Lexus of Austin is a fantastic dealership. Our salesman Harrell Hodges is the best. Harrell helped us through the entire process and we got the vehicle we wanted with all of the features we wanted. Our finance person and our technology specialist were also very helpful. Everyone we meet were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Lexus of Austin.

Steve Gonzalez helped me with my purchase of a used sports car. He was great- calm, knowledgeable and informed, even though it was not a Lexus. Matt the credit manager was fast and well versed and I even bought an extended warranty. Very very happy with Lexus of Austin and my car!!

Camey is the best! We ordered the new TX so we knew we would have to wait for it to come in. She walked us through all the options to ensure we got the model that best suited us. The. When the dealership got the dealer car she called is and had us come see it and pointed out all the differences ours would have. She let us know when it shipped and we were able to go get our new car as soon as it was delivered to the dealership. They stayed open late for us just so we could have our car the day they received it!

My husband and I had a great experience at the Lexus pre owned dealership. The entire process was very easy and handled in a professional manner. Every person we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Our salesman, Mike Gruver, listened to our wants and needs and was very helpful.

Paul Sakahara was awesome, very professional , courteous and very knowledgeable of all models , all staff there made me feel comfortable and very welcomed (like family versus just another customer)I highly recommend this dealership hands down the best , I am 90 minutes away and will continue to travel this distance, they have earned my trust and respect, looking forward to next experience there

December 2023:I have not only purchased a Lexus vehicles here but always taken them here for servicing. The service department and the showroom are kept up very nice even after the ownership change. Some COVID rules are still in place where they make you wait in your vehicle when you arrive and then either go inside the service waiting area or guide you directly to a vehicle loaner.The staff was very professional and my service agent, Russell, is straight with you about what your vehicle needs. The work done has always been spot on.When you go inside you will find a nice waiting area, barista serving drinks and providing light snacks, boutique and auto accessory store, business center, and a new vehicle showroom.Lexus of Austin tries their best to calm your nerves where vehicle serving can be stressful but always felt well taken care of.

Greeted immediately when we walked in dealership in September. Even though my choice of car was not available at the time, I was updated regularly by our salesperson, Joe Ward. My car arrived, just in time for Christmas. It will be a December to Remember!

I recently purchased a car from Lexus of Austin and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.The sales process was transparent and straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprises. The sales representative, Chris Ashley, went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best deal possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly.Overall, I highly recommend Lexus of Austin to anyone in the market for a new car.

Before I went to Lexus of Austin, I did my due diligence and researched the car I was interested in purchasing. I traded my 2022 Subaru WRX for a 2023 IS 350 F Sport. This was by far the easiest purchasing experience I have had. Their dealership is very comfortable and the cafe was awesome. I am very happy with my new car and love everything about it. The Mark Levinson sound system is incredible by the way

We worked with Lexus of Austin recently and it was wonderful. We ordered a new Lexus and the process from start to finish could not have been easier. We worked with Randy Hoff and his assistant Lauren, and they were so kind and efficient. The car arrived ahead of schedule, the paperwork process was seamless,, and the delivery of my car was in under an hour. They did exactly what was promised and kept us in the loop the entire time. We have purchased a lot of new cars, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had.

This was our first time buying a new car and to say we were impressed with our experience at Lexus of Austin, would be an understatement. We were extremely pleased with how Troy the manager took extra care and time to help us navigate through this process and found Nicco to be incredibly kind, helpful and professional. However our experience didn t end with the sales team, as my husband and I were equally impressed with Chris and Wilmer, as well as how kind and welcoming all of the staff were to our 6 year old. Would highly recommend and could not be more pleased with our purchase!

Buyer be ware!!! They tried to sell us a car and said it had zero damage to the car. Sent a deposit, drove 2 hours each way, to find over $2k in damage from a collision to the top of a car (looks like it hit the roof of a parking garage). Clearly visible from the front with the yellow paint on it. They re going to auction the car and still not disclose the damage.There was only one key with the car and a rip in the leather on the driver s seat. All things that should ve been disclosed and not what I would call immaculate.

JD was amazing to work with and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had a car dealership!We began our search with Lexus so we could check out the new TX model. They have the TX at the front of their showroom and it was so easy to examine and inspect the vehicle from all angles without getting out in the cold. There were several other families checking out the TX as well, and it was relaxing to sit and enjoy some coffee while we waited for our turn to test drive. We test drove the TX 350 and it was great! We left to continue our test drives of competitor's vehicles, and ended up coming back to Lexus at the end of the day.JD was happy to sit down with us again, and we were able to test drive the TX 550h as well! We were already happy with the TX 350, but the TX 550h hit the nail on the head. It is exactly what we are looking for and what we envisioned in upgrading from our current SUV. JD was knowledgeable and personable, and was happy to walk us through the process of ordering the TX 550h with the options and packages we prefer.We cannot recommend them enough!

Nicco was such a professional and made my daughter and I feel welcome as soon as we walked through the dealership doors. The entire Lexus team lived up to their covenant and treated me like family. I m a lifetime customer and highly recommend this dealership! Superb service!

Loved my experience with purchasing my 2020 RX 350 from Lexus of Austin! Chris Myers was wonderful as he listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay for the car. He took me out to the lot to look at inventory and quickly found a car that I loved! He is a hands off salesperson. He is there when you need him but does not push or hover. I recommend him andLexus of Austin when you are looking for a used Lexus.

5/5 stars, we were able to negotiate a good deal and decided to make the purchase. Our sales representative Camey was amazing and she was extremely prompt and helpful. I would ask for her. She seemed to care a lot about us, something I can't say for a lot of dealers we called before this one. It's hard to overstate how important this is to the customer, and since it's hard to quantify maybe management can't put a performance number on this, but it means everything to the buyer. So thank you Camey.Edit: I'm editing this review because there was a misunderstanding on my end. The wording on a loan was something I'm not used to because what I thought was an additional Fee is actually interest on this loan even though it doesn't seem labeled as such.We financed through Truist and this bank has a total amount called a Finance Charge. This is the total amount of interest the loan accrues, not a charge to merely do financing with them. They could stand to make this clearer, but regardless, this upgrades the dealer review to 5 stars since this was the only real concern I had given the finance charge was quite substantial and I didn't want to be paying more on top of the already high interest rates we're currently seeing across the board.

I just had the pleasure of purchasing a 2022 Lexus RX450hl here at the Lexus of Austin dealership. I cannot say enough great things about this place. My experience was easy, professional, and enjoyable. Car buying is not always enjoyable. It can be stressful and overwhelming, but Lexus of Austin will change your opinion on that. They changed mine. I worked directly with Joe Ward. He was professional, had an amazing attitude, nice, and funny!! I am a Lexus customer for life now. Lexus of Austin is the place to go.

I cannot say enough about my ongoing experience at Lexus of Austin. Over the years they have become friends to us. Joe Ward, and all who assisted us in selecting and purchasing our new RX350 Hybrid, were simply awesome in every way. Joe is not only knowledgeable and super friendly, but responds to emails almost instantly too! Everyone at the dealership is amazing and the ambiance there is great. Rating 3 stars because I feel like the sales reps can do a better job communicating to their customers. I started with one sales rep in Jan 2024 when we put our name and deposit down for allocation of a TX and it was complete dead air for weeks. Come to find out our rep had left and a new one was assigned. Even then in the roughly 6 to 8 weeks we had the new rep I had to reach out to get an update 3 times to check if our delivery date was still accurate. Each time he informed us that it had changed. Once we had a delivery window, I waited until 3 days before the END of that window to reach back out, only to learn it would be ready in 48hrs. I had to scramble with my bank to secure a check in a short amount of time. Otherwise the signing process was very easy. Everyone we worked with was courteous and are overall happy with our purchase.

I never thought I d be driving a Lexus. Thanks to Camey Martinez for making our car dreams come true! We originally went in to look at another model but I wasn t a fan of the red seats. She then found the perfect vehicle for our family. Every interaction we had with anyone afterwards has been pleasant. We ve never had such an enjoyable car shopping experience, thanks to Lexus of Austin!

Lexus Of Austin (sales) will always have my business. This is our 3rd car we have purchased from them. I may be bias but Nicco and Elise are my favorite duo there. They are SO respectful and quick with our wants and needs. Especially when it comes to our busy schedule (we had to reschedule a few times but they set the car aside for us when we were ready). We have been back multiple times and have always asked for them each time since 2014. Nicco and Elise are never pushy and always so genuine and real with their intentions of wanting to help you rather than sell you a car. I am not one to leave a review but I think it s time to leave one to show my appreciation for giving my family so much help and a car that is reliable. We just purchased the new RX and have been enjoying!!! Thank you guys for y'all's patience and gratitude over the years of serving your clientele. It s nice to know that you can walk in a dealership and feel confident rather than worrying. SOMEONE GIVE THEM A RAISE because they are so deserving of it!

First class experience with Lexus of Austin! Made my internet purchase and trade so convenient. I drove 4hrs one way to complete the purchase and was so relieved to not have any surprises! Everything was exactly as they had promised. They have definitely earned my business for years to come!
