Stumbled into this place out of curiosity! I was super impressed! I bought a car surprising myself, but it was a fair deal, and a clean car Chris my sales guy was great. If you are looking for a used high end car, give this place a try.

I have brought every one of my vehicles in to Thomas and the team at Luxury Auto Works for over 10 years. Professional, first class service, honest, thorough, and reasonable. They do incredibly good work. I am and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I cannot express enough how grateful and thrilled I am with my experience at Luxury Auto Works. After a disappointing encounter at another dealership, I stumbled upon Luxury Auto Works while searching for my '23 Eruption Green Wildtrak. From the moment I stepped into their showroom, I knew I was in for a different experience. The staff at Luxury Auto Works were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly respectful and attentive to my needs. Their selection of vehicles was impressive, and I was delighted to find my dream Bronco with just 300 miles on it, exactly the way I wanted it.I was also pleasantly surprised to be treated with such kindness and professionalism by Bianca, who assisted me throughout the process. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure I had a complete understanding of the vehicle's features. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt pressured or rushed. They offered me the vehicle at a fair price, with no hidden fees or surprises, which is a rare find in the car-buying world.Luxury Auto Works truly knows how to prioritize their customers and provide an exceptional buying experience. I can confidently say that they have won a customer for life. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend heading straight to Luxury Auto Works. They will treat you with respect, listen to your needs, and make sure you drive away with a smile on your face and your dream car in hand. Thank you, Luxury Auto Works, for restoring my faith in car dealerships!

Just bought a car from them... Very very nice people. not pushy, and very lay back and respectful. they made the whole purchase so easy that everything was done on the phone. they let me drive the car before I handed over my trade in title or the rest of the down payment. very highly recommended

The whole team at Luxury Auto Works -Austin are absolutely awesome. I could not even ask for better service from them. Cullen and Tyler were so good to me when I bought my first car that I will probably buy another car from them. Love you all for your great spirit.

I am sure some of you have seen my very negative review(s). I did share with you my frustrations with regards of some issues relating to my 2005 Jaguar XJ8Last night I did get a very nice note from the owner of the company and we decided to have a phone conversation this morning. I must admit I was very impressed by his concerns. We had a very positive conversation which went a long way in my way of thinking)Both Tom and Jeremy had also been very helpful. I will certainly continue to use Luxury autoworks for any issues relating to my carThank youBruno Brunner

Review is for the Sales department. I purchased a vehicle at Luxury Auto Sales that I have been hunting for for a while. Had it inspected and it was pretty darn clean. Anything the inspector noted was taken care of. They even went above what was noted. While it was in the shop, THE SELLER noticed the door handles had some wear and tear and had them retouched. I am almost a month in with the Land River I purchased and couldn t be happier. Shout out to John Essad and the whole team there. Friendly folks. 10/10 recommend.

Stay clear of luxury Autos. All they do is clear lights and cross their fingers the check lights don t come on. These vehicles that luxury autos has sitting on their lots are bought at auctions and not inspected properly. I literally have a vehicle with head gasket issues and combustible gases in the engine sitting in my driveway, suspension issues, selling vehicle with faults is not a good practice for any dealership. They falsified their paperwork when asked to send me the inspection they did on my vehicle before selling it to me. They sent me and inspection doc that read 1.15.2024. The vehicle was already in my possession prior to the date of that document. As a mother of four children and a full time college professor I have a very busy schedule and a vehicle that can not get me to any place I need to be at. I have a softball player, we own a ranch with livestock and I have a daughter in FFA who shows our livestock almost every weekend and now I m stuck with a vehicle that I refuse to put my children in because it can catch on fire any minute. Luxury auto is refusing to make things right at a reasonable cost and putting my family at risk this auto should be pennies for them to fix compared to the other autos sitting on their lots. As soon as you drive off the lot they will ghost you. We reached out the next day with check engine lights showing up on the dashboard and it s like we did not even exist and meant nothing to them. Do not buy vehicles from them for your wives or teenagers it is very dangerous to put them in luxury autos vehicles. It s like this company has already lost sight of consumers needs and their only interest is maximizing margins at the cost of their clients. The diplomacy from our sales rep and this company is rather sad he told my husband you decided to buy a used vehicle . The snarky and bully like conversations and comments from this company is beyond horrid. We knew this vehicle might have small issues here and there that we would need to fix but we never expected a combustible engine making our vehicle basically salvage and dangerous to drive.

If I could give less than 1 I would!! Do not believe the high ratings on this place. I had side swipe damage to my acadia denali and brought it here. They kept giving me new dates that it would be ready by for 3 weeks in a row. Then i go to pick it up and they did not align the pieces back. The front fender trim is falling off and my hatch back does not line up. When I got in the car it was COVERED in the dust from sanding parts I presume and my head board is covered in dirt prints not to mention scratches covering the plastic piece by my door handle. I am SOOO displeased at this place and very angered at the damage they caused. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Where do I start? I bought a vehicle from Luxury Auto Works on Jan 4. Drove 400 miles to Austin to pick it up. The next day the check engine light came on. Texted the salesman Chris about it, He did not reply for 5 days. When he did reply it was to inform me that I needed to get the vehicle a state inspection so they can change everything over into my name. During this time a small mom and pop's shop in my home town pulled the codes and told me I had a misfire and a bunch of suspension issues. I got the tune-up completed. Lord behold that the check engine light comes back on and same codes. In the mean time I keep taking the vehicle to trying to get an inspection done, where they clear the codes and tell me to drive it 50 miles and come back so they can do inspection. Over and over again the check engine light came back on and I finally get to take it to a speciality shop. Where they quote over $20K worth of repairs. The vehicle had a cracked head. I reach out to the dealership asking what can they do to make it right. They turn around and send me another estimate from them, 400 miles away for $12k for only part of the repairs. And told me their aint nothing they can do and that the vehicle had to mess up on my watch not theirs. I will now being filing a lawsuit against the dealership because to me it seems like they did not disclose the issues to me about the vehicle and tried to cover it up. I'm also a veteran and while at their location seen many military service members come in to shop for vehicles. I would recommend commands to put this place on their "off limits list". So their troops don't have to deal with the headache of buying a vehicle that breaks down the very next day. I would never recommend using this dealership for anything. Sells auctioned vehicles without really inspecting them. The repair order on things they checked said suspension components but yet they didn't catch that the air bags were leaking overnight. No attention to detail and only worried about making their money and not taking care of customers or being good business people.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. My car began overheating, and the check engine light came on. I first took it to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to have the code read. They informed me the code was "lost communication with engine coolant pump control module," as you can see in the attached photo.I then took my car to Luxury Auto and informed them of the code, providing a picture hoping it would guide their diagnosis. Despite receiving this information, they diagnosed a faulty thermostat and insisted on replacing all the coolant hoses as well. This initial repair cost $1600, which I reluctantly agreed to.However, within minutes of picking up my car and driving about 3 blocks, the check engine light returned.Upon returning the car, Luxury Auto claimed the issue was actually the coolant pump control module, requiring an additional $1300 to fix. Their explanation? They said their initial code reader didn't show any issues, so they assumed it was the thermostat due to a small coolant leak (I later learned that a thermostat or coolant issue would trigger a code). Now that they have the car again, their code reader is showing the coolant pump control module needs replacement.I contacted three other repair shops. All three emphasized that, given the code I provided, they wouldn't have replaced the thermostat without confirming it with their own code reader. Instead, they would have prioritized investigating the coolant pump control module first.UPDATE NOW MORE LIES they saying it had codes for thermostat when they first tested the car. LIES LIES LIES they even called the next day to say sorry for the mistake.

Found this place on the internet while searching who could/would do an ABC to coilover conversion on our 2003 SL500. Decided to have them do it and so far so good. Car drives (and looks) like almost new. After years of headaches with the ABC suspension we can now enjoy the car again. Thank you for doing a great job, in shorter than expected time, and at a reasonable cost!

I recently purchase a 2022 Amg G 63. Such a horrible experience. The vehicle has a safety recall that wasn t taken care of prior to purchase. The Sales Manager Tyler Pelham is very unprofessional and rude. When trying to resolve the issue he treated me like I was no longer a customer and instead an enemy. He spoke down to me as if I had wronged them when I am the one who is just trying to get the car I purchased for $250,000 fixed. I don t recommend you purchasing and or service your vehicles here and if you do I would proceed would caution.

I recently purchased a truck with the help of John Essad, who was nothing short of helpful and efficient. From the moment I contacted him, he was on the ball and worked to get me the best deal. I can t say enough good things about the service - I love my new truck, but the rest of their inventory also exceeded my expectations!!!

The people here have awful communication skills and awful people skills. The communication between the front office and their mechanics is disgustingly awful and the guy who runs this place is just rude as can be. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would give zero stars if it was possible. And they Love to overcharge! For everything these people are scam artists. Do not trust them for anything. Do not trust these five star reviews that you see. I'm pretty sure that they're paid for this place is awful. I am not confused about the location. I do not have the same email on file there as I do here for my privacy

These guys got me in and out on short notice without any hassle for a nail I hit in my tire. Alot of places would not want to touch my GT-R due to not having the correct tire machine and they assured me they could take care of the job without damage to my rims. Sure enough I arrived at 0900 and was out of there by 0930 with my tire patched up and good to go. These guys did an amazing job and treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I will be taking my car to this place exclusively and highly recommend them!

I had an Amazing experience at Luxury Auto Works! It started with a call to Gus, the Friendly Service Advisor. Gus did an excellent job explaining the services and he got me into a loaner car while my Audi was being serviced! A complimentary inspection of my vehicle was also completed. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Works! They did a great job replacing the front brakes on my Audi A4. I will be taking my Audi here forever! I love this place, they have a Super Nice lounge with coffee and bottled water, and the service area and showroom are immaculate! This is how Luxury Car Service should be done!Service: Brakes

If I could give no stars I would. Please do not do business here. Our vehicle was badly damaged and parted out during the month they had our vehicle for hail damage repair. They outsourced our hail damage repair to a third party who has 1star reviews and had been in business for 5 months (unbeknownst to us) our car was returned with a dead battery, sub oar hail repair, stereo and Navigation dash gashed and next to the gear shifter, one of our TV's was broken out of its casing, sideview mirrors had touch ups and paint chips that were not there when we dropped the vehicle off, the tint on the drivers side was damaged the ceiling panel was dirty and scratched up, our blinker light cover was broken. The list goes on.My vehicle is a 2019 Gx 460 the type of damages that it incurred were reckless. When immediately brought it to their attention they directed us to the third party, then they agreed to fix the damages. After another month, Today, we had scheduled an appointment with the owner to see the vehicle, he did not show up nor did anyone contact us. They said he had a family emergency, we said no problem we will reschedule with him. Thats when all their demeanor changed they refused to reschedule us with the owner threatened to call the police if we used the loaner and it was clear that they decided they were done even if our vehicle wasn't completely and properly repaired. After deciding to go a different route to resolve this issue. My husband and I went back in to pick up the vehicle even though we knew it was not completed. They claimed we owed them way more money then I was aware of, and it was clear they didnt feel the need to hear why or explain that to us. They increased the amount due, would not allow us to speak with the owner, gave us bogus invoices, so after going back and forth we said fine we will just pay and leave, thats when they demanded it be paid in cash they refused to accept our card payment ( im not kidding I cant make this up)We had to call 911 and have APD out they were shocked at how ridiculous this was unfortunately they couldn't do anything. They made us go outside with the officer, accused us of trespassing and would not give us our still damaged vehicle even though we were willing to pay them their inflated quote. So guess what, we paid in cash to receive our vehicle back without it being completely fixed. This situation is still ongoing I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone, Please, please avoid this place they are not Luxury it is quite the opposite. Everyone that works there is involved too, its scary and sad to think how many people they have done this to, just read all the reviews about selling people lemons. Stay away trust me.Service: Body & Trim

This place sucks I brought a Maserati from these people they didn t service the vehicle before putting it on the showroom floor. Then the brakes were really bad one day after I drove off with the car. He fixed the brakes after I complained about it. I let him service my Cl550 and he gave it back with less power and messed up the radio Bluetooth as well as my steering column. When I went to the body shop to fix some damages to my body they left the service alert on in my dashboard. These guys have no clue on repairing high end cars. If there is a problem believe me he is going to charge you up the ting Yang. I am advising anyone to not buy a car from them or get the body work done they are full of it.
