Phillip s customer service is excellent - the patience he takes to explain things and talk through options, and the honesty and trustworthiness of his recommendations. I couldn t ask for a better experience! Everyone worked efficiently to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt 100% comfortable and confident in the work they did. I will be returning and recommending others to come here as well.

Best tire place ever! We were taking care of to the extreme, I could not recommend this place more. We are from Louisiana visiting the area for a mini vacay and we didn t know anyone here. Unfortunately, we had a blow out and our jack was too small to work with.When we called this place, Phillip came 15 minutes out to come help us put the spare on. The wait time should have been much longer but then Philip again went out of his way to personally pick up the tires we wanted on his own. Normal places take forever and they had us in and out in no time! Definitely recommend this place over any other!Thank you so much Phillip for all of your help & time. Your service meant the most to us and we will not forget how helpful you were.Thanks again!

Michael and Phil were great. I went in for an inspection and a tire patch. They were kind and informative, pointed out an issue the dealer missed but didn t make me feel pressured to fix it then and there, I appreciate that. Most of all I appreciate the friendly and kind demeanor overall. I would gladly take my car back there to be serviced.

I went in for an oil change, and got a full report on the status of my vehicle. The crew was friendly, professional and on top of their game! I ll be looking forward to bringing my van back here to keep it at peak performance!

They were phenomenal. I've worked in the auto service industry for more than a decade and I know how stressful it can be. Sometimes It comes across in the employees. Not here, they had a great attitude and showed real empathy. They were understanding and they were fast. They were efficient and they were reasonable. I think I found my new place.

Went in for an inspection. Michael at the front was quick, efficient and overall just a cool guy. Inspection went smoothly and was done in a timely manner with their estimates being pretty en pointe. Will come back here in the future for inspections or other car related issues.

Very professional and honest. Being a woman I m always hesitant to bring my vehicle to have work done. Phillip was very helpful and reassuring. To say the least they went above and beyond to get my truck back up and running after a complete electrical failure. I would recommend this shop hands down!

Philip is just the best! He and his team went above and beyond to search for a rare wheel that needed to be replaced. He was mindful of my budget and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He might not know it yet, but he is my go to for all things vehicle related!

I dropped a friend to the Austin airport then realized my car might be overheating pulled into a parking lot across the street and then I noticed Lambs Tire and Service and called them. The gentleman on the phone told me turn off the car and Let it cool down for a little and then bring it over. Needless to say, they really took care of my car and got it fixed by the next day. kind people.

Friendly, VERY quick even though I had no appointment. Was in and out for a single tire replacement in less than an hour. Now THAT is fast. It wasn t cheap, but I expect that tire to last me a long time.

Great quick service. Very professional. Clean, quiet , comfortable waiting area with complementary drinks. I only asked for state inspection and it was done in less than 20 minutes. I just moved to Austin and will probably use this place again. It was impressive

This wonderful auto business did an inspection for my Texas registration . Not only are they professional, they are prompt and very nice. I truly suggest you using them for an automotive needs.

Money grab, unfortunately living up the stereotypes of big box auto repair places. I sat in the waiting room and heard them upselling diagnostic fees to other customers who just needed some basic guidance. Then he looks at my truck and complements it as I hand over the keys. Takes my money for inspections and then tells me it failed after I paid. I ve driven lots of vehicles and had lots of inspections over the years, any reasonable mechanic would be fair and give you a heads up before he files a report and takes your money. I asked why he wouldn t just have a reasonable conversation with me before moving forward. And all I received was a very corporate answer. Please don t claim to be a local business, you are corporate America Lambs

These guys are awesome, they helped me out even though it was almost closing time for them. They removed a big screw from one of my tires, checked and added air to the rest of the tires, and had a great attitude the entire time.

I took my car in without having much time. Michael was honest and efficient and not salsy at all! I had a bad experience at a different Lambs so I had my guard up a little. I ll definitely be giving them another shot after this positive experience!

They told me over the phone to take all 4 old wheels off my trailer and bring them back. When I took them off and brought back they said they couldn't put new tires on my old rims because they are from Trailer. 4 minutes away from their shop the Mexicans were more welcoming to serve me.

I just picked up my SUV yesterday and so far the truck has been running fine so I can say that the mechanics there at Lamb's automotive know what they're doing and thanks to them I'm on the road again

Lamb s, formerly McSpaddens, has been a great place to take our Audi. They ve helped us through various different issues and I ve always felt good with their diagnosis and their prices. I ve never felt overcharged or that things were put on my bill unnecessarily (unlike some other nearby shops). I appreciate the friendliness of Steve upfront and can always count on quality service.

This Lamb's has always done an excellent job taking care of me and my vehicles. They are the only car place I've ever been to who told me everything looked great and I didn't need any additional work when I brought my car in for an oil change. They are professional and work quickly. Highly recommend.

Cost to replace my battery was $300. Charged almost $100 in labor alone. I wouldn't recommend coming here to have your battery replaced. Better luck going to Costco or Sam's club. Lots of other places that don't charge you labor as well. Think twice before getting your battery changed. I didn't have another choice. Just happy they got it done the same day within 2 hours.

They were awesome. Dropped in for an inspection without an appointment and they were able to take a look at my drivers-side window that was bugging, as well. I didn t have the money to fix it completely right then, but they were able to rig it up so it would work until I can come in and have them fix it up for real. Mega helpful 10/10

I wrecked my car during the February 2021 blizzard in Texas. Julian, at the front desk, kept me apprised of the progress and managed to wrangle my insurance into covering all but my deductible.They were fast, fair, and professional. That s priceless in an automotive repair shop.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment
