy Uber ride there and back was much appreciated. Mercedes knows how to treat people.

I have bring my 2014 Mercedes to the service department for the last 5 years for all the maintenance services. I strongly recommend the best service advisor, Eddie Aguilar. Always takes care of my car needs. Goes into details on maintenance recommendations, makes me feel my car is in the best place. He also has great skills and knows what he is talking about. Eddie has good customer service, dedication, integrity, and professionalism. Thank you Eddie!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the best sales, and finance team that I have ever met . This place has the Best and I mean the best quality used inventory that I have every seen and this is after I shopped around for over a month, 20 different dealership. They had the perfect vehicle for my family and made it happen. Service department is efficient, informative and ON TIME! My service advisor, Eddie Aguilar, kept in touch with me via text throughout the entire service process. He returned my call promptly and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. There was no "Hard Sell" for any additional recommended services. And- no surprises! I have been coming here for years. Always 5 star!

I had a great buying experience here after walking away from several other dealerships in the Austin area. Huge shout out to Marco in the sales department for being super knowledgeable, responsive, and overall very easy to work with. Matt in the finance department also was very helpful and detailed when it came to signing the paperwork. All in all, I am happy with the way I was treated and the deal that we were able to work out.

He excelled with his knowledge of all the vehicle, answered all my questions, and helped me negotiate a great price with patience.. Great service is part of why we joined the MB family and that s exactly what we received. Drop off and pick up were both very easy. Our courtesy car was ready and waiting. Our car was returned with the work completed to our satisfaction AND it was clean. Our service advisor Jorge was very easy to work with and provided timely updates. And this was all because our salesperson Stacey provided service AFTER the sale! She kickstarted the whole process and stayed in touch the entire time. We ve had nothing but good experiences with MB of Austin. They are our MB dealership.

I purchased a brand new car from Mercedes Of Austin. I have the pleasure of working with Ben Barnett. He was an amazing sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted/needed and found the perfect car for me. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I couldn t be happier with my entire experience with this dealership. I also had the opportunity to work with Aaron for paperwork, who was not only interested in me as a client but also took time to learn a little about me. Rebecca and Scott helped teach me the basic information and special features needed for me to begin to enjoy my brand new vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and Ben for a salesperson. It was an overdue maintenance check and airbag replacement.It is an hour drive to the dealership so Brian had a loaner car us. He kept me informed of things that needed attention, but did not do a hard sale which was very appreciated. Work was done in a few hours, car looked great, and I was very pleased with the service I received.

Had the Pleasure of meeting Niko about a Year Ago and He has been nothing short of Amazing. He was very Patient with me throughout the whole process and was able to find me the perfect car. 10/10 experience for sure!He and Rebecca Delivered the car right to my home. What can I say about Mercedes Benz. It is just an amazing experience for sure. Our sales consultant Neiko Brown was exceptional. Helped us during the whole process until we found the right car. It s my first time with a Mercedes-Benz and electric car. The financial guy Matt was so efficient and did the paperwork properly and in perfect time. Max from the informatic department was great and patient and showed me very carefully how to manage my new car. I finally got a 2022 Mercedes Benz EQS 450 and I am very happy with this dealership. Nice people and 150% recommended.

Awesome Experience!Jefferey Johnson was very professional and thorough and made the whole process incredibly smooth. I bought 2023 S 580 4MATIC and couldn't be happier with my purchase.----We live in horseshoe bay (75 miles away) and made the drive to Austin to purchase the car of my dreams. We were referred to a personable salesman named Jeff. Jeff greeted us at the door and helped make our purchase easy and seamless. We were out the door before the 2 hour mark! No nickel and dim'ing ... they met our price and even threw in some extra stuff! Can't recommend this place enough for any person making a Mercedes purchase. The Mercedes Service Dept always makes my visit seamless, quick, informative, and I feel truly welcomed by the entire staff. We walked into this Mercedes Benz dealership wanting to purchase our first car ever. We were extremely nervous. We had picked out a RAV4 they had online. We were met warmly by Marco Neal. Had us drive the car. No hard sales pitch. Very calming, inviting and warm person. Worked with us on some of the line items on the car. Overall a very great experience for our first time!
