Great costumer service very kind with costumers and super effective only takes him less then an hour or less to do what ever you need. He installed my headlights and fix a horrible work some dudes did after the car was wrecked and help me look the car even better than the original installing rocket bunny after market lights even will come back everytime definitely best electrician in Austin

Nav at Lotus Auto was quick to pick up the phone and offer his services for my issue. I had an ongoing electrical problem in my wiring harness that affected my ECU and shorted out my horn. Nav was able to preform the work I needed to get the car safe to drive very quickly. He provided updates throughout the whole process, and gave me an itemized estimate at 1/6th the cost of the dealership.Finally my car is running as it should be. Will definitely be coming back if I encounter any further issues. Thanks Nav!

Great service and very knowledgeable! They always call with updates and explain everything in detail so you know what is going on. Would definitely recommend lotus to anyone in need of car repairs. My car has been a mystery when I have taken it elsewhere thanks to a AAA tow and recommendation but left that place and took it on over to lotus and within a day they knew what was going on and got it back to me fast.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My new favorite shop. I've been battling with my new Dodge Dart for weeks and we thought the speedometer was giving us an issue. We got a new one, and when we pulled the old one we saw there was some wiring issues. Brought it in this afternoon to Lotus and a few hours later they had the problem fixed. Prices are reasonable, but come on, the speed is amazing. Was going to a different shop for electrical work but I'm going to start coming here from now on!Service: Electrical

Recently had an issue with my Toyota Tundra not accelerating. Went to Lotus and got exceptional transparent customer service with a emphasis on expediency. They were polite, knew what they were talking about and when the part that we got wouldnt fit, They made it fit.I have found a trust worthy place to take my truck in Austin.

Navid is an all-around superb human being! He is extremely knowledgeable, and very quick to figure out the issue. I called him for starting trouble on my Toyota, he immediately showed up next day, and took care of not just that but my other vehicles issues as well. He is very professional, and honest. Always concerned with the task at hand, and never about the money/time involved. His equipment is top quality, and he ll be straight with you about things he can and can t do.I would definitely recommend his automotive service, because in the time of emergency he s been like a brother from another mother, answering calls on Saturday late night when my car overheated. He was so helpful in calmly guiding me how to proceed and get my car home safely, and he arrived next day to fix the issue. We have tried about 20+ mechanics in Austin and surrounding areas. It is hard to find an HONEST mechanic. We decided to try this place because he had really good reviews. We took our sons car in because all the lights on his dash turned on and none of the gauges were working. He found the issue within a couple of days and fixed it. He then texted my husband 3 days later to make sure everything was still working. Definitely recommend!Service: Electrical

This was a very good experience! From the initial contact to the repair process to the follow up to see if everything was ok with the repair. In 20 years here in austin I ve never had a mechanic follow up with me. That says a lot about the integrity of the diagnosis and repair! I own 7 vehicles between my family and business, I will continue to use this service until Jesus comes back for me! I took my 2007 chevy cobalt here a few months ago because it had a check engine light on. The work was done very quickly to resolve the issue and they even took my car to get the state inspection done.Based on my experience, I would come back here to get my car worked on again. The only thing I personally would like is some kind of reference documentation to state what was worked on. They did tell me what was done when I paid but documentation is always nice.

He ll fix your car like he s fixing his own car. This guy truly cares about his customers. I ve give him two of my cars over the span of 3 years to fix, and he has never disappointed. Once, I needed my brakes changed before a long road trip, and it was a total emergency. He spent the hottest part of the afternoon making this happen for me, even though he was already busy with other stuff. He always prioritizes his customers. Im grateful to have this car doctor in Austin. Give him a call.

All the comments in the other reviews are true, except the troll. Outstanding service. My first encounter with a mobile service and so glad I wound up with Lotus almost used another that would have been twice the price and I'm sure would not have been near as good. He came within 24 hours of my call and was even a couple of hours early. My RV would not start, needed new starter and he checked out all other possibilities before we went to purchase a new starter. While installing he notified me of several items that he saw that need attention the next time I went for a regular service. Could not have asked for a better experience.Service: Electrical repair

I went in not knowing what was going on with my car all I know is that it started to jerk and check engine was blinking on hwy35, I immediately freaked out not knowing what to do as a woman usually doesn't such as myself and I looked up mechanics near me and lotus Auto electric came up I read the reviews and said hey why not. The location was literally like 3 minutes from my house. I was able to Putt-Putt my car to his location within 30 minutes he had called me back telling me what was wrong with it. It was the knock sensor and had it done by the time it was 2:00pm right before my son had to go to work. Reasonably priced,very straightforward all the good reviews that you read are true! Definitely, has won my business with just the first visit I'll be having my spark plugs changed in a couple of weeks. Very happy customer

Our home keys fell in the crack between two compartments beneath the dashboard of our car and we were locked out of our home, late in the night. Navid was the first option suggested by google maps, It was beyond his closing hours but he offered to help us immediately. I really appreciate and thank him for helping us, he was quick to his job and within few minutes was able to take out the compartments, retrieve our keys and put the compartment back together. It was very kind of him to offer us help without taking any payment. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for all car solutions, will definitely take his help for all future needs

Nav has been the best mechanic I have worked with! He walked me through buying parts to replace all my struts and called and texted, with photos and videos, of things that needed to be replaced while working on it. I have a 20 yo Lexus and previously went to firestone to get a quote, they weren't able to catch all of the things wrong and charged me twice the price. He was also able to put on new brake pads and rotors and fixed a leaky hose for me! Instantly felt safer in my car once I got in.Also gotta mention that the place i ordered from sent the wrong part and he even tried to call them to replace the order for me, did me a solid by helping me navigate that and being flexible to work around getting the last strut on quickly.Impressionable, professional, communicative and all around great experience.yu I haven't had great luck with mechanics so I'm glad I found Nav - I trust him with all my car need and will probably go back as well as reccomend him to everyone I know.Services: Steering & suspension repair, A/C installation & repair, Brake service & repair

Excellent work! I was out of ac for a week because I couldn't find any shop willing to work on my car. Even had another mobile mechanic come out and couldn't fix it either. Bottom line: If you need a mechanic, call Navid. He does a wonderful job at a reasonable price.I called him one morning about a check engine light and he came to fix my truck on the same day! He made sure the truck was in great working condition before he left and even followed up a week later to make sure everything was ok. He s an honest and dependable hard worker.

Just gotta say that Navid really provides excellent service. I had an electrical issue in which my car would not start at all, no lights in the dashboard, radio didn't turn on, etc. Navid just came in and it took him lets then 30min to find and fix the issue. I even had another mechanic come before Navid and the previous mechanic couldnt find the issue even after 2 hours of looking into my car. So I just want to say that Navid did provide me with an excellent service!! Will recommend!Service: Electrical repair

I went to Autozone so I could test why my Service Engine Light was on. I needed to replace my ignition coils. Called a few repair shops near me and they quoted ridiculous prices. A quick Google search and I found Lotus Auto Mobile. After a quick 10 minute phone call, he was able to meet me at the Autozone. He did another diagnosis to ensure what he needed to repair. He also recommended replacing the spark plugs since I ve never had a tune up. I went in Autozone purchased the parts and he was able to fix right there in the parking lot. He explained everything, made recommendations (unfortunately I didn t have the funds to replace all ignition coils), but he was quick and thorough. I will definitely be using him in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great Service!!! I took my car to different mechanics and they used tell me that they were not able to fix my car because was not possible for them to figure out what was wrong and every time I used to pay around $150.00 only for hearing that answer. I found this guy and He came until my place to scan my car and He was the only one to tell me the real problem and finally I could fix it paying way less than the scan fee with the others.Service: Electrical repair

I would totally recommend Navid for air condition repair. I had been putting off fixing my ac. (in Texas summer) for a year because of the cost and the inconvenience of leaving my car to 1. get diagnosed then to have to return for 2. repair. Another friend told me about Navid, that he's mobil and thus way more affordable, I hopped on it. He came over for a free diagnosis, sent me off to buy parts and came back to repair when it worked for me. I didn't have to drop off my car, find a ride home with my son and be inconvenienced all day without my car. He was prompt arriving, professional, helpful and finished the job early. I look forward to using my ac more next summer as I got this done right before the cool fronts arrived. Thanks Navid!!!Service: Air conditioning
