Another solid experience. A tire I had less than year got a nail in it. Austin development is a hazard to tires, hence pocket books. My tires are run flat so always questionable if it can be properly fixed or require a new tire. Lambs was able to fix it and the bill is a fraction of what a new tire costs. Given their expertise, I trust their work on a run flat. I appreciate their honesty and quick turnaround on the repair. I ll be back for all my tire needs.

I was dreading getting my car inspected on my day off, but they made it painless. Parking and check-in was easy. Everyone was really nice and it took just under an hour. They were very helpful and walked me through the next steps and even suggested a few places I could go to complete the registration process. Highly recommend!

The guys at Lamb's are the best - always happy to explain repairs and transparent about charges. Amazing customer service every time, just genuinely nice people. My Jeep has 190k miles and they keep her running smoothly!

Extremely slow service. Last oil change took two hours after I dropped it off first thing in the morning for a first come first served oil change. The one before they kept my car overnight because they couldn t get to it after 4 hours of it sitting there.1/5 stars on speed of serviceOne person (didn t get the name) had an attitude when I called to check the status & made a point that a female tech was doing my car ( .???????)Jay checked me in and out & he was very nice. 5/5 for him.

I ve taken my car here several times for regular maintenance and new tires. I was disappointed with my last experience as I was close to needing a 100k mile service but mainly to address 2 specific issues that kept popping up. After paying $800 for the service, I was told the 2 issues could only be dealt with by the dealer. While I appreciate their flexibility and honesty, it was quite frustrating to shell out that much money just to be told there was nothing they could do for the main reason I needed my car serviced.

Adrian was great. He gave me lots of maintenance suggestions but didn't pressure me to do any of them. Had an oil change/tire rotation/coolant flush & fill done.

Went in to get my car inspected and realized I was on a huge time crunch. They had said it would be an hour and a half.As it turned out, the car was ready in 30 minutes which easily allowed me to get to my next appointment.Thank you all for helping me out.

If I could give more stars I would! Above and beyond in every way. Customer service was exceptional, efficiency and reliability was outstanding. Honestly I ve been a customer of lambs for years and there s no place that can compare. Disregard the negative reviews because they aren t truthful at all! I ve always been treated with respect and kindness every time I take my car in. People need to understand and realize how hard these guys work. Please show the hard working mechanics and employees at lambs some patience and respect, especially during the holidays.They never try to upsell you and are literally the best down to earth people you ll ever meet. You will never be disappointed I promise you!

It s funny. After work today on my way to pick up my guy from daycare. I thought does anyone call a tire shop to say Thank you for making my car run like it s new again, and they were so professional and easy for time? I just saw this email for service and I have to say that the entire staff have been nothing short of efficient and respectful. Brakes. Oil change and balance. All done by 5 pm as they promised and early actually. Thank you. Happy holidays yall.

I woke at 7: AM and realized today I HAD to get the truck inspected. The Google search offered this business and I used the online appointment feature to schedule for 8:30. Being the highly optimistic person I am, I rolled in at 8:15 and requested a vehicle inspection. We did not even deal with the appointment. They immediately worked up the order and I walked to Kerbey Lane for breakfast. A leisure breakfast time later, even though they did not call for my return, I walked back to the store to find they had just finished up. Walk in service 100% satisfied.

Had a great experience here, Jay was super friendly. They got to my car pretty quick. My car did the stereotypical thing of performing perfectly for the car shop so they didn't charge me which was mighty kind of them. Will definitely go back! Thanks again Jay!

We had an erratic engine in a 10 year old Chev Cruz. They diagnosed two problems and it is now smooth as silk- good as new. I asked many questions when I dropped off the car and picked it up. They answered them well. they fixed exactly what was needed. Ive been with them for three years and highly recommend them.

I ve literally never left a Google review before, but this place is such a scam i feel like I need to. PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I feel so taken advantage of, the amount they charge for parts/ labor is absolutely absurd. I m kicking myself for not reading the reviews earlier, because many say the same thing . There are plenty of places on south Lamar, and I m happy to go support a local business who isnt scamming me and many others out of money. Moral of the story, trust your gut- if you think something is off and that you re being taken advantage of you re probably right.

LAMB S Tire & Automotive on South Lamar is where I would recommend you go if you are looking for friendly, courteous, experts who will give you an honest assessment on repairs, quality repairs, and at an affordable price! They ve consistently serviced my vehicle for over 5yrs

Excellent customer service: friendly, transparent, quick communication back and forth on recommendations and services. this was my first visit and I ll definitely be returning. (My dog was a big fan, too - appreciate the treat!)

The service I experienced was courteous and efficient, they even communicated about the entire process even taking the time to explain it to me since I know nothing about cars. I m glad they re still people who not only enjoy what they do but do it with purpose like the individuals at this location, thank you again for your help with everything !

Perfect service from call to ask if they could inspect my car, to drop off, to pick up a couple hours later. Super friendly and greatly appreciated the quick turnaround so I could renew my registration the same day. Excellent services, many thanks !!!

Brought my car in at 9:30 am for a tire patch and state inspection. They asked if I could leave it with them, so I did. They assured me it would be done by 6pm. I received a call at 3pm saying they weren't going to be able to get to my car and asked if they could keep it over night. I asked if they could at least do the tire patch, the response was they have cars that were dropped of at 6:30, 7, and 7:30 am that they need to get to, so they can't do mine.No time management or customer service going on over there.

Thanks for the excellent service! I stopped at two other places trying to get an inspection and they had no availability. I stopped this afternoon at Lamb s South Lamar, they were courteous, promised me by today and were finished an hour earlier than they originally said. Great place to work while I waited. Quiet, clean and nice atmosphere. Thanks again!

The guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. A dealership told me that I needed to purchase a new tire but Lamb's was able to repair my tire at a reasonable price and in a fairly short amount of time for someone who showed up unannounced.

Went in for an oil change and they didn t even fill the windshield wiper fluid. My boyfriend went a week later and they did the same thing to his car. They also told me they would list and issues they found. Everything on my paperwork said N/A they say the oil change comes with all this extra stuff but they just change your oil and don t do anything else.

Incredibly nice staff and very quick service. Took my car in for an emergency tire swap. They had my tire ordered, delivered and mounted in less than 12 hours. Great service!

This was a great experience from start to finish! I called Thursday and they were able to fit in the next day. Christian was super friendly and helpful! I got an oil change and inspection. It s was fairly priced! I will totally be coming back for any of my car needs!
