Brandon (Assistant Service Manager) provided excellent customer service. Not only was he able to schedule my oil change at the preferred time but also able to complete additional services per my request having my vehicle ready on-time for a trip. He went above and beyond acting as the courtesy shuttle which was greatly appreciated! Also he answered all my questions about the recommended repairs for my late model vehicle. I feel that Lambs is avery customer friendly shop that is reputable - that I can trust not only for a timely oil changes but also maintenance and repairs, knowingit will be done right at a reasonable price.

The guys at Lambs off Far West are super! Its a busy shop but these guys are attentive and thorough. I dropped both vehicles while out in a trip. Brandon sent me up-to-date info via phone and text. Both cars were ready when I returned. Cars felt great to drive w/all their new parts- brakes, alignment, flush, shocks & struts!I had arranged discounts prior and they got me the best possible pricing on all my repairs. The Lambs credit card 6-mo no interest also helped me get these much needed repairs done. I plan to use them for all my vehicle needs. Thanks guys!

Very professional, cost less than Jiffy lube. Tire rotation comes with an oil change. They diagnosed my car for needed maintenance but didn't give a high pressure sales pitch. I appreciated that! Need to make an appointment but that's OK so I know what to expect. Wait time was less than what I was quoted initially! I liked that too!

Read Google reviews on Lamb's Auto Far West Austin TX. Our 2011 Honda Mini Van needed front tires highway speed balanced. Lamb's solved it! My wife went to San Marcos to care for her sister, AND the steering wheel vibration is GONE. Bonus, their tech showed us how to clean the inside the Glove box access AC blower fan and filter and we did it. Most importantly, my son''s small shop lost our Honda Van tire key. Lamb's said go to dealer and they should have one. Small miracle, Honda did! All this happened in one afternoon and all was done right and on time! Great service and great people!

I was very pleased with how efficiently I could get what I needed done. I needed new tires for my Prius and a inspection. Calling when they opened, they were able to get me in immediately, had the tires that I needed in stock and were able to complete the tasks along with a much needed brake fluid replacement and oil change in 3 hours. It went very smoothly and efficiently. Thank you

The service was quick and professional. I had a car door rim belt that fell off. The store manager there just took a look and fixed it with no charge! (The dealer was going to keep my car for two days to look into the problem! ). Thank you!! You make me feel that 2024 is going to be a great year!!

I am extremely grateful for my experience. I work about 6min away. Discovered on my lunch break I had a flat tire. I called for a tow and called Lamb's and they where understandable and said they will get my tire fixed or replaced as best as they can. They took care of it and finished for me with extra time to get to my 2nd job!! Thank you for saving my day!!!!

I had never been to a shop before and was extremely anxious to do so. These guys are awesome! The manager Brandon was completely transparent through the whole process, let me know what was going on every step of the way and never once tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I am a customer for life, thanks Lamb's!

My experience w/Lamb s in Far West was fantastic. Jeff helped me get the things done in my car that I needed with in my budget. Before the work was done, I got a text with photos of the cat parts that needed replacing or fixed-that was awesome. Fast, friendly and professional service!

Better and faster than jiffy lube, full synthetic with tire rotation and full point inspection for the same price I pay elsewhere for synthetic blend and no other services. Employees super nice, not pushy, and fast! Far west location rocks!!

I m so appreciative of Lamb s Tire! I ended up on the side of the highway with 2 busted tires and my dog in the back seat having just finished a medical procedure at the vet. Had to be brought to lamb s via tow truck. They ended up putting me ahead of others so we could be back on the road home with my super tired/woozy pup ASAP. She s now home resting peacefully. Thank y all so much! You really saved the day.

My first time at the place. The service was great and it went smoothly. Time of wait was reasonable. Price to test/diagnosis for battery, starter, and alt in my hybrid vehicle is very very reasonable if compared to the dealership. They identified the issue and resolved it. Great communication.

I called Lambs from a gas station 25 min until closing time on a Friday. Tire, completely flat and the fix it in a can didn't work. Brandon, the manager answered and then drove to the gas station, filled my tire enough to make it to the shop and alerted his guys that is be coming. With his finger in the hole in the tire, it barely got enough air. I drove straight to Lambs and the bay was ready for me. They're fixing the tire now. WOW and thank you is all I can say. Brandon and his guys helped me out where I'm not sure what would happen next. I can't thank them enough. On a Friday and at closing time. So much appreciation.

On a day like today starting with a flat tire on my wife s new car, discovering that her car does not have a spare tire, not being able to find a working air pump, missing multiple meetings for work. Arriving at Lamb s and encountering David and his staff was such a blessing. Even though they were busy, they had us in and out in 45 minutes. Thank you so much.

10/10 services! I was lucky enough to get same day services (on a Saturday!), and the people are so nice! Prices were great, my husband will be taking his car in on Tuesday and I'll be back in the spring for new tires!!

Got a basic oil change in Nov 2023. Good price, friendly sales staff, fast turnaround, but the technician got oil all over my car. Oil on the exterior door handle, dashboard, seat, arm rest, and tons of gritty black grime on my floor mat. Took me 2 hours to clean the mess up. Even left a dirty red oil towel on my floor for a nice gasoline aroma. I realize someone who does oil changes all day likely has some oil on them, but this was careless and disrespectful. Likely wont return.

There was a door dent in my car when I picked it up from an inspection recently. David, the Manager, was extremely accommodating and anxious to help. Dent Works repaired the dent, and David immediately reimbursed me. My husband and I will continue to take our business there.

Super crazy horrible. I started up my truck after the basic oil change. It s making all this noise (whoever parked it had to have heard it). I told your guys inside they went out and open the hood and there was oil everywhere oil all over my engine actual puddles in the low spots and on the belts. It had to of been almost a half a quart. They took it back and cleaned it up and then Raul tried to tell me it was something besides the oil on the belt that was making noise when the other guy from up front already told me that s what it was. Got back in my truck and my doorhandles and steering wheel royally where they grabbed it with their oily hands. Terrible. Terrible experience. Or something simple like a basic oil change.

I had a loud rumbling noise coming from my car driving at high speeds that I needed a diagnosis and repair for. They quoted and charged me $124.95 for the diagnosis which I gladly paid. They asked me to leave the car with them and they were able to get back to me in a couple hours. Their diagnosis and recommended repair was to replace my front driver side wheel hub and bearing and quoted me $1000. I didn't bother to ask for the itemized bill because $1000 seemed too high. I declined the repair and researched that the national average cost of this repair was $450. I decided to get a quote from 2 other places for the repair in Austin that gave me a quote around $460. The diagnosis was correct and I was able to get my car repaired at a different auto shop for half the price.Pros:- Professional, quick, and knowledgeableCons:- Not transparent on repair recommendation cost (no itemization)- Overpriced
