Took my truck in for 20K mile service, Shayna got me right in, was super friendly, and she got me right back out in exactly 43 minutes. I barely had time to finish my complimentary latte from the very friendly guys at the cafe!I would've been suspicious that they did all the work, but they sent me a video showing the work they did, so I know they took care of the car. Overall I was very happy with both Shayna and the dealership.

Service was fine, tried to do the typical upsells, weren t pushy about it. The complimentary car wash left a lot to be desired though had a 9am appointment for an oil change, got there at 8:45am, left at 11 on a Monday morning.

Loved my experience here. Attention to detail, anticipated my needs, friendly. Won t take my GX anywhere else.I brought it in after (2) other shops couldn t find out why my car was going into limp mode. Brought it in and they diagnose the issue within one day and actually found that it was caused by work done poorly by another shop.

Outstanding customer service! I arrived early and Lexus ensured my vehicle was serviced, and cleaned prior to returning my car. I also would add the remote opportunity to work while you wait. Amazing WiFi and work cubicles! My technician was also top notch!!!

The Service Dept was friendly & professional. My rep., Michael Capp, was courteous & and kept me informed during the whole service. It was a busy day with many cars waiting in line. I decided to wait in the lobby & Michael made sure my wait time was minimal, as promised. This was my first experience with Lexus of Austin & I was very satisfied with the service and attention I received.

Lexus dealerships tend to be pricey because of the brand's reputation for quality and reliability, the level of service provided, and the amenities offered to customers. Additionally specialized parts, equipment, and trained technicians.

I had a windshield installed here, and the end cap to a roof rail was broken in the process. It appears the installer learned where the tabs were when removing that first cap (every single tab was broken) and applied that knowledge to the other end cap. Service advisor said nothing could be done about it as the parts are old and brittle. He said I could order the piece through their parts department. Beyond that, there was so many flakes of adhesive from the removal of the old windshield that was left in the interior of the vehicle. It should've been vacuumed out prior to the vehicle being returned to me. Glass cleaner obviously dripped from the windshield and was caked on the leather sleeve of the e-brake handle and all over the console. Smudges all over the headliner and A-pillars with either poor or no attempts at cleaning them as they are still there (the pictures don't really show how dark they are). The wire of my aftermarket mic was not tucked back in to the headliner well.I had actually debated picking up the glass I had ordered through them and having someone else install it. Really regretting that I didn't. To be frank, I could've purchased the OEM windshield for a fraction of the cost online, paid less in labor at a reputable installer, and likely gotten better service and quality of work. I figured it would save some time and effort getting it all done at Lexus, but it was truly not worth it. This experience is a quite a shock to me because Lexus, as a brand, has put so much emphasis on the service experience since they were founded. Not a good first time experience with this department at this dealership, and likely the last time for me. Have pride in your work and stand behind it even if it's outsourced. Have some basic duty to your customer, especially with the amount you charge them. The porters were friendly, and the one who gave me back the vehicle upon pick up was very taken aback by what happened.

I love that I always get the same fantastic service advisor. Jorge has always been awesome. Excellent communication , Constant updating and progress reports, he even always arranges for my having a loaner vehicle in the event the service visit will last longer than normal. Absolutely love Lexus of.Austin!

This was my first time here and was very impressed by the amazing service here! Matt Leblanc was super awesome and let me know that I had a free oil change because the previous owner had a maintenance plan that carried over to me. What a pleasant surprise! I definitely recommend getting service done here as the people here are extremely nice and professional. The waiting area also has great amenities and service was done in a reasonable time. This is a place you look forward to getting an oil change!Service: Oil change

Harold was my service representative and he made everything a smooth and great experience. Was very communicative and very straight forward which is all we ask for as customers. He made everything possible to make sure my demands were met and always made sure to get me the right answers but made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

My car is a 2006 and wouldn t start. The service department treated me the same as if I had a brand new car. It wasn t an easy fix since the car is so old but they were able to find a solution which didn t break my tight budget. I appreciated the multiple calls Jorge made to keep me informed and discussing options. Thank you Jorge!

Lexus of Austin has the best service and parts department! They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. It is easy to schedule appointments. They keep to the schedule and keep you updated the entire time. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this establishment and using their service department for any services needed to keep your car running smoothly.

When I first bought my Lexus, the service was fantastic. Now repeatedly, the communication between the call center and the dealership is poor at best. When I arrived yesterday, they told me initially I would have to come the next day to pick up my car . The call center did not convey this to me for I wouldn t have booked it if that was the case for I live over thirty miles away. I have had repeated problems with the dealership telling me once I arrive that I don t have an appointment . This has happened on numerous occasions. I think the maintenance department does a good job overall but they need to get a different call center . Also, it appears that the dealership is way overstaffed with every one running around but no one to help you specifically

Disappointing Service at Lexus Service DepartmentMy recent experience at the Lexus service department was far from the luxury treatment I expect. While I appreciated the quick appointment (only 2 days!) for a tire replacement, the problems started soon after. At the end of the day, I was told they needed extra time to wash my car. Disappointingly, when my husband picked it up, it remained unwashed and looked even dirtier. The biggest letdown? My service advisor suggested I return for a car wash, completely missing the point. Their extra time with the car clearly didn't include the promised wash, and a return trip wasn't something I had time for.To add insult to injury, two weeks later I received a call from the cashier claiming my balance wasn't paid. When my husband picked up the car, he was assured there wasn't an outstanding balance. This led to multiple phone transfers and frustration as I tried to confirm the issue. Finally, when I reached the original caller, she was incredibly rude, cutting me off when I sought clarification.Overall, this experience lacked the communication and service expected from a Lexus dealership. The unwashed car, the billing confusion, and the dismissive attitude leave me hesitant to recommend this location or return for future service.

I have serviced my car here for over a year and have always had exemplary service. Mr. Russell Berry has played a vital role in this process. I have had numerous services completed, from routine oil changes, rotations etc., to the unthinkable task of a tire sensor battery replacement. He has always ensured that I was properly informed and advised me as to what the best course of action would be, if I decided to move forward. His advice has actually saved me money by allowing me to schedule fixes/repairs at the optimal time. I have serviced my car at another Texas location and have yet to be greeted with this level or care, respect, professionalism, and service. As long as I am in this area, Russell and Texas of Austin will be my choice any day of the year.

I love coming to Lexus of Austin. They make everything so convenient and always treat me well. And they have loaner cars, which used to be standard but now seems to be a long forgotten benefit of having your car serviced by a dealer.

My car is 21 years old and needed quite an overhaul. Adam, my service rep, went out of his way to explain what was needed in general, what was needed immediately and what could be postponed for awhile. The old gal is running like a top now. I believe it's because, over the years, no one but the Lexus service department has serviced my car.

I really appreciate when I called Fri afternoon that I was worked in on Sat for a nail in my tire, even though I was first told they were booked solid and not get to me til Tues. The only thing was after getting a video from the Tech, I was told I would get an update call. After leaving 2 messages in the next hr, I finally went by & it was getting wrapped up. The tire was not repairable but tkfully under warranty. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was a 5K inspection. Thought Lexus would change oil and filter at 5K miles in lieu of 10K miles as per service rep. Please explain. Thank You.With the advanced oil and engines of today, it's usually okay to go for 7,500 or even 10,000 miles before having your oil changed. For most drivers, this is once every six months, which is an easy schedule to remember and keep.I would have paid the for the oil and filter change had this been an option. Because the service was free, I would ask if this oil and filter change expense made the difference?
