Do not use.Mario's mobile service was awful. They failed to clean the rim before putting a faulty tire on, they also failed to put the fifth lugnut on. My tire was flat again within 3 days. They only accept cash and don't offer refunds. Mario, the owner, was also quite rude on the phone.Shame on me for thinking I was getting a deal. You always get what you pay for, and in this case I got cheap, low quality service and product. Pay an extra 50 to 100 bucks and get better service somewhere else.

Usually whenever I go I receive good treatment and attention from ELVIN/ELVIS, a boy with curly hair, is very pro-active and quickly solves any inconvenience.This time I made a call to check if they had the type of tire I needed.225-65R17 and they confirmed to me that there were more than 140 pieces that matched. When I got there I was attended by another boy named Javier who didn't even take 4 minutes to verify that he had and told me that they didn't have any kind. It's unfortunate because I've been a customer of this store for several years and I've never been so disappointed.Service: Tires

If I could give them a - I would I went to go get a patch and was told no of the back that I was going to purchase a new one I said no Can you please patch if not just put air . Not even a block down I get off to this . They guy that attended me was very provocative as he never saw a women at a tire shop PLEASE save your $10 (what they charge for air ) and take your business eles where

The guys here don t have filter. Always making most girls uncomfortable bc of the way they make noises/ and stare at one to get one s attention. They don t like when you tell them what you need unless your a man bc it messes with thr man ego . My tire was completely put on wrong I had to stop half way into another stop. They think one does not understand Spanish but all they do is harass/ make nasty uncomfortably comments and laugh with the other guys afterwards thinking you didn t understand. It s very sad.

They are always my life saver I live in north Austin and all tires shops over there are very arrogant but this place ppl there are very nice and friendly.. I been here many times and never had any issues and always satisfied they are highly recommended

Good pricing for my tint and it looked nice. But I m all for manners when treating/ being a customer and the manners from the two tall guys that tinted my windows were very bad. Rude. The lady that owns the dealership next door was very narcissistic.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR TIRES AND CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG!!!!! I had to stop at this place because my tire popped and it was 7pm. Luckily, they were still open but the people that they have here are incompetent and have no idea what they re doing. They put the wrong tire on my car which caused the light on the dashboard to turn on and didn t notice until I came back three days later because I would see that the light wouldn t go off. I came back and the guy was trying to tell me whatever to get me out of there. He then proceeded to check the tires again and stated that he had put the wrong one. I could ve literally had an accident because of the negligence of someone. Please get people that know what they re doing with your vehicle because it is not worth an accident to you or to someone else!!!!!

Mario s tire shop provided great service. I stopped by to get new tires for my Jeep Patriot and they didn t have them in stock. It took 1 day to get them in. I had to leave out of town so I called them to make sure they would be able to hold them until I returned. Which they did for 3 days. Once I was ready, I stopped by and got my new tires at a very reasonable price all things considered. Just remember that there will be a charge of they dispose of your old tires otherwise you ll have to take them with you. Also, be careful going in and out of the shop as it only has 4 spaces, it s located at an intersection, and it is a very busy street. I recommend. You call ahead to make sure they have your tires. And then stop by during the day so you don t wait and there s less traffic.

They are high on tires, they only accept cash on top of that they put the wrong tires on my car a week ago. Then they wanted to charge me to keep my old tires. Never again.Service: TiresService: Tires

I got my window tint done here at Mario s. Immediately the tiny started to peel off the window with in 2 days. I took the suv back to get warranty they said the tint job had. I was told 30 min wait. Getting them to warranty the work was a nightmare and I had just got it done. I ended up waiting 2 hours because they wanted to do every car they were getting new money for before getting to my car that had to be redone. I would not get my tint done at Mario s.

This is a GEM tier store, the service is so fast n the prices are very reasonable. The team does amazing job. I was in n out in 15mins with flat tiers n tier balancing.Flat Tier $10Balancing $10

Never coming back here again for anything. Got window tint done and wasn't pleased with the job. They wanted me to pay again to get the job done. On something I paid for and expected to have been done right.

On 04/16/21 I went to Mario's for a specific problem. I had just purchased a used car and two lug nuts on the left rear tire had been messed up by someone else and I was unable to take the tire off to have it balanced. First I took it to Discount Tire and they didn't have the tools or expertise to do the job. Then I took it to Mario's. This was my first time using Mario's but it won't be my last. I was met by Mario and explained what was going on. He smiled! Within 15 minutes he was able to remove the old lugs, spin balance the tire and had me out the door as a very happy and satisfied customer! Total price, including the spin balance and two lug nuts was $20. Cheap and he knows what he's doing. If you have a specific problem with tires or wheels, Mario's is the place to get it fixed. My son had a tire on his 1969 Mustang blowout nearby after the big tire stores closed. Mario s was open and helped us find a used tire to get him back on the road and home safely. They were very reasonably priced and unbelievably fast! They found a tire, put it on his rim and had us back on the road in 15 minutes! Wow!Service: TiresService: Tires

They replaced the 4 tires of my pickup, at the end they refused to place back my spare tire, a teenager working there said his boss told him not to do it. I had to go to the tire shop couple doors south they put it back in 5 minutes for a tip.This guys have signs of credit cards accepted at the door but they asked for cash, no credit cards and no receipt, I want to believe they have a good reason for that.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

went in to get 2 used tires, in great condition btw,not only were they fast,(30 mins. tops )they were real friendly, I also had 2 dolly wheels that they promptly fixed for me they could've easily said we don't do that,but did it! I would recommend to everyone I know to go in for great used,but also new tires at a reasonable price no appointment

I bought a brand new tire and patched up a nail in the other and 3 studs were broken off just to put on the new tire. Very dangerous and the owner was very rude and refused to help us with the problem. They all denied that anyone even did it and then said well we warned you to be careful when driving home. What s the point of buying a new tire and then I can t drive. I have always came here for tires and now I will not be back. Thanks

Coming from North Austin to this shop on Lamar as they claim to be open at 7 according to this, pulling up at 7:40 to see them closed. They definitely need to update there hours of operation so people with troubled tires don t make a drive for nothing

Yesterday was one of those rainy cold days (44�)I got was about to head to work, when I realized I had a flat tire. So I googled for Tire places on Lamar, and found place, but guess what? It was closed (I guess because of the weather.)So, I drove around, and every place I found, was closed.Suddenly, I saw a car on a jack.I asked if they could fix my flat, and they did!I m sorry, because they were under the rain, at 8:30 am, cold, and fixing my tire.At the end I paid only $10.Thank you guys. Awesome service, inexpensive and well done!

I came here last night it was 7:45pm and I knew they where about to close and ready to go home I thought Ill just ask if they can help me if not I understood but when I asked a guy there if he would be able to help before I can finish me question he said NO WE ARE CLOSED I said okay what time do yall open he grab a tire and walked away very very rude no kind of communication skills. There were 3 cars that were in their parking lot and 1 one up on jacks. He could of said sorry mam we are closing but we can help you first thing in the morning at whatever time they open. I would of understood cause they have been working all day but I am still a customer. Communication with your customer is better then brushing them off with a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude.

This company is indebted to my client for more than $2,900 for tires. My client supplied the product and labor to install the product, and has not been paid by this company. Every attempt to try to reach this company is ignored, and our client has not been paid. We have sent letters, made phone calls, and sent emails, and have been entirely ignored. I would be careful when doing business with this company, as my client has been trying to get paid since June of 2019.

I bought two supposed to be new tires but the rubber on the inside came out after a week of me having both of them. I got them 02-14-21 .Definitely a waist of $173 . Need my money back asapDefinitely have a receipt to get my money back too . Or I am calling the lawsService: Tires

Came to get my tire patched for my BMW, they were fast and helpful. Very easy to communicate with and dependable.
