I needed my truck's front windshield replaced and Main Auto offered unmatched pricing. I called 10 different companies, but Main Auto's price beat them all. I had a great experience with them--their responses via text message were quick, they were able to replace my windshield within two days, and it would have been sooner if the weather wasn't so cold and stormy at the time. They met me at my home so I didn't need to drive anywhere. The worker was very kind, professional, and was able to complete the job within an hour. Afterwards he explained to me what I needed to do to take care of it, and that the job also comes with a warranty. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

Very professional/Best price you ll find in Austin. Orbik showed up exactly when he said he would and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. I hung around to watch the process and it s clear he knows what he s doing. I ll be coming back for any future repairs

Came out to replace a cracked windshield on a 2019 Acura RDX. My wiper arm needed adjustment after the installation. Other than that, they were timely, clean, and remembered to transfer my Registration and Toll stickers.

Woke up with a broken windshield in the morning and I reached out to Main Autoglass and got everything schedule in a matter of minutes. Windshield was ordered and only took 2 days to get everything ordered and installed. Best part is they came to where I was at without having to take work off. They gave me a heads up when they were on the way and the only thing they required from me was to leave the car unlocked. I left for lunch and by the time I came back everything was finished and done perfectly, this was all done in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend my friends and family and anyone to reach out to them to replace any windshields, they re amazing. I couldn t be any happier.

My car got broken into overnight. I called Main Autoglass at 8:30 am, they had an appointment for me at 9:30 am that day. They charged me half of what Safelite quoted me. Everyone was helpful and respectful, the job was done under an hour. Thank you for helping me on a terrible day!

Good experience, were clear with how much it will cost upfront and was able to have my windshield ordered and replaced 2 days after even with there being a holiday. Worker was nice and finished within given timeframe.

I used Main auto glassat the reccomendation of a waitress. As she said. They had the berry best price. One guy did the prep amd had to wait for the windshield to come. It was after dark when they finished. It was ok though. Then about 3 weeks later I ran my wipers for the first time. They were misaligned. I thought, "Oh no! I got cheap work for a cheap price. " However, I called and they were VERY good about it. They sent someone out at MY first convenience. He was prompt and fixed it in minutes. Very happy and definitely recommend them.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

A friend had recommended this place to me to replace my windshield after I stared at the horizontal crack on my windshield for months. I am so pleased that they came to where I was, replaced the windshield within 30 min and was very friendly! The price to replace my windshield, VERY affordable! The lady that made my appointment was nice and informative. I already told all my co-workers and family about my experience with Main Autoglass. The service was really great and fast!Alex helped me clean all the little pieces of glasses and thoroughly cleaned the mats, removing all the glasses.After window was fixed, it worked just as expected without any hiccups.Kudos to Alex and Main Autoglass!!

Quick and easy. I called for a quote. Then set up an appointment for next day. They came to my work and swapped out windshields. I had a crack that suddenly started moving.Price was fine with me and I will call if I need any auto glass replaced again.

Professional co but glass rattling, no leaks yet but rattling then only offered upsale of "better glass". Guess I have to wait till it breaks ...then will you fix?

After getting my vehicle broken in overnight in my hotel, the people at main auto glass replaced it with out an issue. They had what I needed in stock and at a competitive price. Great A service!!

I called them at 3 on a Friday and they came out at 6 pm on the same Friday to replace the back glass on my work truck. The installer was professional and polite. It was also the cheapest price I found in Austin

On May 2nd 2016 Main Auto Glass installed a windshield on my 2013 Ford C-Max. The window then cracked May 6th, from top to bottom. The tape had not even been taken off the glass. I called to inform this, and was told they would look into it. I kept getting told they would come out, or that they would call back, I had to call 5 times that day. They said they would be out before 3pm. I was finally told at about 4pm after calling yet again that they would be out Monday before noon to replace. They never came Monday, so I called about 1pm. I was told they would be out to replace that afternoon, I had to call again at 3pm. I started to get all kinds of questions about did something hit it or anything, which it did not. The crack had to grown to cover the whole windshield by that time. I was told they would be out before noon Tuesday. Again, I never received a call and they did not show up. At about 130 they called and said they would be out. When they finally arrived, it was one guy without the glass. He immediately said something hit the glass and they would not replace. He also yelled at me that I could file a BBB claim, he didn't care. It rained that night and water came in the car due to the massive crack that had formed. When I had it replaced Wednesday they said that kind of crack should not have formed even if a rock did not hit it. The glass was "bad stuff", and when he went to replace found a ton of scratches from when Main Auto Glass replaced the original windshield. There are scratches all along the top of the car now, which apparently they tried to cover with the tape they said not to remove for 3 days.
