I took my vehicle in to figure out what was wrong with my sensors and get them repaired. I have a warranty with a third party company. I dropped my vehicle off July 3, I called them to follow up July 6. Luis tells me my vehicle was in an accident and the warranty company won t fix my vehicle. Well first of all I just bought this vehicle in September and there was nothing showing on the carfax of an accident. So now I went back to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and they inquired only to find out Maserati never submitted a claim and they were just guessing.. I picked up my vehicle July 10th and my vehicle was damaged while in the possession of the service department and they will not take accountability and now tells me due to the circumstances I can no longer get my vehicle serviced there. My windshield was cracked and dents on the hood of my vehicle. For this to be a luxury dealership they should handle luxury vehicles better then what they are doing now I have to deal with a cracked windshield and dents on the hood of my not even 1 year old Maserati.

This is my second Maserati, both from this dealership I have always been extremely pleased with the service that I have received at this dealership. Luis is a wonderful service advisor second to none!!!

This is where my cars get serviced. Luis is very attentive and communicates well. We live in New Braunfels and work in SA so it takes some coordination to get cars up for service. They always listen and take care of their customers.

Had warranty work done on fuel injectors Luis took care of arranging car pick up fixed the repairs and had me reunited with my car! Luis took the diagnostics tests to Maserati and they ordered parts got it fixed and our car is running great! Thx you Luis!

Loaners are never available. I read a post from a person who also lives in San Antonio. He states he got a loaner and even had a driver pick up the loaner. The service has never been offered, at least not to me. As the matter of fact, i once had to bring the loaner all the way back to Austin. ( i was lucky a loaner was available that one time).Service: Brakes

I had to bring my vehicle in to replace a vent that rattled continuously while driving. Jean In the service department was nice, knowledgeable and professional. It is evident that she and her mechanics have a very stressful job.
