Very, very good experience just now. These guys were busy but they were super cool and showed my old Ford truck a lotta love and appreciation and showed me the levels and fluid clarity on the dipsticks. Price was reasonable and they were quick. I m sorry I have been coming here for years already. I will definitely come back!

Great Technicians, They are very professional and friendly( first very time here)Super Fast and Easy, Great Price (55+plus tax) never left the comfort of my own driver's seat. They even cleaned my super dirty windshield. Best to go as soon as they open, due to the road construction and really heavy traffic in that area. Be careful when turning into the parklot, very tiny and tight squeeze if you a bigger vehicle. I will return for my next oil change.

I had a great experience here! All the workers here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They even went out of thier way to give treats to my dog Archie who I brought along The prices here are also great, lubes pit stop is definitely going to be my go to spot for oil changes from now on!

First time was definitely the last time. Had the cliche scenario where my engine light comes on the day after using these guys for an oil change. Oil pressure gauge is flat and unresponsive. I bring it back for them to take a look at it, to which they deemed it a "coincidence" and claimed they were not responsible for repairs. Not to mention, the sticker they gave me was the complete wrong mileage and date for what my vehicle needed. Staff was rude, confrontational, and difficult to work with. I will NEVER use this sorry excuse for a lube shop ever again, and would recommend letting your 6 year old daughter go in blind than letting these clowns touch your vehicle.If you've had a few drinks or suffered serious head trauma and still decide to use their services, please for the love of all that is good check your engine immediately after so you don't get swindled the way I did.

Dishonest, careless and lazy.Twenty minutes after getting an oil change, my hood flips up smashing my windshield and nearly killing me and other highway drivers. I drive about eight hours daily for work, so this is no coincidence.The idiot forgot to latch the hood shut. They are taking no responsibility and will soon have a lawsuit on their hands.

Decided to give a visit after seeing some great reviews. However, got charged $141 for a synthetic oil change and an air filter. Synthetic oil change fee of $53 somewhat made sense but the Full Service Oil Change for $52.95 not so much sense. And you would also expect the $7 charged for reinstalling a shield would be included in the service fee. Better off just going to your dealership next time

During my oil change, I asked if they could top off the coolent because it was a little low and they used water instead of coolent, which is not good for cars and should only be done in emergencies. I'm praying this doesn't result in disaster

Absolutely awful service. The vehicle I depend on for work started having issues literally the day after getting my oil change here, the rude staff members said there was nothing they can do about it. Would never recommend to my worst enemy, and will never consider going back.

I also went to visit this place after seeing high reviews.I called beforehand. I'm convinced that they are fake reviews. They wanted $115 for 4 quarters 0w16 oil. I told them it was double of what Walmart charges exactly on the penny. They told me it's your best bet to go to Walmart if that's what they're telling you. That's what I intend on doing. The Valvoline oil change place in Kyle where I live charges$70. This is probably why that place had no customers in their Bay. They need to be careful because there will be other chains that try to gobble them up like grease monkey and jiffy lube.

I brought a 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML350 to these guys, and they were honest and straightforward about the service required. In short, these guys are good! Fast, friendly, and just straight up good guys. I can't recommend enough.

negligence in writing down the correct vin number in the online form the state uses to valid the inspection, that wastes three hours of my time on a fruitless trip to the dmv, is not compensated, or even cared about by the management of this store.The most important number to get right, that is in two other places in front of the technician to verify, that any prudent person would take care to write correctly was not done correctly. i am being told by the management that "it was a mistake" to write one digit wrong... i was told i get a "free inspection" as compensation... and it really was worded like that, not give you a refund for faulty product, but give you a free inspection...I went else where, to a company who actual does take care in sending customers to the dmv prepared.Negligence is the failure to behave with the level of care that a reasonable person would have exercised under the same circumstances

Going here to get your oil change is a positive experience in itself. The staff is friendly, down-to-Earth, classic Texan, and very fair. You will find they take good care of your car, don't charge very much, and are nice to talk to and meet.

The only place I ll go for an oil change in Austin. They are super fast and friendly. Recently went on a Thursday late afternoon for an oil change and inspection, was in and out in probably about 20 minutes (maybe even 15). They re also the first place I ve ever taken my car that hasn t tried to BS me on things that need fixed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outrageous oil change prices. I used to go here exclusively, but the markups have gotten out of control. Save yourself the price gouge and find a fairly priced auto shop.

This is an honest business run by knowledgeable mechanics that genuinely look out for you.Folks here are friendly and take the time to educate you about your vehicle and its maintenance needs. I come here regularly for oil changes, but their services do not stop there.Each time I visit, it is like a vehicle check up. My car is looked over from front to back, fluids are topped-off, tire pressure is corrected, and my windshield is even washed. During this inspection, a mechanic informed me about a bracket on the muffler that needed repair (the muffler would rub against the rear tire). He showed me what was happening and offered a few friendly tips on how I could repair it myself. This is just one example that begins to illustrate how the people at Pit Stop truly care and value their customers.

Came here for an inspection. They have a whole separate area they do inspections in. They got me in and out fast and for only $18.
